I'm here pretty early like around 7 am so I think I bypass most of the morning rush, so I never had the problem of having a wait like others have mentioned. I've been here a couple time so far and the experience has been great and never had to wait even though there's people inside and at the drive through. They seem to be adequately staffed to handle the morning rush with 6 or so people manning the store. There's plenty of Starbucks in the area though along Walton St. so I didn't they'll have too much of a rush. However, it is a prime location being right off of I-540 and next to quite a few hotels. I'll frequent this location unless I find a reason not to!

Right off the highway and with not only a drive-thru but also a decent parking lot, this Starbucks gets a ton of morning coffee business. When I popped in today for my caffeine injection, there were 7 baristas. Two working the two inside registers, two on the window and three making coffees. They kept the lines moving and the waits short. My raspberry muffin was good, except it was too cold. Just 20 seconds in the microwave would have improved it immensely. My coffee - a venti drop mild - was okay, but when I got down to the last two inches, the sludge was revealed and I could drink no more. Not impressed. Wi-fi worked well. I'm much more willing to visit a Starbucks now that the wi-fi is free and the power outlets are plentiful.

I've been going to this Starbucks off and on for about three years. It's been good, consistent, and has always met my expectations. Last month, though, I went through the drive thru to grab a quick breakfast and coffee with my friend before drill. Just because we were in uniform, they gave us our coffee for free. A very nice, unexpected, and generous gesture. Also, several of my soldiers that showed up later than morning had unexpectedly received their coffee free or discounted as well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS. My family and I went into this starbucks looking forward to our Pumpkin Spice Lattes, tis the season and pumpkin cream cheese muffins. We get in, and the young lady working there says they have one muffin left and that we would not want it because it was a week old and they get their food orders in each Monday and that the case itself was not always that clean. Hmmmm. That is really appetizing. So we went ahead and skipped the muffin, got our drinks and they were not good at all. BAD BAD BAD.

Good location and decent drinks but the staff wasn't very friendly. When we asked to split our tickets the guy seemed extremely put out. They made our drinks correctly so we will be back.

Ok, I went here twice through the drive through and they have messed up my order. I ordered my wife a caramel macchiato and took it home and realized it was a plain black coffee. Then this morning I was all excited that the pumpkin spice is back and instead I get a caramel macchiato? Drinks are good yes but I want the one that I ordered please!

Today's morning rush was not good for these guys. Within two minutes of walking in and after not receiving a warm greeting, two people walked out. It seemed that this team was not prepared at all to handle the rush. They were scurrying around in a disorganized mess. The frustration of several customers was plainly visible. I intended on trying a breakfast sandwich since during a previous visit I ordered one and it was delicious but I was so confused by the chaos that I ended up ordering a plain coffee and a blueberry muffin. They totally lost a better sell. They had to double my cup because they had run out of sleeves. An additional loss in profits. It seemed that as soon as the crowd became more manageable things returned to normal. The music even seemed to have lowered. Which is another problem the music is at a level thats way too high for real coffeehouse comfort. I think that you guys have the potential to really rock it out the park because you have all of the aesthetic elements to be a cool place to hang out but please develop a better rush system, lower the music, and don't forget to greet your customers within seconds of the entering your place. It definitely sets the tone for the remainder of the customers experience.
