This is my favorite study location. I find that a lot of the male baristas can be less-than-pleasant, but the female baristas are usually very welcoming and kind and don't treat you like you're a burden(I go there a lot, and this is pretty much the norm). Dorian is the best barista. She remembers my name and treats everyone very well. She also helped me to muster up the courage to ask for my gold card free refills, something I'd been afraid of doing for far too long.

This is pretty much like every other cookie cut Starbucks. Service varies, quality is consistent, and you feel a local fairy die every time you place an order with this drone of a business. The dark side awaits your next order. It is never too far away, with the mothership hovering over head. Look out for bad phone service, Starbucks stamped junk/liter, and slave driving coffee farmers. There will be no one to stop them this time.

This is consistently THE slowest service I've ever received at a Starbucks location. There is no sense of urgency and employees seem inexperienced. Quality of product and convenience to work is great however. Those two things keep me coming back every time I have to be in Fayetteville for work.

This Starbucks has improved since my last review. It seems cleaner and a bit quicker. The baristas are very friendly and some remember my name which is sweet. The drive-thru situation is still bad.. But that will never change.

If you want fast coffee go to the bentonville or pleasant st location! This Starbucks moves slower than molasses....been there a few times and it's always the same snail pace.

This Starbucks takes a very long time whether you go in or drive through. Also, I am not sure if it is a recent local store policy or an across the board policy for all Starbucks that lately the staff asks me more than once if I want to add a dessert to my order. If I say no the first time, please don't ask me "are you sure?" It comes across as pushy. If I explicitly ordered my drink "unsweetened," chances are I don't want any dessert.

We love Starbucks. What I will say is that the line can get BAD. The location is good for visibility for the business but bad for customers because they don't move it fast enough. However, they know us by our drink order and they never let us down on quality.

I've been going to this Starbucks for over two years and it is by far my favorite. Everyone knows my name and what I drink as soon as I walk in the door. Great place to relax and talk to a friend or two.

I was happy to hear that Fayettechille got a Starbucks years ago when this one opened. However, here are some things to know about this one. -it's tiny -- not a great place to study -it's freezing -- not a great place to do anything -it does NOT have wifi -- why not? that's so 2000 and late. It is a Starbucks, though so drive through and outdoor seating (3/4 tables) are the modus operandi for this locale.

Great coffee Great service, not much room to sit around though and the music can be a bit loud. It is definitely the meeting place of Fayetteville. You will see all day sitters, business people having meetings and everything in between.
