It's ok but not the best. I would say it's like a Subway but Mexican food instead of sandwiches. I've been several times and each time it is pretty good. Not mind blowing but certainly not terrible. I have to say the place is clean and the tables are always wiped down. Taco salad is pretty good. Burritos are full and big. The queso is a little spicy. Too hot for my kids to eat. Drink station is full of choices, but since only one person can go at a time there can be a wait for a refill during peak times. The small patio area is nice for the spring and fall. Overall not too bad. A good option for when you need a quick dinner but don't want fast food.

Burrito shops like Qdoba are the latest "thing" these days. Much like Chipotle and Moe's, you decide on what you want (burrito or a "naked burrito" or a big place of topped nachos), what protein you want on it (chicken, beef, pork or grilled vegetables for the herbivores), salsa (hot, mild or gasoline) and the other toppings (cheese, sour cream, guacamole). Wrapped up and ready to go. Soda fountain so free refills and you can take your full cup with you when you go. Sweet tea, too! Plenty of seating and (bonus!) free wifi. There is a small outdoor patio seating area. Probably not something that you want to eat in the car.

I was in Rogers for my grandpas surgery when my family and I decided to go eat. Qdoba is conveniently down the road from the hospital and we have a couple references here from the locals. The place was packed- it was 12 and wouldnt surprise me if it was peak hours for them. The line was long with about 7 people before me. It wasnt so much that there was a line but how slow the line was going. Just looking at the food for 15 minutes made me even more hungry by the time I got to the cash register. On the other side of the glass when you get to order there is 4-5 employees usually passing your food down a line (remided me of Henry Ford's ingenious idea). I cant have tamatoes, peppers, or anything that is very acidic so even if you get the juices on my food it will still affect me. I decided to get a taco salad. Every single person in the line touched my food and I bet 3 out of 5 of them out something in/on my food that I cant have. They were more focused on getting everyone through the line then getting the food right. I was happy to finally get to the register. But the crappy service didnt stop there. They had "backed up lines" with the credit card scanner so it took 3 minutes to long to get your money IF it went through. 3 minutes doesnt seem like a long time but when you have 10 people waiting behind you it is. The food would have been good if they made it right. I would come back here if I had the desire for fast mexican food, but it would be in their slower hours for sure.

Not worth your time. The meat was tasteless, the salsa is bland, and chips were stale. The only good thing here is the fountain drink machine!

For a fast-casual restaurant, this was hands-down a 5-star experience for me! I haven't been to Qdoba in a while, and was blown away by what a great experience I had when I tried this new location in Rogers. They have everything I love about Chipotle (fresh, well seasoned meat and fresh vegetables) as well as the things I like about Freebirds (variety of menu options). They also offer a pick-2 combo with any combination of tacos, soup, salad, etc. Everything is offerred at a very fair price and service was great. I decided to try their sumer mango salad. It was with crisp, green romaine, fresh grilled chicken, juicy mangoes, tomatoes, and cucumbers. They were happy to add black beans for me at no charge. The salad was filling and a nice twist on the typical burrito/burrito bowl options. I also got a heaping portion of fresh gauacamole and chips. My total for the salad, chips and guacamole was $10. I loved every aspect of my meal and can't wait to go back.

On Saturday, I went in at 4PM to eat with my family. I fould the food to be dry sitting in the hot line. I ask to give me a new pork meat. They immediately took care of it. It's was slow the business.

I compare Qdoba to a Chipolte, almost identical in fact. Its a casual fast food where you walk to the counter and order as you do at Subway-do you want a burrito, nachos, tacos, quesadilla, etc-what kind of meat, toppings, salsa, etc. I had a grilled steak burrito-it was HUGE. Meat choices are chicken, beef or pork and in many ways-fajita steak or chicken, shredded beef or ground beef, shredded pork (I sampled and it was delish). I added cheese, a corn salsa of some sort though there were at least 6 to choose from, guacamole and sour cream. Choice of black or refried beans. The best part is the cilantro lime rice. All bundled up into a huge burrito. Two people could split it and still have plenty to eat. This location has a small patio area and they will serve beer and margaritas. It got quite busy at 11:30 and the line started from counter to door. My only downer this trip was the diet coke was out. They just opened? So I was stuck with tea which just doesn't jive as well with mexican food. But overall, the food was really good. It was fresh. And it was pricey. My burrito with add ons and a drink was over $10. I'll be back though. And if you do split that meal and save some room, two doors down you can have dessert at TCBY.

Ok. I think me and the fam are officially out on this joint. Gave it awhile to get over the initial open jitters after our first try. And being very close to our house we wanted it to work for when we were in a pinch. The jitters are gone. However...I think the final verdict is the food is just mediocre to meh to just plain not good. Also, a little side note. If you are going to offer online ordering for pickup....with many options to choose and fill out(including putting a name on each item for easier dispersal to the familia)...you might want all of that stuff to print out to the people at the store making the actual order. To show up and have to basically re-order the entire order including sides and choices of sauce...kind of defeats the purpose of filling all that out online ahead of time. :) There are better places to spend $30+ for a family of 4 nearby.

OK, my husband and I were super-excited for Qdoba to open. Similar to Chipotle and Flying Burrito, we were excited to have this chain a stone's throw from our house. Talk about disappointed. Keep in mind, the restaurant just opened less than one week before we visited, so I could come back and spruce up my review post- 'growing pains'. The service was terrible. No one seemed to have any clue as to what they were doing behind the line. Could be first week blues. However, I've worked in the restaurant industry and typically your first week - the food is stellar. When I lived in Dallas I was a regular at Chipotle. I am a huge fan of Flying Burrito, too. Here is the food review: I ordered a chicken burrito (no choice of tortillas like similar concepts) - had the refried beans, rice (they call it citrus rice - nothing citrus about it), queso, sour cream and chicken inside. The most bland burrito I've ever had. Not one thing about the burrito had flavor. I actually looked forward to a piece or two of burned chicken for the variety. The texture was like tasteless glue throughout. I ate 1/4 of it and dumped the rest. I couldn't even pawn it off on my husband. My husband got the pulled pork burrito - same thing. He said there was shockingly zero flavor. He had the black beans and a salsa - no queso. Kids got the quesadilla and some nachos. Bland, bland, yuk, yuk. We did get a side of queso and it was OK. Not bland, not great, just OK. The chips did have a citrus twang to them - like a citrus salt was tossed with them? They were tasty. Overall - fresh off the line all food items were cold. We discussed trying Qdoba again in a month. We also discussed the idea of getting a burrito with some sauce on the side to try and see if you might find flavor that way. Although, in hindsight, I'm not sure I should have to be putting this much effort in to finding flavor at a burrito chain... It's a shame really. As the area continues to grow, I wish we would get GOOD restaurants in.

Disappointed. Other qdoba shops are far better. Quantity of food is less. Customer service is just fine. Waiting for other qdoba to open if it.

I've been to Qdoba numerous times, mostly at this location. WAIT/PARKING: This is located in a shopping center near Pinnacle Promenade. There is plenty of parking out front. You stand in line, order your food as you go down and it is ready for you when you pay. Then you find your own seat. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service has always been good here. FOOD: The food is good. Not amazing to me, but still really good. Most of the menu is a base item you pick (burrito, tacos, taco salad, etc) and then you pick and choose what you want in it. Usually, I order a taco salad without the taco shell, with lettuce, black beans, white rice, corn salsa, guac, and grilled veggies. Very yummy.

First time trying Qdoba. The young lady behind the counter recommended a grilled steak burrito, brown rice, regular three-course queso, shredded cheese. Ordered a taco on the side with regular queso and shredded cheese. Very fresh tasting butitto, very ample portion and quite tasty. I was surprised they didn't offer any type of potato option but it was still a delicious meal. Freshness is what stood out. I will definitely try it again.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
