My burger was juicy, and there was an enormous amount of gloriously golden French fries. I had an awesome chat with the bartender Chelsea. And awesome location to be right next to Dickson Street and the bike trail. My experience was on one that will definitely have to reoccur in the near future.

I came here last weekend with my family. I was told this place had a vegetarian burger option, so I was excited to try it out. PARKING: Street Parking. There is a parking lot right outside, but from what I saw I think the parking is for another business. Not entirely sure. It was dark and I was hungry and rushed inside to eat haha. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The people we encountered here had great customer service. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. FOOD: The burgers were yummy! For the burgers, you pick what patty you want, either: single beef patty, double beef patty, cheeseburger, or black bean patty. Then you select which toppings and sauce you want. They give you 8 options: Deluxe, Arizona, Hot, B.B.O., Aloha, Southerner, Melt and 'Shroom. This is what we got: *Black Bean Patty with the Hot option (Spice Blend, Pepper Jack, Jalapenos, Sriracha, and Mayo) *Single Beef Patty with the Southerner option (Pimento Cheese, Bacon & BBQ Sauce). We also ordered a side of cheese fries before our burgers. For the sides for the burgers I had the side salad and my husband had more fries. The side salad was fine, just not very big compared to how many fries they give you. More salad would be better.

Fries were under-seasoned and the toppings on my burger were very sparse. I received a tiny amount of Bleu cheese, a small slice of bacon, 2 thick but small in diameter tomato spices, a single piece of wilted lettuce, and two pickle slices. It was decent, but I wouldn't ever eat here again, as there are far better burger options around town.

We came here after the Arkansas football game in which there was a blowout. My coworker recommended this place and the people we were staying with liked this place as well. We got a seat in the back, which was nice because it was sunny and warm. We started off with a plate of cheese fries, which were delicious. You could tell that they were coated with real cheese instead of a cheese sauce. The also weren't too cheesy. The right ratio of cheese to French fry. OK, enough about the fries. This is a burger joint. The choices were pretty colorful, but I stuck to the one with the avocado (I forgot the name of it). The bun was nice and buttery and had a nice glow to it the patty was fresh and didn't overpower the additional ingredients. I wish I could remember the name of the drinks, but they were light and refreshing. Overall, this places rocks.

All of our food was exceptional. Two burgers and two salads. Made grandson feel welcome. Good atmosphere to enjoy a family lunch.

This is a pretty good burger. They could potentially have one of the best in NWA but the prices are a little high for what you get. There is a lot of competition for good burgers in this area and none are priced quite this high. This goes for the drink prices too. Even though it has similar prices, this business is not like Theos. It may even have the same owner, but they are very different. Overall, I was a little disappointed in cost but I was pleased with food quality, service, and the cleanliness. The interior is open, relaxed, and the close bar makes a good drink. They have a nice patio for enjoying pretty weather. Be sure to go early bc free parking is limited.

The veggie black bean burger is the best burger in town. They use quality ingredients and you can tell the cooks know what they're doing. The fries are not my favorite, but you can replace it with a fresh salad and their dressings are very good.

Good food, service is decent, overall good atmosphere. One of the better restaurants on Dickson.

The bun to burger ratio is Way off. Too much bread. If you come here expect a good 40 plus minute wait and an up charge on everything. The restaurant was slow with a few customers. My wife ordered her burger with pimento cheese and that was a major fail. There were no pimentos! The waiter said oh well you just got a bad scoop of cheese. Come on man! On a good note my son was happy with his grilled cheese.

I will say it didn't hate it. The atmosphere was nice and so was the young service. The burgers are not bad, I believe it's a place that their eat will get better over time. The burger I had was tasty, but a little greasy and messy. This is a place I will happily go back to for watching a game and grabbing a burger. Also if you're adventurous try out their stout float you will be surprised.

This place has everything but the basics covered. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and friendly. They have the potential for 4-5 stars if they would do 2 things. #1 Season the meat of their burgers. Nothing extreme, just a signature taste. #2 (maybe) Same with the fires, add some seasoning. Everything else was tips. The fixings and sides were excellent.

I really wanted to love this place as I'm a fan of Theo's (same owners) and enjoy a great burger. My husband and I came with my family while in town visiting and it was a disappointment. Their burgers have some good topping combinations, but the meat doesn't seem to be seasoned and they don't cook the burgers to your temperature preference. Similarly, the fries are bland and pretty boring and their milkshakes also lack flavor. For a place specializing in burgers, I'd expect burgers, fries, and milkshakes to be really solid, and theirs just weren't. We happened to arrive during Happy Hour, but their Happy Hour beer prices are the same as most restaurants outside of Happy Hour, so none of us ordered drinks here. I love their location and wait staff was friendly and fairly good (other than completely messing up my dad's order), but this isn't somewhere we'll return to.

I've visited twice since opening and had great food both times. I've tried the DB Melt, The Deluxe Burger, the Cheese Fries and the Onion Rings and they were all spot on. I like the thinner patties. They really get great flavor and all the lil' crusties that make a good flat top burger taste great! The menu burgers are all pretty cool looking and I'm sure I will dive into the "design your own" soon. (Jalapenos, Pepper Jack and a Fried Egg? yeah baby!) The "Mason Jar" cocktails were tasty and the beer was cold. I kinda like the 4-4-4-4 beer thing. The Onion Rings were a big basket of battered goodness. The Cheese Fries were pretty amazing too. If my Doctor wouldn't yell too loud I would eat these every day. I'm anxious to try more of their burgers and to try their hotdogs. I saw some of the dogs being served and they were big ol' monster looking things. The servers have been exceptionally accommodating both times I have been there and did a great job for us. The Manager was friendly and thanked us and checked on us and the owner thanked us and checked on us. I know that location is kind of a pain due to the parking lot but it is right across the street from "free until 2" parking and you can park at the bank for free at night. I'm liking this place a lot and cannot understand why the few reviews that have came in so far have talked about how good it was but then only dropped 3 stars. It's better than that by a long shot. It's in my rotation now. Someday I wanna have a burger named after me!

The veggie patty is the best ive ever had! The prices are reasonable and the wait on food is nothing! Service always friendly!

My friends and I went for some milkshakes, and I was unimpressed. They added kahlua to theirs and got hit with a $13 tab. For one milkshake. Apparently shots are $7, which seems ridiculous to me. I'd never go here to drink with friends. Food looks yummy, but the burgers looked like they were more bun than meat. Based on their prices and what I saw, I don't think I'll go back to find out.

My wife and I recently moved here from Dallas. One of our favorite places to eat were gourmet burger joints such as Liberty Burger and Hopdoddy's; so we were disappointed that there was nothing quite like it here in town when we moved. Which is why we were anxious to try Deluxe Burger as soon as we heard that it opened. First let's start with the good. Great atmosphere - on the small side so it may get crowded at times, and friendly service. Good variety of burgers. It is a burger joint, so the menu is primarily burgers. One burger we had was the Southwesterner which has bacon, BBQ and a specialty house cheese. The other burger we ordered was a classic burger no cheese. All burgers are a 1/2 lb. burger but made with two 1/4 lb. patties. Quality ingredients however we must address the flavor. Although the seasoning is good, there was too much of it, leaving a salty flavor in the mouth and not bringing out the flavor of the meat. Our suspicion is that due to it being two patties rather than one, the over-seasoning happened on 4 sides rather than just two sides of a single patty, making it take over all the flavor. We want to give them another chance in case it was an off-day because they definitely have all the right ingredients just ratio seemed to be off that visit. Hoping for the best next time!

Great service, welcoming environment, fun upbeat music, absolutely AMAZING drinks, and probably the best burger I have had in ten years... Definitely the best burger in NWA. I highly recommend trying this new restaurant.

Stopped here for lunch a few weeks ago, on a weekday. Good selection of high grade beef burgers, served in a relaxed setting near the train depot off Dickson Street. I kept it simple with a cheeseburger, fries and a beer, all of which were fine. I will probably go again, and work my way around the menu.

Pros: Fun atmosphere, quality ingredients, friendly staff Cons: Small place, beers are a little higher than some other places Yes, the parking in the lot immediately in front of Deluxe Burger is a pay lot, and it has been this way for 5+ years, so you should already know this. It's not a city owned lot, it's privately owned, the pay stations are headaches because the rates change with the time of day, and this lot has caused headaches in the past by people getting booted if they're time expires. Well, the city is passing, or has passed a law making this illegal to do by these private lots. If you want to avoid this headache all together, park in on of the many city owned lots across Dickson, along Dickson, or along West Ave. These lots are very user friendly as are the pay stations. Again, it's been a pay lot for many years, and the whole district has been pay for nearly two years. This fact should not ever be counted against the business. The parking lot predated Deluxe Burger by 5 years! I was excited to try Deluxe Burger on Tuesday night before going to the Arkansas-Kentucky game. t's a small place, with probably seating for 40, and a bar that seats about 8. There was a slight wait when we got there, and it looked like plenty of the restaurant was going to the game like us. The hostess was very nice, told us there'd be a small wait, but we could grab a drink at the bar, which we did. The bartender was very nice. As listed on the menu, there are 4 beers on tap, 4 craft beers in bottle, 4 beers American beers in bottle, and 4 beers in can. I had an Avery IPA which was on tap, and came at $6. We were seated shortly after we got our drinks. The wait to be greeted could've been shorter, as could the wait for our food, but we were out within about an hour fifteen. The burger was good, but kind of messy because of how it was assembled I think. The bun appeared to be homemade or something, but it was definitely not from a bag. The fries were great. Not overly salted like some people's experience. All burgers come with your choice of fresh cut fries, homemade chips, or a side salad, which they just started this week. My favorite part is the atmosphere and decor. It's fun, and very cool. They do have outdoor seating, but it being January, of course it was too cold. Our server was very nice and courteous. A manager stopped by to make sure someone was getting us drinks when he saw my pint glass getting low, and our server had just left to get our second round. I'll definitely be going back and will be trying more of the menu!

The bun was high quality brioche bun, The meat itself was not very tasty and the burger seamed as if it was cooked clamshell style like McDonals. The fries were soggy and over salted, but showed potential. The shake tasted as if it was made from chocolate syrup, and not a hand dipped style shake.

Its OK, probably more a 2.5 stars. But in the realm of "gourmet" midscale burger places I've visited, its not close to the best. Atmosphere is good, building is a nice design. Maybe a little small considering its location. I had to wait about 25 mins for a table, but considering its off Dickson I guess its not too unexpected. I don't really mind waiting for a table when the food is good, but this fell short. I ordered a burger which I guess was their "Mexican" proxy. Its had pico, avocado, etc etc. Unfortunately, it was amazingly lacking in flavor. The fries that came with it were fine, but nothing special. The vanilla milkshake was interesting - it seemed as if they made their own ice cream, and put too much vanilla in the mix. It wasn't bad, just a little different. I commented to my wife before we went in "I hope this isn't one of those places which attracts people with ratpack hats and hipster t-shirts", and I definitely walked away with that feeling. Style over substance. They want you to feel like you are getting something you can typically only find in a big city, but they didn't deliver. As far as burgers go, you're better off going to Hugos, or getting the burgers at Table Mesa in the Bentonville square. For that matter, I prefer the Burger Shack to this place. Places that get this model right are Hopdoddy in Austin/Dallas, or Crave in Denver.
