I love this place. I take my family there almost every week. The staff knows us by name and they really do treat us like family (other than charging for the meal). They ask about us and share about themselves. The restaurant always looks great and has a good atmosphere. The food is always good as I'm sure it is in any Olive Garden, but what I really enjoy about it is they allow us to split our meal. Most of the time there is too much food for one person so sharing the plate just makes since and keeps the cost down. As far as the service, we always ask for Bobby because he knows our order by heart and takes really good care of us but I think all of the servers do a really great job. This place is very worth of the five stars.

Came for breadstick sandwiches for dinner, found out that they are only served at lunch. This kind of disappointed me but I still ate and it was delicious. But I never go there for lunch, and would really love to have a breadstick sandwich for dinner.

My husband thinks this is the worst Italian restaurant in NW Arkansas. He ordered Tour of Italy. Chicken was dry and thin like a piece of paper. Lasagna was also thin. He had a Lasagna that was half an inch thick! I told the chef that was working the dining area about it. She agreed with me and gave him another one. It was the same. He didn't eat it and told the waitress. It's a chain restaurant and there was nothing they could do. The food is shipped in that way. My food wasn't so bad. I usually eat the mushroom ravioli. My husband says he will never eat at this establishment again and He has told a lot of people that the OLIVE GARDEN IS BAD!!!!!! I think it's average for a chain but below average if you think you are getting homemade Italian food.

The food is salty and greasy but otherwise un-offensive. The wine and desserts are nice. But it is the high ceilings, comfy booths and cheerful staff that make a visit to the O.G. kind of enjoyable.

I got a to go takeout and unfortunately their lids are not very good so my soupy lunch was just chicken and kale. However, the manager gave me a refund and took care of the situation in a way that I am satisfy with their services.

We have eaten here at this location many times and love it. They would have maybe 4 stars but my last visit was less than average. The waiter didn't seem to hear our order so our salad came wrong and then we asked for our desert to go and we even explained that we were late to an appointment and it didn't come to go so he had to go and get a box. Then begun talking to us on our plans. I wanted to be rude and say we are not leaving a big tip. But I chose not to be rude. Until I received the bill in which now they have tip suggestions. I do not like the tip line at all. I leave the tips on the table. When tip line is there I purposely give 2% less. However, this tip suggestions didn't even start at 10% for regular service. It started at 15% for great service in my opinion. Then went up to 20% which should be pretty out standing. I hardly give 20% unless it's Christmas or something. This is crazy!

This may be the best Olive Garden I've ever had. That being said, I think the franchise is generally not very good with a "Waiting"(movie about Chain restaurant) type of staff. The "cooked" food is horrible. Salad & Breadsticks are real good! Sangria is better than average. Everything else is sub par at best.

Been to a lot of. Olive Garden restaurants but this one is pretty good. Very busy on a Saturday night as is expected but they handle the rush quite effectively. Great staff and good food. Oh, and Toasted Marshmallow Martinis! Enough said.

There are Olive Gardens, then there are Olive Gardens! This one is the latter and it is almost exclusively due to the staff. They remember where you like to sit and start bringing your "usual" to you (assuming you have one) practically before you even sit down. Try dining in the bar area. Small, secluded, quiet and Laura who works in the bar area is the best!

Terrible service. I've been here before with no issues, but Saturday we had a large party for a friend's birthday. We waited two and half hours to be seated. They kept telling us they were cleaning the tables and putting then together 3 different times over. 45 minute span. Finally my friend spoke to the manager and she told her a completely different story. Way to go Olive Garden for losing some good business. I'm sure most of us will be going to Rogers from now on. We ended up being so hungry we ate at chik fil a where we received great service from helpful people. Please get your act together Olive Garden. Not the best way to treat someone on their birthday.

Olive Garden, what can you say? While the restaurant is nice and always clean, the bland lack-luster food isn't close to anything Italian. Lets face it America, we have created an industry where everything is generic--and the "italian" food at Olive Garden is just that--generic. Try one of the local Italian eateries like Pesto Cafe, or make the 5 minute drive to Tontitown and experience real Italian at Mamma Z's or Venetian Inn.

If you like a friendly staff and bland wanna be Italian food then this is the place. If you are an out of towner and don't want to be adventurous then this is the place. The only thing here I can say that I really enjoy is the "Soup, Salad, and Bread Sticks" If you get water then your tab is around $7 and if you leave a decent tip then $10. Not many places you can go out for lunch or dinner and only pay $10 for and leave satisfied. If you want an entree instead of the S,S,B deal then walk across the street to Noodles. Noodles is a very nice local restaurant with better food and just as friendly staff.

Long lines and mediocre Italian food are the lasting impressions. Why not just go to Noodles 2 blocks down if you're there and want Italian?

Arrived to dine with my just turned 12 year old. Decided to share because we didn't want to take food home and we had just ordered an appetizer. The wasiter never even mentioned the "two for $25" special which would have solved his issues. When we ordered one entree the first thing the waiter said was "I'm gonna have to charge you extra if you ask to refill the salad." First of all, we had been seated for 20 minutes and no salad or breadsticks had hit the table yet. Waiter never offered more breadsticks and just took the empty salad bowl without offering to refill. Brought out the appetizer and no plates. Meal greatly when it arrived but very disappointed with the server. Wish we had tried Noodles. If this is the way Olive Garden is going to treat its customers I might have to find a different overpriced almost Italian restaurant to frequent.

Delicious Food! Yum....where do I start? They have great appetizers, I suggest the spinach artichoke dip. I'm in love with their chicken fettucini alfredo! The chicken is usually grilled to perfection, not to dry or undercooked. Every time I go, I also order one of their Italian soda's. Out of all of the Italian soda's, Vanilla and Orange are my favorite. Picture cream sickles' in a glass...they are dreamy! I crave them often. Have almost always gotten the best service here, the only problem I have is they usually have the air conditioner down to low and it's cold.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
