Incredible, homemade, fresh, authentic Thai food. Best I've had in Northwest Arkansas and far superior to many restaurants I've frequented in larger cities! We had: Pad Thai- nice smokey chili flavor- much more flavorful than other versions I've had and a better, thinner noodle. A must get! Drunken Noodles- incredible!!! A favorite at the table. Noodles were delicious, ample vegetables. Sauce flavor was deep and well-seasoned! Orange chicken- chicken is breaded, but only very lightly which I enjoyed very much! A very bright orange flavor to the sauce. This is not fatty gooey Chinese orange chicken. It was incredibly tender thin pieces of chicken in a much more true orange-flavored sauce. I loved it, but don't expect the basic Chinese version! Pineapple Fried Rice- SO SO GOOD! We really loved this dish. It looked pretty basic, but had such great flavor and seasoning- we will be getting it again for sure! It was a mfavorite at the table. Red Curry- one of the best I've ever tasted! And their white rice is perfectly cooked and fresh (a big plus as far as I'm concerned.) Spicy Basil Chicken & Vegetables- delicious! Such a great choice for a healthier dinner. A beautifully-flavored brothy sauce with chicken and tons of veggies. So perfect with rice! Even the child's Pho looked very plain but tasted amazing! I'm trying the traditional beef pho next time! Service was very friendly. Dishes came out as they were prepared fresh, so it took a few minutes for all of them to reach the table, but that's fine by us! You could hear the cook in the back working with the wok, and we were shocked by the freshness and flavor of every single dish. The only suggestion I would make is that they need a brighter paint color on the walls or some plants, a tv on the wall or some music playing, and a few more decorations, so the restaurant feels a bit more welcoming and alive! It's very quiet and dull when you walk in, which does not do the INCREDIBLE FOOD any justice. But we will return often regardless. My family is still talking about the food days later!!

Very tasty, but NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES. Their pad thai (a dish I always find a good measure for the general quality of a thai restaurant) is one of the best in town, and they used to make it with rice noodles, but after recently becoming very sick after eating it, I asked and was told they make it with wheat noodles now. Out of tens of dozens of thai restaurants I've been to in Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, and the New York area, this is the only place I've been to not use rice noodles - so all my fellow celiacs who usually count on thai dishes traditionally made with rice noodles should definitely skip this place. If you have any other food allergies or intolerances, I'd do the same - if Thai Ginger uses wheat and rice noodles interchangeably, who knows how safe their use of soy or dairy is. Shame, because they're not lacking in the flavor department.

Way over-rated. Wait staff was a girl of about 14. Absolutely no decor. Food was mediocre & over priced. Was very disappointed after reading the other reviews. Won't be returning. :(

I found this place by accident and I'm glad I did. I consider myself a lover of authentic thai food and have tried multiple thai restaurants in NWA. This place has amazing green curry. My girlfriend always gets the pad thai and she likes it too. Portions are big and if you ask for it spicy, they definitely don't hold back.

Good was pretty good but the service was horrible. It was evident the waitress had her favorite customers and spent all of her time and energy focused on them. I had my own time constraints and that made it that much more frustrating.

This place is AWESOME!! summer rolls were super fresh. The broth on the Pho was perfect, if you like it spicier... Put some chili paste in it!

I always enjoy the spicy duck curry and it is a good place to grab some Thai food. More often than not I order to pickup and the foods great! My only complaint is that the level of spicy of the food does vary quite a bit even if you choose a 5 on their 1-5 hotness scale. However I still highly recommend this family run Thai food experience!

In the area for business was looking for a good Thai restaurant. Found it. The food was fresh and very authentic. I will come back any time I am in town. My colleague enjoyed his meal as well. Good food, great price.

This place used to be ok when it was run by different owners but now it's really a pretty pathetic excuse for a thai restaurant. There are so many other great thai restaurants in the area.

Hmm...you know when you're trying something new and you're REALLY wanting to like it? Then you don't, and that puts you in the minority? Maybe they were having a bad night. Maybe I don't like thai. Maybe everyone at the table didn't like it either. NOTE: Yes, I've eaten Thai; even authentic home cooked thai; no, as a matter of fact, I'm not from here; why yes, I am a foodie. Here's the run down: Egg Rolls: Frozen and therefore dripping with liquid w/the first bite. Wait, they didn't come to the table frozen. They fried them...it's just that...okay, I'll let it go. Thai Beef Salad: Is beef supposed to taste like fish? Ours did and when we mentioned it, the server said he didn't know what was in it. We told him we couldn't eat it. He said sorry and walked away. It showed up on the bill. He said the owner wasn't in to help us. You do the math. (Besides tasting like the back of a fishmonger's counter on a saturday, the salad was over salted, and under, well, salad-y.) Orange Chicken: Interesting and beautiful to look at. The sauce is intensely orange but too mucked up with cornstarch. Side of fried(?) rice was mistaken for brown. It had no resemblance to fried rice w/the exception of three (3) pieces of cooked egg and a SLIGHT off-white color. Drunken Noodles: Things are looking up here. If you can get past the (again) heavy salt and over use of cornstarch, this was what saved us. Unfortunately (for me) this is what I ordered and so had to share with the other diners. Pork Fried Rice: This is a dish I do not understand. At first, I thought maybe we had gotten the wrong order - the dish looked like a cruel shout out to SPANISH Rice a Roni. Is Thai fried rice supposed to feature avocado? If it does, that's fine. This was not fine. It was mushy and just looked like a plate of confusion. Yep confusion. Service was polite but useless; no offers of water, refills (see above for problems.) With exception of D Noodles the portions did not reflect the price. They were on the petite side. With three teas, our bill came to $48.00. Not exactly a bargain when you consider one dish was inedible and the other was being split three ways.

I absolutely love Thai food so I'm always wary about trying new places because I set very high expectations. Thai Ginger, however, exceeded my expectations! I was there for lunch the other day and ordered the Pad See Ew with shrimp. 3 level spicy. I received my food in a timely manner and the spice level was perfect. The portions were great. I would totally recommend this place to anybody looking for authentic Thai food.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
