The food was great, the server was friendly and checked on us on a regular basis. The hostess needed a lot more training. Spent more time looking around then at the line forming in front of her.

The stand host is awful! I was already standing in front of her and she is jiber-jabering with other server, even after I said hello! Some sessions are closed that she doesn't even know! She put us on wait and told us just be glad it was not 30 minutes wait. The dish I wanted is out. WTH!? Two people 's food were served separately. It's a poorly managed restaurant! The Parmesan Crusted Chicken was very salty. Server at my table and manager are helpful though.

I've been here a couple times and felt average service and average food. Today I was impressed. First our waitress was great-Shileene. Very accommodating without being pushy and knew her menu. I opted for the dinner Spinach feta Chicken off the under 500 calorie menu on her suggestion because it comes with a salad for only $2 more along with fresh green beans. It was sooo good. First off the salad had minimal cheese and chopped cucumber. Plus! The green beans were very flavorful but my favorite had to be the chicken. I love feta so I don't mind the strong flavor from the cheese. The baste was a garlic au jus which wasn't overpowering at all. I will definitely eat it again and the best part it's under 500 calories.

Food was excellent! I had a NY strip 10 oz that was cooked to perfection. Great service as well.

Front of house service lacking today. Need to be more attentive, since it sets the mood of the visit. Thanks waiter Ryan for saving the afternoon.

So my first thought was that I was going to be unhappy because when we asked if we could sit in a booth, they flat out said no. Even though right after we sat (literally right after), another family walked in and they were seated in a booth. - not cool!!!!! The restaurant was extremely cold. What turned it around? The servers and the food. They were very attentive and extremely patient with us. We were a group of five, but our parents were there so you know how indecisive they can be at times and very frustrating if your on the waiting end of it. But they were very nice and patient. They explained everything and I can't say enough on how these guys turned things around. They also gave us plenty of bread. :) Steaks were very well made! I ordered mine rare and it was nice and pink in the inside and parents asked for medium and it was perfectly done to their taste! Good seasoning and very tender beef!!! They even wrote happy birthday in Spanish on dad's bday sundae and that was a very nice touch! Thank you servers!!! Host- you should be just that.... A good host! Shame on you for being a jerk!

This place recently opened and I hadn't tried this chain. I visited May 31st to give it a try, I didn't have reservations and was there about 6 pm on a Friday, so I expected a wait. The great part about this location is that you can walk from the mall. We visited the Malco theater for a movie and then walked to the restaurant. Upon arrival, there was a small crowd waiting outside. We were told that we would have to wait 40-45 minutes and were given a buzzer. Outside we sat on one of their benches and admired the aesthetics put into this restaurant and their lot. After having a conversation with a random gentleman about the AMP our buzzer went off. We only waited approximately 25 minutes. Entering the restaurant, it is as dark as a typical steakhouse. However, instead of a bunch of stuffed carcasses everywhere on the walls, the restaurant has a lovely array of artwork, some that I would not mind displaying in my own home. We were seated by a manager and we were kindly given some suggestions from their specials. Shortly after, we were greeted by our server for the evening. She took our drink orders (Coke products, thank goodness) and we also ordered their fried green tomatoes. The fried green tomatoes came in a plate of 4 and feature a Siracha remoulade and goat cheese -- they were delectable! I ordered the Flat Iron Steak featuring a stuffed portabella and cream sauce with a baked potato and a salad. My husband ordered the Longhorn Porterhouse with broccoli and a salad. After ordering, we received our salads and did not see our server for a long while. My drink was empty and our food had not made it out long past our appetizer and salad were finished. Finally, a different server brought us our meal out, but our waitress did not come check on us. A different server brought us drink refills. Unfortunately, the steak I ordered medium-well was only cooked about medium-well on one end and medium-rare on the other. The stuffed portabella was delicious, as was the cream sauce, but our waitress never really came around to send my steak back. My husband's steak was cooked well and he had no complaints -- except that his glass would sit empty for an extended period of time. Longhorn has the potential to be a great place to eat, but it needs to work on their service and the consistency of their food. The food we had tasted delicious, but when something wasn't cooked to our expectation our waitress was unavailable for us. Perhaps with some time and some training, the experience at Longhorn can be better.

This is a favorite for me and my husband. The steak is always cooked perfectly and their strawberry salad is excellent. The service is perfect and they are fun people. The decor is very pretty! Great place for lunch and dinner.

Probably the best steak I've had in NW Arkansas. I was definitely expecting a typical chain steakhouse dinner and was surprised by the quality. We went late after the Friday night rush so it may have given the kitchen more time to cook the steaks just right. Either way the appetizers and main course were both excellent.

As a general rule I shy away from "chain" steak restaurants because most serve tiny tough tasteless steaks. Reluctantly my wife and I took another couple to Long Horn because they seemed to like it. I almost wonder if some of these reviewers ate at the same place we did. We started with a 'Best of Long Horn sampler' which is shrimp, stuffed mushrooms and chicken wraps. It was splendid and the price was excellent. My companions had a filet, a ribeye, a sirloin and I had a porterhouse. My porterhouse arrived looking as pretty as a steak ever has. Worthy of a photo for a commercial. Almost a shame to cut into it. I like my steaks rare, that is "trim the horns and cut off the tail and lead it to the table" rare. This steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly and as tender as a steak can ever be. It's a 20 ounce steak and will certainly satisfy any carnivore. If not, they also offer a 30 ounce. Maybe next time... All agreed that their own was cooked to their liking and were very happy. A real plus is that they offer Worcestershire sauce which most places don't. My only criticism is the salad. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a three. They'd do well to slip over to Outback for a lesson on how to make the perfect salad. Great service, nice atmosphere and extremely clean combined with great food will certainly bring me back. This is not your average chain restaurant. I won't need a salad with a 30 ounce porterhouse anyway. That's my idea of a real steak.

Absolutely Incredible. I've always gone to Texas land & Cattle for a good steak, but I am blown away by how good Longhorn is. The steak I had tasted like it had been marinating in a blend of wonderful spices for atleast 5 hours before being cooked. The prices aren't too bad for what you're getting, as they are on par with most steak places like TXLC and Outback. And, thus far, my experience with the staff has been very positive as well.

Great service. My husband and I have been here several times, and they always make sure you are happy with your dining experience. If you have any problems with your meal, they fix it right away. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

This was our first trip to this Longhorn. We went at about 1:15pm on Saturday 12/6. We waited five minutes and then were seated. I ordered the bacon burger, my wife ordered the salmon, my daughters the chicken feta with broccoli and my grandson ordered the Mac and cheese. We waited over 30-minutes to get our food which was way too long for how empty the restaurant was. When we finally got the food, my burger, my wife's salmon, and my grandson meals were perfect. My daughters chicken feta with broccoli, however was terrible. The chicken had some type of fat or grissel that made her gag and almost ...you know. The steamed broccoli was borderline raw and she left most of it. Because we waited so long we didn't send it back or we would still be waiting for her food. We never once saw a manager which was disappointing given how slow the place was. We will try it again in the future but until then back to Logan's Steakhouse where we normally eat because the consistency of food and service is always the same with lower prices.

Tried the filet and was not impressed. If I ever go back there it will be for the desert only.

Food was edible but service could use some work. After a 35 minute wait to be seated we waited 10 minutes at our table before my husband had to get up and find a manager to request service. John was very apologetic and offered a free appetizer but we just asked for drinks. After finally getting drinks and an appetizer our steaks came about 25 minutes after ordering the filets. Both were over cooked to nearly well done, this AFTER the server made sure we knew medium was a warm pink center - not what he served. Apologetic and offered to cook another but we declined. Manager not conscientious enough to follow up and remove charge for the appetizer. Not nearly as good service or food as the Joplin location. Better steak at Logan's Roadhouse. Probably won't go back.

I haven't been to longhorn and After the experience I had tonight I will not go again. We waited for a table for 45 minutes after they told us it would be a 15 min wait. We then sat at the table for an hour and still didn't have our food. They said it was still going to be 45 minutes. I will not return!

Food was very good. Had the outlaw ribeye and wife had the Spinach feta chicken. Servers were a little slow, otherwise, it was great. We will come again

They just recently opened and I have to say, the food is great! My servers name was Chris (CJ) and I'll be coming back just for his service. I would recommend anyone to try the food. I had the filet and the dessert sampler and it was all amazing.

The atmosphere is really nice and it looks clean. Have only eaten at this location twice. The first time was right after they opened, then again last weekend. Be prepared to wait, we had to both times. The first time was excusable because the dining room was full. However, the second time was an even longer wait with a half empty dining room??? As for the food...the menu is simple with just enough selections. To many selections in my opinion is pretentious and makes me wonder how fresh things are. But the menu here is simple and to the point. As for the food...everything we've had is very good and tasty. The steaks however are marginal at best. Both times we were there my partner an I ordered our steaks medium. First time, his was well done and mine was raw. Second time, we both ordered medium again...both steaks were well done. A Steakhouse should know how to cook a steak every single time. The service is marginal...friendly and courteous. However my water glass sat empty after I drank it all and was never offered a refill.

Food is average at best. I ordered medium rare sirloin but it turns out to be rare. Have to be recooked but it looks like a microwave job. Good thing I have a gift card to spend. Will definitely not come back

Lol peoples complaints cannot be further from the truth, excellent steak prepared correctly and at my table within 20 min, maybe I guess some people just like to whine online instead of complain to the company.
