Great, freshly prepared Mexican. Worth going for their Gorditas alone!

Everything here is outstanding. The best Huevos Ranchero in town. Service may seem slower than others but everything is made from scratch.

Friendly service. Nice people. Had two tacos - one chicken, one beef. They were okay. The beef one was the best. Loved the chips after they warmed them for us. Salsa okay. Not a fan of bottled drinks without ice, but that's what they serve.

I moved from Los Angeles (the United States Mexican Food Mecca) to Bentonville about three months ago and I've been looking for a place like this. Great homemade authentic food. I will definitely be here regularly now that I know it's here.

I'll give it a star bump after eating here a few more times. Breakfast is great - Chilaqules with red sauce was fantastic, really spicy. I've also tried the caldo de res, and enjoyed it, with those fantastic homemade corn tortillas. I ordered a gordita al pastor (my favorite meat here) and was totally knocked out. Gorditas come with several slices of avocado, tomato, lettuce, and white soft cheese. After trying pretty much all the meat selections my favorites are the pastor, barbacoa, and tripas (I can't believe I just said that, but it was really tasty). I'm neutral on the asada, and will save my craving for lengua and chicken for other places that do more moist, tender versions of both.

This is what good Mexican food is all about the homemade salsas and corn tortillas make all the difference in separating this place from the other local joints. We had breakfast and everything we ate was tasty and above board. Try it! You will like it.

Wonderful customer service! Very clean with reasonable prices. I grew up in southern California and would cross into Mexico then travel down the coast of Baja stopping to eat along the way. The salsa and chips are fabulous. We had tacos and a chimichanga and they were wonderful!

There were multiple reviews hyping this place up, so it was hard not to stop in. I really wanted to like this place, but was very underwhelmed. I ordered their grilled chicken which came with rice, beans, and tortillas. The chips and green salsa were tasty. The corn tortillas were AMAZING. It's pretty much downhill from there. The chicken I had was deboned. It had the rubbery freezer burn marks on it. Maybe I would not have noticed if I had ordered chicken tacos and the chicken was all cut up. It also had some extra chewy portions to it.The rice and beans were just okay. The service was attentive and friendly.

Food was good, but service was unbelievably slow. Still, the menu was unique among the rubber-stamp Mexican restaurants in NW Arkansas. We will definitely give them another try, probably not during the lunch rush though.

The service for me was good but the food was so so and the food was on the cold side. Over all not terrible but with all the Mexican joints to choose from don't know if I will be back.

This is a great local place. I had the chicken enchiladas with the green sauce. Outstanding.

One of, if not the, best Mexican restaurant in Rogers/Bentonville. Homemade corn tortillas are, unsurprisingly, delicious. (review based on ~10 visits) Price Per Person: - Under $10 Recommended Dishes: - Chivo (Goat); Pollo Asado; Guacamole; King Quesadilla Best for: - Lunch or Take Out

Overall quality of food is fantastic. Juevos rancheros, enchiladas, burritos are all very good, so is the salsa and guacamole. Friendly staff a bonus!

This rating is based on my unadulterated love of their carnitas platter - $6.50 for the biggest plate of roast porky goodness this side of an Anthony Bourdain suckling pig. These people know what they are doing. The other stuff is good, but the carnitas keeps me coming back.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
