Ok so I've been to this Chili's a handful of times in the last two years when working in the area. Usually my coworkers and I approach it as our only option if we want a beer with dinner. None of us is ever happy about the prospect of eating a high-calorie, cookie-cutter meal with horrendous service, but the beer is good. Had I written this review a year ago, it would've looked a lot like Scott B's: inattentive, if any, service, no management control of employees, etc. However, I ate here again last night and was floored by it all. First off, we sat in the bar area, which ensures better service. Our waiter did a great job of checking up on us, and our beers and food came out promptly. Also, my food was delicious. I can honestly say that I've never had such a good meal at any Chili's. Realize that may not be saying much. In any case, last night's visit changed my opinion of this restaurant. I'd probably be back whether I enjoyed it or not, but now I'll approach it with a positive attitude. Good work, Chili's Pine Bluff! Hard work (and corporate strong-arming) has really paid off! :)

I did send this to their corporate office and today I received a reply. Basically its a apology for the bad service, reference to speak to manager to address this directly, and finally two $10 coupons to use in the future. Now if I had seen the manager I would have said something. I never saw him/her the entire time I was in there. Training might correct the trivial attitude of the server but I doubt it. I hate to say it, I would rather see the server fired. Finally, two $10 coupons might be a meal for one with appetizer and a soda. I have eaten in a few Chili's in my life and this, by far, was the WORST service I have ever had. They seriously need help. I just have to be sure to stay away from this location.

The staff was very friendly and the waiter was attentive to our needs. The food was good, really good. Which surprised me because I've had issues with chili's in general in the past. We sat next to the kitchen so it was a little loud and not in a typical restaurant kind of way. It got so loud that I thought the staff was fighting. Just a tip to the manager. Invest in skillet sleeves. My daughter suffered second degree burns on her hand from touching the hot skillet at another chili's. This time the waitress placed the piping hot skillet within reach of my one year old. Which I quickly moved.

This is the worst restaurant at I have ever been to in my life. Truly horrendous service from a wait staff that could couldn't care less whether you get your food or not. If there was a zero star review, I would give it.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch at this Pine Bluff Chili's. We were seated right away, our waiter showed up promptly to take our drink orders and again quickly took our lunch orders. I had the spicy tacos and my husband had the ribs. Our food took a bit to arrive but not a terribly long wait. We both enjoyed our food and the service.

The worst chili's ever. We were seated quickly but then nothing else happened. No waitress, no drinks, only one menu at the table. I watched a frustrated customer get up to find a manager. The person who was probably our server was busy taking pictures of a table of women across from us. We left after 15 minutes of waiting. This place is terrible.

Wow... Disorganized, s--tty attitude, smart -ss lead bartender. Totally needs a new position in the unemployment line... Find a better business to support... This one is an albatross. One star is more than this store rates, but the lower staff is at least trying. Sorry for your luck CHILIS... Corporate needs to send in a ghost to figure their problem out here. Just checked with my original bartender who said this guy is not the lead but next tender on as her shift is done... Told her ( the sweet lady) to tab me out... BAD FORM Chilis of Pine Bluff, Ar.... I've spoken to the store manager on my way out about the attitude of the new shift tender, who enlightened me as to having heard this before about this employee. I can appreciate the manager and his willingness to hear my thoughts. I hope this poor server's attitude never reflects on his standard of management.

Okay I am a big Chili's fan and was happy to see that my old home town had a Chili's. But I'm sad to say that from the moment I walked in the door, I realized...I am not in Houston anymore. This Chili's was as ghetto as any Chili's I've ever seen. The food was not the same. The drinks where watered down. The servers was....WHY? And the staff had no idea of the concept of service in a huge chain like Chili's. And can you believe we ordered a side of fresh Jalepanoes and the server said they didn't have none. I said this is Chili's how can you not have Jalepanoes. She said oh Chili's is named after the the bowl of chili not a pepper. Me and my friends just stared at each other in shock. I'm like...did you not notice the big Chili pepper in the name. Sorry...never again. Food was horrid. They really need to make it a requirement to have at least 4 staff members on staff who has been to a real Chili's vs just training.

Group of about 16 that split up to separate tables today, a Saturday afternoon. Arrived just after noon, and didn't leave unit 2 hours and 30 minutes later! I am not kidding. Food was good and we only waited 15 min to be seated. But Slow. Slow. Slow. They need to get their act together. Not a place I will visit again until I see better reviews. Should have looked at reviews before we went.

We saw that the reviews were about a year old and figured surely they have changed since then -- WRONG. There were lots of open tables and we were told it would be a 15-minute wait for us (2 people). Two groups of 4 arrived after us and were seated ahead of us. We finally were seated 10 minutes after arriving at a booth that had been empty since we arrived and it was across from another empty booth. Something was wrong with the iced tea. The taste was off and the server said he would make a new batch. We finished our meal before the new tea arrived--which did taste normal. Mustard comes on the cheese burger and I asked them to leave it off. They didn't. Many other tales to relate, but I have taken enough of your time. I'll find somewhere else to eat.

Tuesday night shouldn't be a busy night. So when I got into town for business, I thought Chili's sounded good, because it usually is. When I walked through the door I went straight to the bar as I was thirsty, and usually service is better at the bar. I stood there for five minutes, waiting for a spot to be cleaned off. I finally sat down because I wanted to sit at the bar and other people were waiting, the spot still dirty. I continued to sit there for ten more minutes waiting for the spot to be cleaned. After fifteen minutes, my "area" was finally clean enough for me to rest my arms on the bar. I ordered a beer and that came pretty quickly. I ordered my food immediately after that and it was really good. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers with fries and broccoli. Everything was pretty good, the chicken was cooked thoroughly, and the fries and broccoli nicely complimented the chicken. My only problem with these guys was the waiting around. I saw the same thing, that happened to me, two more times that night. I also tried asking for them to change the channel to a game that was playing that night, and the remotes weren't working. They probably could've just changed the batteries.

Terrible service for not being busy. Being a business man I travel a lot and have been to Chili's all over the US. I literally saw an employee eating a sandwich in the kitchen with his gloves on, a server scoop the top of a frozen drink out and dispose so the "lid would fit on" as she quoted, and the bartender disappeared for 5-10 min at points in time. Food presentation was not the same as even an averagely managed Chili's. This place needs corporate consulting bad.

There was a 20 minute wait with 6 visible empty tables. When we finally sat down we were ignored for about 13 min he took our drink order but would not take our food order at that time 15 minutes later he took that we ordered 2 for 20 we received our app after our food the food was ok broccoli was raw.its just not a worth the waste of time

We had a large group so it took an hour to get seated after they gave away the table they were waiting to give us. The restrooms are nasty, they ran out of clean, rolled silverware. It's not surprising that it is so busy in a Friday, it is one of two decent restaurants in town. The food was just ok, I have had better here.

My fiance and I usually like this place, but after our recent experience we will probably never go back. As soon as we walk in we notice that the original hostess was not there, guess it was her day off. Well, this new hostess sucks. She sat us at a table where we knew a high chair couldn't fit, so she ended up having to re-seat us at a different table. This is where it gets gross: We saw three German Cockroaches run along the wall beside us before we even got our food. After the third roach siting we told the hostess about it who then proceeded to kill the last one with the bottom of the cleaning spray bottle and then stomped its guts into the floor right where we were about to eat. She told the manager and he came over and acted like it was no big deal and said, "Well, we just sprayed for roaches yesterday, so I guess it stirred a few up, and "You just don't know what kind of stuff people bring in here." WTF??? So we both ordered the triple dippers and I'm about to puke everywhere b/c I'm too worried about the german cockroaches crawling on the wall next to my baby's head. My waitress forgets the BBQ sauce I asked for and takes forever! and she never refilled our drinks once while we were there. They were obviously understaffed, or waiters were screwing off when they should have been working. When I went to the bathroom I walked right past the kitchen and I almost threw up again. It literally stunk and after that I couldn't get the smell to go away. It permeated the whole restaurant! Bathrooms, filthy! The whole place was dirty and dusty. Somehow I manage to scarf down my triple dippers which were sub-par to say the least. The waitress doesn't give us back the correct change but rather .34 cents more than we should have gotten back. It must have been 20 minutes AFTER we were through eating before we even got out of this place. We gave here a two dollar tip and walked out. She's lucky she even got that!
