Conway has a great crew in this Outback but this place can get crowded. The men's bathroom uncomfortably so. Otherwise food is cooked to perfection if it is a little pricey there are plenty of reasonable items but you almost can't avoid at least $12 a person unless you get a burger.

This Conway location is great! Customer service is great and their food is delicious! The complimentary bread is very yummy. I always enjoy getting my steaks from here!

Take away order...they didn't give us one side we ordered (steamed broccoli), didn't give us any butter for the bread or butter for the baked potatoes, and one steak was very over cooked. I tried ordering online, but it wouldn't load...had to call to order which was inconvenient. On a good note...the young lady who met me at the car with the food was very nice and fast!!!

First time I have ever eaten at an Outback Steakhouse. Steak and potato was awesome and my server was Josh and he was really nice and filled my tea up every time I was low. I was just coming through Conway on my way back to harrison and turns out I know his sister that lives in harrison. I would recommend eating here if you want a great steak. And of course the blooming onion was awesome!

Outback has spoiled me with their Victoria's cut steak. Seasoned and seared to perfection. Tangy tomato salad dressing is my favorite.

Curbside order: We ordered online today, because we stayed in a hotel nearby. The food was cold and they forgot the Risotto with the entree. We went back to pick it up. They did apologize. Food: cold, small portion, overpriced. The Parmesan Pasta had spicy peppers in it. We ordered it for a child. Description said Parmesan sauce, no mention of pepper. Overall: Very disappointing! We will not eat Outback again.

I usually eat at Outback 3-4 nights a week, when I'm traveling. We at twice at this one. The first time was mediocre. Food was good but the service was not very attentive. We gave it another try tonight, figuring it had to be better It wasn't. It was much worse. I used call ahead seating. When I arrived, nobody was at the check-in podium. The screen showed a 5-10 minute wait. When someone finally made it to the counter, I let them know we were on the call ahead seating list and was told it would be 5-10 minutes. Over the next 20 minuts or so, everyone who was there before us was seated, then everyone who came in after us was seated, and then the tried to seat me and my 12 year old son in the bar area. I asked to be seated elsewhere and was told there would be an additional wait. It was about 25 minutes total. So much for call ahead seating. The waitress was not very attentive. She didn't come over for quite a while after we were seated. Drinks were empty most of the night. Most of the help we had was from other servers. After the salad came out, we had to wait for her to come by to request silverware. The salad was WARM and croutons were soft. Our waitress wasn't around, so I just ate it. When my steak came out, the server who brought it out (not our waitress) waited while I cut into it. It was very, very tough, and there was a HUGE piece of gristle that went from one side of the steak to the other, covering about half of the steak. The server said he would get another one, and took my whole plate (including some broccoli that look fabulous). My son finished eating LONG before my replacement food came out. The replacement steak was better (not gristly anyway), but it wasn't seared at all and the flavor was off. When the manager and my waitress brought my replacement steak out, I told them that I needed to leave in 5 minutes, and asked if I could get the check right away. The broccoli on the replacement plate was undercooked. I didn't realize most of this until after the waitress and manager left, but it wouldn't have mattered because I didn't have time to wait. (We had already been there well over an hour.) I finished eating quickly, but it took almost FIFTEEN MINUTES to get the check and have the credit card run. We had somewhere we needed to be before 9pm (because they were closing) and we didn't make it. I was FURIOUS. One mediocre meal. No problem. It happens sometimes. A second meal that was even worse, with multiple problems, an outrageous wait, bad food, bad service, and no real resolution. That tells me there's a MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. Even if you offered to give both of us a free meal, I'm not sure I would come back there. Time to start researching Yelp and seeing what better choices there are in Conway...

Usually Outback experience is good. Decent meal - decent service. Value. Tonight after sending back a filet (highly questionable) TWICE because filets should not be triangles and appear fried - I Give. Drinks are good, service is awesome, but give me a break. Quit making excuses about the steak. I have bragged on you in the past for consistency. HOWEVER - you did kiss and makeup and give a gift certificate that covers most the meal. #changethecook

We had dinner here Friday evening after a long drive. We were sat immediately and our server got us drinks right away. Both of us ordered fillets and I added coconut shrimp to my mail and my husband ordered a appetizer of a loaded fries. I'm yours came out quickly and the steaks were done perfectly. We will return!

I cannot figure how to give negative stars. We had reservations and they were confirmed on our way their. We still had to wait 1.5 hours for a table. Our waitress was great, but the management stinks. When I got my steak is was cooked well done instead of medium as I had ordered. Then the manager had the gall to ask us to leave since he had another party coming in. What's the deal, they should fire all of the managers and learn what reservations mean. When you have reservations, you walk in announce you are here and they seat you, otherwise do not take reservations and tell your customers it is first come first served. I will not be going back to an Outback Steakhouse. Over the years I have never gotten a steak cooked properly from them. I will go to Colton's though. The only reason this restaurant gets one star is the waitress. Outback is an over priced poorly run restaurant chain. Definitely go some place else!!!:-( drtimone

Good job last night for V-day. Huge crowd with an hour wait but there were multiple seats at the bar so we got a corner spot and were in and out within 45 minutes. Steaks were cooked perfect - rare and medium just as ordered.

I've eaten here at Outback a few times now. I've had the Teriyaki Marinated steak and a few other dishes but for me and me pocketbook, I still like their cheeseburger. It has a nice grilled flavor that fast foods places can't replicate. And it's $6.85 which comes with fries or a salad. Salad...have I mentioned the twisted love affair with Iceberg lettuce that restaurants have here in the South? It's better than some places I've been but I guess folks have a phobia for micro-greens or something. My only other criticism was one of my dining partner's Caesar salad came out dead last, when it should have probably been the first to be presented. Perhaps they had a hard time catching and plucking the chicken..and the waitress brought out the condiments a bit late for the burgers. Not great, not bad..I won't be writing home about the place any time soon...

Food and service are okay, but for me it's not worth the money you pay. I'd rather go to the Cracker Barrel or La Huerta for a special occasion.

Decent outback. I had the steak, chicken, salmon, and pork chops four nights in a row. Only complaint is the steak which was overcooked. I overheard a staff member say the steaks slow cook all day which is why it was overcooked so don't get here too late and order steak.
