last 3 times I have been here have been the worst experiences of my life. It's unfortunate that the service is absolutely terrible because the food is superb. The burgers are amazing but I have never had any decent service. They overcharge for EVERYTHING. I ordered 2 #1's and they charged me individually for everything. After confronting the staff member for it, she told me "You didn't order it as the combo. Have a good night" and shut the drive through door. last 4 times my order has been completely wrong and overcharged. Once they gave me the wrong change. This place needs to screen who they hire because the people they have SUCK. I have been screwed over by them for the last time. Won't eat here again. What a shame.

One star means I refuse to eat here. Coworkers eat here from time to time and it's not uncommon for me to hear that their burger wasn't cooked all the way. Is pricey and doesn't taste that great. Would much rather go to Grubs, Brenda's, or even Chili's for that matter for a burger. ...but not Applebee's. geeeeeaaaahhhh. Dang you Backyard Burger! You made me think of Applebee's.

I ate at the one in Bentonville, but the damn thing doesn't show up on the map. While the service was pretty lackluster, it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Honest. And cheap as the dickens.
