The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, the margaritas were tasty. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good Mexican food with a side of margaritas.

Open later during the week which comes in clutch, generous portions (2 could share one plate), service was extra speedy and staff were great! I think the meat (beef) sat under a warmer a bit too long but the sauces and salsa's were uber tasty!

The salsa and chips were wonderful! I had the cheese enchilada plate, and it was one of the best I have ever had. I will stop off here anytime I'm driving through Harrison!

This is my family's first time eating here and this now the only Mexican place we will be eating. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive

omg! yuk!!! Margaritas were the WORST I've ever had!! They had like no tequila, and some very sweet lime juice. We sent a pitcher back, and they came back some neon green color, as opposed to the natural color of a margarita. They we undrinkable. The food....I had a steak ranchero... worst meal Ive ever had. Horrible. We had over 12 in our party. The service was great, but no one had a decent meal.

Ate there today and it was horrible. The poblano pepper was floating in grease and tasted like stale, burned grease. The chips had the same flavor. The salsa was nothing but chopped up tomatoes. I just ate a few bites of it and asked for my check. The waiter asked if I wanted a box to go. I said no, that the food was horrible. He just brought my change and turned around and walked away. No apology, offer to replace it, nothing. I will never go back.

Who'd have known Harrison would have a great Mexican spot? Even by my Texan standards this place rates highly. Good food, great service!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
