Always great service and food quality. Had the mahi mahi with ratatouile, the Angus burger, filet mignon with shrimp, lobster tail, and of course the bang bang shrimp. During the holidays they had a wonderful pumpkin ravioli side dish. Great flavor. They don't always make the creme brulee where it has a crisp break on the sugar crust. Wait staff has always been friendly and accomadating. Have been there when packed and haven't had a long wait. Can be pricey, but well worth it.

If you don't already know, Bonefish is a chain restaurant. However, this would be one chain I don't have a problem going visiting every so often. My experiences shows me that their food is pretty consistent across restaurants. The Bentonville location has been quite busy each time I've visited (twice so far) I hear they have a special on Wednesday on their Bang Bang Shrimp that makes it even more crowded. Service has been friendly here from hostess to waiter/waitresses. The amount of time they came back to the table to check on us was very good and the waiter even had the courtesy to come and let us know he would be back in a few minutes to take our order. I usually stick with the grilled fish options here and can't speak for any of their meat/poultry dishes. The Saucy Shrimp title of the appetizer says it all, it is quite saucy! Unfortunately not a good kind of saucy for me. It was rather sweet for my taste buds and really heavy on the sun dried tomatoes that overpowered the shrimp. I wasn't quite impressed with the wagyu beef dumplings either. Maybe the meat was meant to be the way it was, but the soft mushy texture didn't feel right for a dumpling. Furthermore, it was pretty greasy. The dumpling sauce was worth the dish though! Not too sweet or salty and it had chili peppers (not sure what kind, serrano maybe? it wasn't spicy). They usually have a few daily drink specials for $5 that covers beer, wine, and mix drinks. Not much to complain about, so I'll be back!

Took my parents out to lunch yesterday for their 67th anniversary. Only a handful of people were eating there and now I know why. Our waiter was friendly and the service was good. However, the restaurant was on the cool side to begin with and then shortly after we received our food the staff propped open the front door letting in cold air so they could bring in new cushions for their booths. Throughout most of the rest of the meal the staff actually began changing out the old cushions for new ones and continued to open the door letting in more cold air while taking out the old cushions. It was disheartening to feel like we were eating in the midst of construction and not feeling valued as customers. The food was mediocre to good for all of us. To top it off there was also a correction that had to be made to the bill as we were being overcharged for one of the orders. It has been years since I last ate at this restaurant and was very disappointed to see that their standards have apparently declined drastically from my previous positive experience. With all the other great restaurants in the area it will be a long while before I try this restaurant again.

Freezing cold. Bring a winter coat. They had the air conditioning on and told us everyone complains but they can't fix it.

My wife and I and our daughter went there Friday night. Ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, the house salad with Salmon, and the Bang Bang Tacos. They changed the tacos to fried instead of soft and they were small at best, something you see as an appetizer not a entree'. When our daughter tried to eat them they literally fell apart. The floor manager came by and asked about our meal. Our daughter told her how disappointed she was in the tacos because they were better soft. She said corporate made the decision and that they may be going back to soft and it was an option, something not disclosed when she orders them. She said she would take them off our bill. My wife's salad was iceberg lettuce with a piece of salmon without a bit of seasoning. It was bland at best. Our server was awesome, but when she brought the bill the tacos were still on there so the manager now exacerbated the bad experience on the tacos by not removing themes promised. We paid the bill and left, not planning on returning because 3-4 times we have been at this location in the past 18-months we have had problems with the food quality. With all the local restaurants available we won't be back anytime soon. We had a better experience at Red Lobster.

Seriously.... The wait 30-45 min for a table... But we found two seats at the bar and their drink menu was interesting. I had a modern mojito which when came out was in a huge glass and was beautifully made with fresh mint and it was made perfectly. The food is worth the wait.. The servers were the only downside and they all just seemed short handed. The table next to us who arrived after us received their drinks and bread before us but I'm only complaining because I was starving! But it all worked out and came out nicely. The BANG BANG SHRIMP. Delicious. Get it. Why are you still reading this? ORDER IT NOW! I ordered the filet with crab cake it had spaghetti squash as its fresh vegetable... Wow My husband I forget what he ordered it was a fresh fish but he basically inhaled his food it was so good. Lol We Def will be returning. Best birthday husband returning home from Afghanistan date night we've had in a long time

We go here quite often and always have a wonderful meal with extraordinary service. The cocktails are always wonderful, my preference is the pomegranate martini, usually good for 3 to 5 of those...:). The seafood has always been fresh and the landlubber fare is always consistently good. We generally have at last one vegetarian with us and they always try to do their best to satisfy. The coconut pie is to die for. No complaints here except you might have to wait a bit for a table. This is some of the best seafood in town. Make reservations when possible.

Incredible fish tacos. We were staying across the street and needed a quick bite to eat. I asked the person on the phone what he would suggest. I took his advice for the fish tacos, and it did not let me down. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauces sis not dilute the flavor. Thank you for a great and affordable meal.

We normally get food to go on Sunday nites. The service is always quick and the employees are nice and helpful. A few weeks ago we did order the Lobster Grilled Cheese and when we got home, saw there was no bisque in the bag, we called to let them know and the next time we went in they had 2 coupons for free Bang Bang Shrimps.

Always top-notch and friendly servers and bartenders. My boyfriend and I continually rave about the brunch on weekends, and more specifically the blackberry French press sangria. It's out of this world for being such a simple cocktail. Every time I go I find myself conflicted with what to order, I find myself ordering something new each time and I'm NEVER disappointed in my choice. Brunch faves: Oscar omelet, any of the benedicts, blackberry sangria press Appetizers: can never go wrong with Bang Bang shrimp, but I never hurts to try the others. We love the crab cakes.

I had Grilled Mahi Mahi with corn and black bean topping along with fish sauce. It tasted good along with Merlot. Next time have to try a different topping.. I'm a sea food lover would try different things next time.. It's a nice ambience, different from seeing dull yellow light in other restaurants.

I came here with some family that came into town to visit a little over a week ago. It was my first time here and it was great. WAIT: We came here on a Thursday night around 6:45ish. We were told there would be at least a 30 minute wait. It definitely seemed like a crowded, happening spot. We were able to find a spot to sit down near the bar area. Then only about 15 minutes later at most, we were seated. That is always a nice surprise to get seated sooner. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The host and our waiter both had great customer service. Our waiter was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and personable. FOOD: The food was very delicious. This is what our table ordered: Bread with Olive Oil & Pesto: Yummy. All tables get this. Crab Cakes: Appetizer. This was good. Salmon in a Lemon Butter Sauce: very good. Kids Grilled Chicken: she ate it, so assuming she liked it haha. Crab Encrusted Orange Roughy with Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Broccoli - yummy Spicy Tuna Bowl: this is what I got and it was so delicious. Nom nom nom. Overall, this was a great place to have dinner at. It has a great ambiance and a cool spot to go to, whether it is at the bar or at a table. I will definitely be coming back.

Great environment, great service, great food. I had the chowder lump crab soup, delicious! Then my main course was the house special pork chop. It was a bit salty with their sauce they add on there, but tasted good enough for me. Def will be coming back!

First time to ever eat here and holy goodness was it incredible! The Chilean Sea Bass with mango salsa is quite possibly one of the greatest meals I have ever had the pleasure of eating! I can't recommend this place enough! It was very busy this night with about a 45 minute wait but the staff was extremely hospitable to the waiting customers and provided appetizer samplers to us as we waited! Fantastic service! Incredible meal! Great date night restaurant!

Great ambiance, just the right level of noise and superb service and food. Apparently this chain restaurant has a location in Toronto? Arrived here for dinner early evening and already it was very busy but fortunately we were seated straight away (did notice afterwards that people had to wait for seating). They have a great selection of wine although I was in a beer kind of mood so was let down by the limited options on the menu. For food I went with the bang bang shrimp, this was fine, nothing exciting but the dish that really was worth the visit was the Chilean sea bass with the lime tomato garlic sauce. They have a few options of signature sauce to choose from. For a choice side I had the garlic whipped potatoes which went great with the fish. The manager at the time was also very attentive and was checking the diners were enjoying their food, that I thought was a sign of good customer service. Great experience would definitely go again if had the chance.

I love going here, just because it has the word "bone" in the name. HA HA! HA HA HA! Any time my friends and I are discussing where to eat, I always bring up the fact that I want to "Go Bone". Get it? Ha ha! Seriously, they have great food here. It's a little upscale for my taste though. Have you guys tried twin peaks? Much more my style.

Ordered the sea bass with Oscar sauce (secret menu item), sautéed asparagus, and crab-fried ribce. The sea bass was fresh and very tender. The sauce tasted peppery and smoky which complemented the fish well. The crab-fried rice was so-so. For starters, we ordered the calamari and bang-bang shrimp. The bang-bang shrimp has a nice sauce that tastes like siracha mayo with a nice spicy kick. For desert, we had the key lime pie and brownie w/vanilla ice cream. The key lime pie was nice and rich. The brownie was slightly too fluffy and cake-like. I prefer brownies that are rich and chewy. Overall service and ambiance were great.

Atmosphere - nice. Food - not worth the prices. Had steak and crab cake. Steak was dry and burned (I do believe "medium-well" is pink in the center....not charred). Crab cake was dry and had zero flavor. Garlic mashed potatoes were runny, and the "succotash" was merely frozen mixed veggies that were hard as a rock. The appetizer - Potstickers - was the only highlight of the whole meal. For $54 I could have gone to Golden Corral (three times!) and had a better selection of food. Won't go back anytime soon......

Just ate here for the first time & I have a few impressions. First, why in heavens name is the A/C turned down to 65 deg? We were freezing while we were waiting for our table which took around 30 mins. Got to the table & ordered our appetizer after asking for coffee to drink which I would guess is a really unusual request because the coffee they brought out was very strong & luke-warmish. Got the appetizer (Kobe beef & garlic pan fried dumplings) which was swimming in a pool of some unknown liquid & had (argh?!?) crushed potato crunched up on the top. Ummm. Seriously? Wet & drippy & sort of yuck. Got our main course & I had (with trepidation) ordered the Kobe hamburger medium well done since eColi & I are not good friends & it came out dry even with the cheese melted on the top. Bun was nice. Ordered haricot verts & they came out overcooked & limp & disgusting. To give the mgr. some credit he came to our table & apologized & then brought us out some more that were done perfectly. My friend had the fish burger (salmon) & that was very tasty. For desert we shared their specialty desert of the day: strawberry shortcake. Now, be prepared, it was a biscuit cut in half (top to bottom & not lengthwise) with whipped creme in the middle & strawberries strewn around the outside with some creme anglaise. It was really the wilted piece of mint on top of the desert that finally did us in. Not that we ate it. No attention to detail. Quality of the meal ratio compared to what it cost was way off. Stay away if you don't want to leave physically chilled & dissatisfied with what you ate. The worst part was that we have both been in the bathroom since we ate (an emergency) due to some part of the meal. I guess I'll never know what they got us with but somewhere in that kitchen someone is violating food handling procedures. We're done.

two out of two get the food preparation wrong. the first i order the mango sea bass. the meal was a tad cold, the fish werent cook well, because in the middle it still got ice. the manager took the plate and back to kitchen. come out very nice. they took the item off the check. we give another Try, we order similar items, boy to our surprised, the food out Cold. We gave up. So we talked to our waitress, and said there were many issues with the fish tonight. So I said, not just tonight.

I was back at Bonefish grill last week on a business trip. We had a reservation for 7 people and even though it was busy, we got seated in few minutes. We had 2 waitresses and both are very nice and served us well. We got our drinks right away and we were ready with our Appetizers. We ordered Bang Bang shrimp, Singapore Calamari & Dumplings. All of them were good and Bang Bang shrimp was awesome. I can eat another order by myself. Highly recommend it! I have ordered their "Today's Special" which was Orange Roughy. This fish is not commonly found in restaurants. So i gave it a try and it was awesome. Overall....very happy with the food and service.

My family and I stopped by for dinner at 6:45 pm on Sunday, we were seated promptly with the restaurant about half full. We had an assortment of appetizers, entrees and desserts. The food was very good and cooked exactly right, and I have found very few places in the area that do that with seafood. The waitstaff was very helpful offering several food and wine suggestions. Will definitely go back.

The food is good, the ambience is okay but what takes the cake here is the dirty martini. They have the best dirty martini's in town. I ve been going here for almost a year now and they havent changed their menu a bit. The food choice and variety is limited. Try the bang bang shrimps - they are good. Price - A little on the higher side I would recommend this place for a peaceful evening when you want to drink a little and eat a little, certainly not a place for a full dinner evening.

For a chain they are consistently good on the food. Recently my husband ordered the pork chop as he is not quite the "fish" connoisseur. It was about 3 inches thick but cooked perfectly. My grilled tilapia wasn't as flaky as I would have liked and while "grilled' appeared to have sat in some oil so the texture to me was off. I was disappointed in the seasonal watermelon martini. It had little flavor of watermelon and all of that of cucumber and I am not sure it had any alcohol in it. Have they always put brown paper on the tables? The service was great and attentive but my biggest complaint is the noise level. This place is so small and tables are jammed on top of each other. It was quite a task to get to the restroom and back without having to "squeeze" in between chair backs and brush up against people. If you are looking for a more intimate setting and one you can have a conversation without listening to the people next to you, this is not the place to go.

Worst experience of my life! Please don't waste your time. We waited 2 hours and we never not got our food. I had hungry children with me and they never even brought us bread. What jerks! Come to find out the hadn't even started making it. Ugh. And the only thing they said was sorry. They totally ruined our night and by the time they told us we couldn't get food elsewhere because everywhere was closed. BONEFISH GRILL - YOU ARE ROTTEN!!! IF YOU CAN'T ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS TELL THEM DON'T MAKE THEM WAIT FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN STILL NEVER GET FOOD.

NWA sure does love its corporate-owned, unexciting, unoriginal, "me-too" run-of-the-mill chain restaurants, doesn't it? How this place rates so highly is simply beyond me... If you're looking for an experience that you could have anywhere else in the world, then this place is for you. Bonefish is the Olive Garden (excuse me, Carrabba's - they're owned by the same company) or Outback of the piscine world - generic, uninspired, overpriced, and ordinary in every respect. That's not to say this location is awful; it's not bad, but it's nothing special. The service is average, the atmosphere is cookie-cutter, and the food is bland. It has to be - that's how they maintain consistency 'round the world. Call me crazy, but I'd much rather eat at a true mom-n-pop place where I know the product underwent real thought and consideration prior to being plated and served. Bonefish may have some grilles, but I guarantee there's a photo or two in the back of how each plate should look. I've eaten here several times; the bang-bang shrimp is served drowning in a pool of a semi-spicy mayo-like sauce. It's decent, but not otherworldly. The Ahi tuna is nicely seared, but there's no telling which commercial fishery it came from, and it's usually over-coated with sesame seeds. The entree choices are limited - I've had the fish tacos, the longfin Mahi, and the Sea Bass... again, I'd wager a guess all came from commercial fisheries; none were bursting with real flavor or natural texture. It's expensive - on my last visit, my dinner for one was nearly $60 with appetizer, a few drinks, and an entree. And, I had to share a table with other folks in the bar... the place was packed, which reinforces my belief that NWA is in-love with chain restaurants. That's cool by me - I'll keep seeking out the local places while enjoying a quality meal and a more gratifying experience. Bonefish = meh Food = 2.5 stars Service = 3.5 stars Value = 2 stars MISC = 2 stars

BEST. SEAFOOD. EVER. I could end the review there, as anything else I say can't improve on that. We started with the ceviche, which was excellent if maybe too many hot peppers. Really delicious and a fantastic appetizer to share, though we couldn't feel our lips after. My wife ordered the Mahi Lobster Thermidor, which she said that was the best she had *ever* had. Lots of lobster, served on top of a decent sized piece of mahi mahi with some whipped potatoes. My fish tacos were amazingly delicious. It was simply unfortunate that there were only two. The hand-made chips that came with it were just right. For dessert, we had the "special", a chocolate creme brulee that was topped with a bit of real whipped cream (not the stuff from a can!) and a small pouring of Grand Marnier. A good portion, plenty to share with two spoons. The service was very good, the food was plated well and served hot. Our total tab was surprisingly low, especially considering the high quality and great service. No complaints at all!

Happy hour was a delicious steal... $3 wine, $5 for yummy bang band shrimp tacos w/ greens. This was a surprisingly classy, healthy meal for $8.00... I loved it and the staff was wonderful. It was chilly inside and Jen brought a chefs smock from the kitchen for me to wear. A good place for business people to stop in and find surprising value. Thank you!

Bonefish is a mixed bag. The fish is fresh, but the treatment is mundane. The sauces are less than amazing and they are made be generic so they can be mated with any fish, so they don't really complement any of them amazingly. The service is good to great depending on the waiter. They like to throw around the Kobe beef moniker, but I'm not buying it, well I did... that's why I don't believe it. Wish I could say they're great, but I just can't. I definitely wouldn't say they are a bad place, and would eat there if someone wanted to go there. Good thing is that they're cheaper than I thought they'd be; it's why I gave them so many chances.

Went to Bonefish Grill for the first time for our anniversary dinner. It was surprisingly nice! The Good: The Food! Complimentary bread with pesto dipping oil was a nice starter. We ordered mussels for our appetizer and the size of the dish was larger than we had expected. It was very delicious and we enjoyed it to the last drop! The sauce was great for dipping the bread in. I ordered the Spinach Bacon Gorgonzola Atlantic Salmon on the special menu and it was a good looking dish and tasted just as good! My husband ordered the Ahi Tuna dinner and he really enjoyed it as well. We heard Bonefish was a bit pricey, but for the quality and quantity to consider I'd say the pricing was just right. The Bad: It was a bit dark, but after a while your eyes adjust. They also covered the tables with this brown packaging paper which I thought was a bit ghetto for the type of restaurant. I'm sure it was just to protect the nice table covers from the dripping oils of the pesto and food sharing, but it cheapened the experience a bit. The Ugly: There was no ugly. Everything was just fine. The extra bonus sprinkles: The manager personally thanked us for choosing them and brought us our check. Everyone was very friendly. I can't review the drink selection because we're not drinkers. However, half of the menu was about the drinks. There was a full bar and many around us had drinks, so from that and other reviews, I'm assuming they have a pretty decent drink selection. Finally, I do recommend Bonefish to those who are considering it. And, yes, I would definitely return to Bonefish.

If you go any night beside Tue / Wed this place is pretty empty. Apparently Tues/Wed is when all the vendors / retailers are in town. Not sure how the weekends look. That being said - it's a nice place. Friendly staff (barteneder actually asked my name and remembered it - good luck getting that to happen in LA) and the food is pretty good as are the prices. The bar area is nicely laid out and they have plenty of TV's up. Apparently the desserts are great as I saw several people come in and have only that. I'm sure I'll be back a few times over the next few months and will update this review. Cheers

The food was great. I really enjoyed the white tuna tacos and the corn chowder. It doesn't hurt that the bartender slings a mighty fine pineapple martini. So why only 3 stars? The service was weird. In the middle of a dining room full of diners our waiter was a whisperer and a bit of a mumbler. While he was not rude, he was pretty far from friendly.

Bonefish Grill is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in the Rogers area!! Their Bam Bam Shrimp appetizer is AMAZING! The service and environments are also great. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is that all the waiting staff know their fish really well. Even if you don't know anything about seafood, or don't like it too much, i'm sure they'll make some great recommendations you'll love. Forewarning, it is a bit pricey at the end of the day, but overall a great dining experience!

One of my favorite restaurants in Bentonville. I love seafood and the fish is cooked very well. The decor and service is top notch. The only downside for me is that it is just a little bit on a heavy side for me. I've tried the Bang Bang shrimp. I hear it's a favorite but I'm not myself a fan. My favorite dishes are the sea bass and ahi tuna sashimi. Be careful ordering too much, they are pretty generous with their portions.

I may have just ordered the wrong menu items because I thought the food was average. The service was great - friendly and nice - and the ambiance was pretty nice. For a few moments, I almost forgot I was in Rogers, AR! In addition to a few glasses of wine, we had the ahi tuna appetizer and the bang bang shrimp. I thought the ahi tuna appetizer was a little overcooked (I like mine pretty rare) and overly "crusted" with sesame seed stuff, but generally pretty good. The bang bang shrimp was actually quite good - but it's deep fried shrimp with a tangy mayo sauce; how could it NOT be good? For dinner, I had the butter fish with lemon butter sauce, and my fish was really over-cooked; it was almost tough. :-( Made me sad because I love the butter fish... I got the potatoes au gratin on the side - delish. As Josie M. said, it is a GREAT deal. If you go, I would just ask to have your fish cooked on the rare side... Also, I was surprised that we needed reservations! Somebody told me to make reservations, and I didn't think I'd actually need them. As Josie M. noted, the place was packed (on a Tuesday night) with Wal-Mart vendors....

This place is typically hoppin' with a wait for a table. Lately, I've noticed an increasing amount of blue-haired patrons in the restaurant as late as 7 p.m. The food is still incredible, but the service on my last couple of visits has been appalling. Long pauses between table visits made me want to walk out and go somewhere else. Otherwise, I'd give it another star. The Bang Bang Shrimp is fantastic and the sea bass is amazing. Bonefish used to be on my regular visitation list, but I've taken it off in lieu of other local eateries who care that they have customers. Pros: Everything on the menu is amazing and I like to play in the revolving door as I try to re-eanct the costume change scene from Superman (the 1979 version). Cons: Service is slo-ho-ho! Lot's of really old people lately, too.

Really Good stuff for a corporate restaurant. Entrees were excellent as were the two appetizers and 2 salads we ordered. Nice beer selection for a place that puts little emphasis on the beer selection. I really enjoyed having the seasonal menu in addition to the regular menu. Service was excellent and very professional, and the timing was efficient but not hurried. We will Be back, my wife LOVED it. You know price is not an issue when I'm on the quest for delicious restaurants and dining experiences, but the total bill with all the food and drink we enjoyed that evening was more reasonable as any semi fine dining place I've eaten in. .

This place was packed and poppn' when we walked in on a Wednesday night. We went to get seated and found out they didn't have a reservation for our party of 8 - - not so good. Hung at the bar and had a few drinks. The place really filled up and we weren't able to get seated after hanging tight for an hour or so, so we cruised to Crabbys. Don't know how to rate this as I only consumed liquid, but I like the feel of this place. Didn't like the reservation issues we had

I went here with my husband..Had heard so much about how he luvd the fish here so i cud hardly wait to give it a try...I was not disappointed andmu husband was glad i passed his reco :-) For drinks we had a glass of wine each..they have a very good collection and sorted fom sweetest to dry..that helps ! I opted for my current fav white zinfande while hubby had some chardonney. The startes and main course were ordered based on the chefs recommmendation...For starters it was Bang Bang Shrimps ( i see from reviews that it is quite popular too ) and main course was Iceland Wolffish stuffed with scallops & shrimps and the Chilean Sea Bass...Both were well cooked...The servings are just rite and for once i didnt need a to go :-) Our chef was very friendly and we spoke about Indian cinema which h said was popular in Cameroon where he was from...We also met another chedf who als cooks fapped at the famers market we went to th same morning...Overall a nite of gud food, wine and lotsa chitter chatter

Just as good as any other Bonefish I've been too. I tried to get in here a few nights at the bar between 6:30-7:30 but it was always packed. I had to wait till about 8:30 for the bar to clear out to get a seat there. They have these new wagyu dumplings that are fantastic, and I always love the seared ahi and bacon wrapped scallops. My GPS didn't have the exact location so I had to scout around a bit. It's right by a place called McB's.

I don't care what night of the week you go in, this place is always packed. Recently went on a Tuesday night and by 8 it was packed. Luckily we only had 6 of us and we got there around 7. I love their bang bang shrimp and actually had it as a taco. Very good! Service is equally fantastic and one of my favorite places.

Couldn't quite decide on my rating here. I have had wonderful experiences with Bonefish Grill in other cities, and make it a point to visit elsewhere. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Rogers location. I had dined with a friend once here and had good food and ok service, but still talked it up to my husband and took him there for a special dinner. Our reservation was not honored, as we waited over 1 hour past our reservation time and were rewarded by - nothing. We received a booth on the bar side of the restaurant after our long wait, ordered the special, only to have the server come back afterwards to let us know they were now out of the special. We related to the waitperson that perhaps we would have had better luck had we be seated before some 70 minutes past our reservation, and still nothing. In the world of good service, a terrible misstep like missing a reservation by greater than an hour should have been brought to the manager's attention, and something should have been offered - a comp of a few of the glasses of wine we drank while waiting, a free dessert, a discount for a return visit... SOMETHING to acknowledge you missed an opportunity to serve your guest and offer a simple apology for the inconvenience. I won't reward poor customer service; I have not been back. Three stars due to other locations that have been top notch.

Everyone raves about how great Bonefish is, but the menu is pretty limited and most of the stuff is pricey. The best thing is to meet some girlfriends for drinks and appetizers; the Bang Bang Shrimp, the calamari and the Ahi Tuna are yummy. The atmosphere feels kind of uppity, but it's tolerable. This is one of the places we only visit a few times a year.

Oh man...this was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. You have to get the Bang Bang Shimp.... oh so good. We had the Swordfish and the Chilean Sea Bass and both we excellent. Great atmosphere and the wait staff was superb. Give this a try if your in the area and worth the drive up from Fayetteville. May need reservations so call ahead.

The service was excellent. This is a business crowd restaurant due to its location across the street from the convention ctr. I ordered the grouper with the pan asian sauce. I am from MA so am use to great seafood. Fish was OK but found the sauce to be too salty. Great house salad.

Great for a meeting friends or doing business. Eat in the bar area. It's more fun and you can order off the full menu. Usually get the filet with steamed veg. Bang bang shrimp and ahi tuna both great. Lots of WM vendors during the week.

I've heard about this place for years but couldn't quite afford it. When I finally went there it appeared to be a typical upscale Seafood Restaurant where a lot of business types went. Probably due to it's location in the Pinnacle valley district. It was very crowded, we went there around 6, and very noisy. The service was excellent for how busy they were, and the food was out of this world. I have never had seafood that tasted that good....and I've been all around the country and in European establishments in Germany & France. This was incredibly delicious. Every bite was just amazing. And yes, you have to try the Bang Bang Shrimp. Outstanding! So with a couple glasses of wine, an appetizer, and dinner, the bill came to around $75. I definitely recommend this place. Well worth the cost and there was plenty of food so we shared between the two of us. Great food, knowledgeable staff, friendly service.

"5/5 SERVICE: friendly prompt service 4/5 AMBIANCE: typical contemporary american casual 4.5/5 FOOD: consistently good seafood & pasta 5/5 VALUE: $26 for twin lobster tail entree?! $5 mixed drinks! Toto we're not in SF anymore!! so it's a chain. i don't care! stick a fork in me i am done...and trying with all my might to prevent from puking right now as i type this because i am so overstuffed with food. oh lordy why did i eat so much???? this self proclaimed piglet will have the following items slowly digesting and converting to fat cells as she falls asleep tonight under freshly pressed hotel sheets: - fried calamari: oh geez the lightest crispiest batter. sauces could use some work though (tomato sauce and sweet and sour reminiscent of burger king) - twin lobster tail dinner was amazing - meat was tender and succulent with just the right amount of firmness in each bite. love that the lemon sections came in these little mesh pouches so that the seeds would not come out. -side portion of potatoes gratin was perfect with the consistency of a mac and cheese, lightly sprinkled with breadcrumbs. -side salad was fresh with giant chunks of tomato, a heart of palm, olives, and surprisingly delicious house vinagrette that was neither too tart or sweet -bananas foster: a crowd pleaser but i was not that impressed as my gf makes it way better (and so do i for that matter). not bad though and piled high with vanilla ice cream atop a crispy pastry wafer. one friend who is a regular ordered the sirloin steak (he says it's consistently perfect each time) with steamed veggies which appeared cooked to the right amount firmness. another friend had the portobello pasta which was "pretty good". the place was pretty packed with seemed to be walmart vendors for a tuesday night. a must eat if you are ever trapped in rogers, arkansas.

The most satisfying meal thus far in my stay here in Rogers, Arkansas. Around 8 pm, the place was packed with mostly business people but we got a table rather quickly. Good atmosphere and dark ambience, a menu centered on seafood, decent prices... my kind of place. We started off with the calamari. Nothing special, crispy but a little too oily for my taste. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with a side of jasmine rice, and a cup of the corn chowder with lump crab. The chowder was good, but I needed to taste more crab please! As for the sea bass, the only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is the tenderness of the fish. It was a tad overcooked, just ever so slightly, but still good. I've had sea bass that was cooked so perfectly that it simply melted in your mouth. But other than that, it had great flavor and left me wanting more. We topped if off with the traditional strawberry shortcake. Loved it, but I couldn't fit much more in my belly. And talk about convenience, my hotel is only a minute walk across the street.

I had Grilled Mahi Mahi with corn and black bean topping along with fish sauce. It tasted good along with Merlot. Next time have to try a different topping.. I'm a sea food lover would try different things next time.. It's a nice ambience, different from seeing dull yellow light in other restaurants.

BEST. SEAFOOD.

One of the better seafood chains. The ever popular Bang Bang Shrimp is a must try. This particular Bonefish Grill had a small bar, but the service/server was great.

Had bang bang shrimp, fish tacos, and Jamaican coconut pie. Excellent meal. Price wasn't bad. Waitress was friendly knowledgable. They are usually very busy with a wait. Go during the week and it is just busy. Not much wait.

Cheers

Everyone raves about how great Bonefish is, but the menu is pretty limited and most of the stuff is pricey.

We were visiting from Los Angeles and had to most positive experience here. It was so good we went there 2 nights in a row. Fresh fish prepared perfectly! Excellent wine selection. Service was fantastic as well.

Enjoyed a very good anniversary dinner here. It was quite crowded as usual, but the waitstaff was very attentive. The food was good as always. I would highly recommend Bonefish for upscale casual.

BEST. SEAFOOD.

Thank you!

Cheers
