If I could give zero stars, I would. Slowest service in the world. You could go across the street to mexico viejo (better food too by the way) sit down, order, eat and pay before you would get your food at Mangos. Food was mediocre at best. They got my order wrong but I had already waited an hour and wasn't about to wait any longer. Going through the drive thru is a death sentence. If you pull in you are basically stuck there for at least 45 minutes while you wait for your slow sub-par food. Will never go back!

Great menu. All Ala carte. Well prepared and delicious blend of ingredients. Can't wait to work my way through the menu.

Aweful service, longest drive through line. No joke I waited 50 minutes with two cars in front of me. Food is nothing special either. Go to Columbia Mex across the street and you will be much more satisfied.

Ever had a frozen chimichanga? This is not it! These chimichangas are DE-LI-CIOUS!!!! Appetizers: The Guac Egg Rolls are AWESOME! The staff is friendly, and after talking to the owner, he said they were likely to add fish tacos to the menu during the summer! I haven't had a good fish taco since leaving the Bay Area in California. Tacos: Hard or soft corn, OR Crispy or soft flour! You can't get THAT at Taco Bell! BLAMO!!! But really, try the Chimichanga! Caveat: Good food does not sit under a heat lamp...it's cooked to order, so... Order ahead so you can get your food right away. All the others in line will be SO MAD!!

Mas Mex is better on every level. Better tortillas, salsa (red and verde), meat, quantity. Go to the pink place down the street. I recommend the steak tacos.

We didn't want to go out to a nice restaurant and didn't want fast food. Ended up at Mangos. Best shredded chicken tacos ever. I got soft corn and my husband got soft flour. These were better than we could have gotten anywhere else. Can't wait to try the shrimp tacos next! New favorite place!!!

Great little taco stand. I got the shrimp tacos and was surprised by how loaded up they were. Tasty, quick and inexpensive.

My favorite place to get fish tacos. Everything I have tried has been wonderful. If you are in a hurry you will have to be patient because even though everything is take out, it's all made to order. Love this place!

Coming from the Midwest where there is legit authentic Mexican food on every corner, I've struggled to find similar styles out here in Arkansas. Mangos is the closest thing I have found yet. And it's cheap!!

Great, inexpensive street tacos!! Not a bad wait, and the fish tacos I ordered were delicious!! My husband got the chorizo and steak tacos and was impressed as well. The prices make it even better: it was only $8 for both of us to eat! We will definitely be back!

Amazing food and you cannot beat the price. Only disadvantage is the wait but it is definitely well worth it and there is a reason there is always a car line

Food was ok, husband said it isn't better than Taco Bell. I've had better, but it wasn't bad. I wouldn't say it's to die for

I like the idea of a drive thru gourmet taco shop but I was not impressed with this place at all. I had pulled chicken tacos. There was nothing special about them. It's hard to beat The Velvet Taco in Dallas. That place has made my standards high for a gourmet taco.

Love their burritos. The California Burrito is my go to and it's always good. The wait times tend to be pretty long for a drive-thru/walk-up place but I can't complain to much about it.

A year ago this place was amazing. Today not so much. The portions are getting smaller and losing quality. The tacos are lacking meat and the salsas are watery. They lost the love for their food and lost a customer.

Seriously the best taco/ burrito place in Arkansas. Definitely reminds me of a taco shack in California.

As born and raised Californians, my husband and I were ecstatic to find a place that had the same type of authentic Mexican food that we enjoyed back home. The food is amazing and the prices are great for college students. During football season we make it a tradition to go here and stock up on tacos for every football game. Yeah you may have to wait a little bit, but that's because they're making their food when you order it so it will be fresh.

Y'all, it takes them a long time because the food is cooked when ordered. If you want pre-made fast food, there is a Taco Bell across the street. Mangos offers 3 tacos for $3 and they're pretty tasty and filling. Everything is made fresh and with good quality ingredients. It is a much healthier alternative to the other Fayetteville Mexican restaurants. If you can get past waiting for your food to be made, then it is well worth it.

Fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine! Call ahead and place your order or it could take a long time to eat! And the price is very reasonable. Everyone needs to try the stuffed jalapeños!

As a Texan, this is the only "Mexican food" in Fayetteville that is actually good. I was skeptical to try it out just because I have been so disappointed by every single other Mexican restaurant in Fay but now I'm a regular customer. The food is DELICIOUS, always fresh, and super inexpensive. For those complaining about the waiting time, that's the price you pay for fresh food and if you're in that much of a hurry, you can call it in and pick it up... So yeah this place is the bomb.

I took the family here after we had been walking around town. The whole family enjoyed it. The tacos are great, they remind me of the tacos on Mission Beach in San Diego. I had an order of the the beef on corn tortillas and my wife had them on flour. The kids menu was good as well, the kids seemed to enjoy it. I also had a chimi that was awesome. I would recommend thus place to my friends.

I thought the food was excellent, fresh, as and reasonably priced. Not sure why the negative reviews. We were pleasantly impressed and have become repeat customers. The guy even remembered us and asked how we liked it on our second trip there. I would recommend it and have several times.

I came not expecting much after reading some fairly critical reviews. My husband, mom, and I were all very pleasantly surprised. For one thing, all three of us had a satisfying portion of food for $13. FOR ALL THREE OF US! For another, the food was authentic and tasty. The wait was about 7 minutes, but I think that is reasonable given that the food seemed made to order. The mole enchiladas and carne asada quesadillas are recommended!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
