Just a so-so teppan place with a sushi bar. A few times I've been here the steak at the grill was either just ok or too salty. The sushi isn't bad. Definitely not fresh, but not bad, and not a very wide selection (you're not going to get octopus). I typically only stop by here when I need a sushi fix and don't want to go to Memphis. Spicy tuna rolls and some gyoza aren't a bad choice. Update 11/30/09 - On a recent visit discovered they do now have octopus, and their Tako salad was pretty good (cooked cuts of octopus on a bed of seaweed. The fancy rainbow roll looked good. The yellowtail scallion roll had a slight fish taste, but the tuna rolls I had were fine. Gyoza is still ok. Not much of a sake selection (the bartender said 'hot or cold?').

This is really a pretty good Japanese steakhouse. We always opt for the hibachi grill. My little guys like the show. The rice is phenomenal. Hibachi fillet and shrimp. I've never left dissatisfied. 4 stars.

Rather than reviewing a new joint, Virgie and I decided hibachi rice from Fuji's was the fix for the below freezing weather. We ended up at the grill with two couples who probably thought we must be an old lesbian couple. We tried to decide (via text message) which of us were the butch/fem roles. I told Virgie (again via text message) that she was the one with short hair, and she replied that she had bigger boobs, so... But, it really didn't matter because... Pretty Good! I had come here before with my little sister and I knew this was one of her favorite restaurants so I decided to bring her back here for dinner for her Bachelorette party. The food was great. Your typical "Benihana" type of spot with a full bar (which was awesome considering that Jonesboro, AR is a "dry county") and complete setup for either sushi or hot food. I was completely surprised that they had Moscato. That made me really happy. The chef was really nice and entertaining and the server was great, too. I did find it extremely odd that they did not have any background music playing in the restaurant. It kind of felt pretty dull since it was already a not very well lit restaurant. All in all, it's a nice little restaurant. I enjoyed dinner. I hope this review helps you decide on where to have dinner while visiting Jonesboro. :)

I love Fuji's! It's probably the best restaurant in Jonesboro. The food is always good and you can't beat getting to watch it be made right in front of you! It's definitely an experience you shouldn't pass up.

This is a great Japanese Steakhouse, all their food is great and the chefs always put on a great show. I am not a fan of the Saki but everything else is always great..

Went last night with family and it was great. The service and the food were excellent. You must sit at the grill if you can. The hibachi was very entertaining. Food was nice and hot since it's cooked in front of you. The only negative was the decor, it looked a little dated, but I wasn't there for the decor.

Fuji Japanese Steakhouse has, hands down, the best fried rice on planet earth. I've had many if their entrees an I've never been disappointed. I especially enjoy their sushi selection. I recommend it for your Japanese food cravings. But, bring your cash. For Jonesboro it's a little pricy.

Jonesboro has more hibachi restaurants than any other city I've been to but every local seemed to wax on about Fuji the way that 14 year olds girls do about The Notebook. It is basically Benihana geared towards Arkansas so there is a lot of mayonnaise in everything.
