Damn you Red Lobster for always tasting so freakin' good, and giving me stomach problems later!! Seriously though, the food is always served fresh and hot. The snow crab legs are a MUST have, service here is normally spot on, and their Asian wraps are good enough to weep over. I would probably eat here every day if it didn't make me so incredibly sick, and I had the $$$.

I got New Orleans Salmon and it was great only problem was portion size. Plenty of green beans and Broccoli but the piece of salmon was small. That's the reason for three stars. Service was excellent thanks DJ.

Great food and fast service. Our waiter John was great. The lobster baked potato is amazing. Love the scallops and clam strips, too.

First time at this location very clean with great service. The food is typical Red Lobster good for the area but frozen seafood so good for that. Prefer fresh but tough in NWA. Biscuits are awesome as usual.

I'm not a huge fan of Red Lobster. I think that the prices are high for what you get and every time I leave, I'm still hungry. However, my wife and my daughter really like the place and so this was our stop for a family dinner. They really enjoyed their dinners, crab-stuffed flounder and crab legs and shrimp scampi with steamed vegetables. I went with the shrimp Caesar salad. I've had better. There was a reasonable quantity of shrimp on there but the lettuce was so covered in dressing it was almost a bath. And I happen to like croutons, thanks! The bread rolls are excellent, probably my favorite thing they do. (700)

This is a clean place and the wait staff is always great. My wife had the lobster and was very pleased with it. I had the Seaside Shrimp Trio. It is Walt's Favorite Shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi and shrimp linguini Alfredo. The shrimp was good but the linguini Alfredo was a skimpy portion of gummy sauce on over cooked and dry pasta. I pointed out to the manager the dry and stuck together pasta and her reply said it all. "I don't know who cooked it this morning". Really?? This morning? It was 6 pm. That sure explains the dry pasty texture. My conclusion: If you want fresh pasta, you are clearly in the wrong place.

Mediocre chain restaraunt food. Go to Powerhouse in Fayetteville if you want seafood in NWA.

Excellent service and food. I wish the Red Lobster in LA had this kind of service and quality.

I love red lobster, my only complaint is the latest change in the lobster nachos. I really miss those, I mean shrimp is still good, but I just really liked the lobster. And I could eat their cheesy biscuits forever.

We went to Red Lobster Saturday (10/1) for my birthday, being that we only come out maybe once or twice a year to gorge on 'Endless Shrimp', it's always a good time. I have to say we have never had any issues with the food prepared. The food always tastes great and never had a problem with anything being undercooked or even over cooked. We have had some not great experiences with mixed drinks, but that was a year ago and Saturday's drinks were great. I want to specifically point out that our waitress Elizabeth H. was an absolute doll. Super friendly, funny, personable, attentive, and very professional. Great job to Elizabeth and the rest of the staff that made my birthday dinner very fun.. and very filling.

I ended up here today for lunch and was very impressed. I had popcorn shrimp, salad and baked potato for less than $8. Portions were very good for lunch. Wasn't busy and we were seated right away.

Yes its a chain and I must admit when I visited when it first opened I was not impressed. Since then I have been to lunch a couple times including this week for a birthday lunch. I always get the wood fire grilled mahi mahi for lunch which is a perfect size. Comes with steamed broccoli and another side-choice of potato or rice. I like the baked potato-fully salted down on the peel so I eat the whole thing! Of course the best thing is the cheddar garlic biscuits. They will keep bringing them to the table and I will keep eating them! Thats the only problem! The service has been decent. This location is a lot more modernized inside for decor compared to the old Fayetteville location.

Food is about as good as it gets at this chain. Service can be spotty if you get the wrong server so don't wait to find the manager.

My wife and I went here to celibrate our birthdays. We were in no hurry and just wanted a relaxing evening after a hard week. We communicated this to our server Bret. He paced our meal accordingly and was wonderful seeing to our needs without rushing us, would have been no need as this Sat night was slow anyway. We ordered Surf and Turf and asked for the steak to be med-rare on the rare side. The steaks were more to the med side and as a result were less flavorful and tough. we politly informed the server who offered to replace them and we declined saying the he should inform the staff. He said he would inform the manager. We exdpected a visit from the manager but it never happened. after paying the bill I stopped by the front to look for the managers card and was informed he was "right here". I looked and saw a young man I had noticed all evening long in the bar and elsewhare basicly doing nothing. I related the story and he said the server told him "everything was OK". I do not believe this. All he would have had to do was to stop by the table and acknowlage the problem. He did not and this tells me he did not care or was too lazy to make the effort. We did not want another steak or credit on the bill, just to know management knew about the problem. We have been to this reataurant 6-7 times in the past year and never been totally satusfied. Mabey the problem isn't Red Lobster...just this Red Lobster!!!!!
