One of the worst I've been to, the servers are bad, the layout is horrible. Unfortunately not many choices for sports bars. Location is the one really good thing since you can sort of avoid the Conway traffic and arrive from several directions. Food and beer selection is just like any other one.

Went with my boyfriend and his first time at BWW, he loved their sweet tea so much that we asked for a gallon to take home and they don't have them for sale :( other than that it was awesome. We ate off the lunch menu and the check was under 20! Our waitress was super sweet and super cute! Will come here again!

The kitchen screwed up my order. It was cold on top of that. Bartender is nice and working hard. Some of the wait staff are very annoying and flirting with each other. Wish I read the reviews before coming here.

This place is by far the slowest bar/rest. in Conway. I ordered food and it took about 40 minutes for my order to arrive. Would not recommend!!!

The food was really good. We had sweet BBQ wings, garlic parmesan wings, and a Blue (something) burger. They were all good and the food was fresh. The restaurant was busy but we still got our food quickly. The staff members were friendly and patient with us ordering.

I frequent this BWW location at least once a month because it's the only venue in Conway that shows UFC PPV fights. However, if I discovered the local landfill, DMV, or stink-bait factory (doesn't really exist) started showing the fights, I'd change my venue preference in a heartbeat. Time and time again the quality of guest service at this location has been dreadful. (Please note that all of my experiences took place in the bar section - tables, not actual bar - or the patio.) Examples: 1. Sat down at a bar table and waited 20 minutes to be greeted by anyone. Mind you, we'd stopped several servers and told them that we'd yet to be greeted (as in, had our drink orders taken). It wasn't until we had a manager walk by that the message actually took hold. The free apps soothed our nerves, but still. 2. Ordered a seasonal mixed drink, watched the bartender (my server) make it, and then watched it sit in the 'delivery zone' for far too long. The only reason it didn't sit there longer was because I finally had a server stop and ask if I was doing okay. When I told her I'd been waiting on my drink for 15 minutes, she retrieved it from the bar and brought it on over. Then the bartender (server) came by and flat-out lied about why it took so long. For perspective, after I ordered that drink, I ordered a veggie burger. The burger made it to my table before the drink did. 3. Order accuracy bombs frequently. Missing items from burger, fries instead of wedges, wrong sauces. What bothers me most about this is that it always happens when the server 'brain records' my order instead of writing it down. 4. On my most recent visit, when my wait times and orders went to hell, I finally asked to see a manager about my abysmal visit. When I explained what all had happened, I got a straight-faced, "We'll get that fixed for you." No apologies, looks of concern... anything. It made me feel like I should be the one apologizing for being an inconvenience to them. Not cool. With all the reviews detailing the horrible service at this location (on Yelp and other sites), I'm beginning to think they don't have a wait staff problem, but a managerial problem. Someone with a desk needs to start reading these reviews and making changes. Pros: (Yup, they exist) 1. Lots of vegetarian options - very cool. 2. Lots of alcoholic beverage options 3. Potato wedges are divine. Get these instead of the fries. The fries suck.

Went mid afternoon on a Friday. The place was virtually empty yet it took 20 minutes to get our order. The wings had been sitting around a while and were dry. The slaw had little dressing and I only took one bite. The carrots that were brought with the wings looked old as well. I can't believe a restaurant that specializes in wings would serve such a low quality product, and the food preparer and waitress thought this was acceptable. Not going back.

I went for lunch today. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Looking back, that should have been a hint. Unquestionably the worst service I have received in a long, long time. Ten minutes after I was seated, Rachael noticed me from across the room and became my defacto server. My original server came a few minutes later (at about the 15 minute mark), and I told her Rachael had it handled. I'm glad she did because she was the one bright spot that kept me from walking out of the restaurant. Five different servers came to clear the table next to me, and not one of them asked if I had been helped. And the chicken sandwich would have been better and half the price if I would have stuck to the original plan and went to Chick-Fil-A. I won't be back.

The food was good, the only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was the lack of knowledge by the waitress and the horrible attitude of the manager.

It's the slow service during a slow period that upsets me. I visited this location twice and it took 5-7 minutes to get a beer. The bartenders were nice but slow to serve me. I had the beef nachos and they were just average...did not have much beef in them. I would probably visit them again because of the atmosphere and to enjoy March Madness.

We've eaten here several times and always enjoy the experience. Food is good, the appetizers filling, we've learned not to over-order. Drink up!

The only reason this restaurant holds my attention is the wings and some good beer options. They offer traditional and boneless wings and a buffalo-sized panel of sauce and dry rub options. I like wings, and these guys make them alright (though I've had better) in lots of varieties, so I keep going back. We've always had decent friendly service. The ambiance drains my soul however. In this 2-room spectacle there are 5,000 televisions, all of which are grandpa-level loud and none of which can actually be heard. It is a cacophony of audio-visual distraction. But I like wings. The other food I've had has been lame and pricey for what is delivered. Even the kids' menu is lacking. But the wings and beer are good. So I'll probably see you there soon.

Service was great. Our waitress Stephanie was very nice and very helpful. Atmosphere was fun and full of sports stuff. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. I'm not difficult to impress so the food being only decent isn't enough for me to give it 4 stars or more. I was traveling so I probably won't be at this location again but I'll give Buffalo Wild Wings another shot at some point.

Went on a Sunday afternoon to catch a football game/wings. Plenty of tables/tvs/servers, clean. Friendly service, I was a little disappointed they didn't have the first 2 beers I requested from their menu - they have a bunch of beers on tap NOT listed on the menu. The wings were great - standard for B-Dub's, no complaints, price was fair. Don't kid yourself that it's a real restaurant - it's a sports bar with restaurant-like tendencies. I like the trivia they have here - you can play using an iphone app!

This popular chain recently opened up near us, and instead of staying home for Sunday night omelets, we decided to give it a try. I think next time we'll stay home. The service was fine, friendly, actually. We were seated promptly, as it was not a typical meal time and there were a lot of empty seats. There were several families with small children in the restaurant, and they seemed to be having a nice time. The waitress asked us if we wanted handheld gaming devices, so we said sure, but we could not figure them out and put them aside. Because this is an establishment that serves alcohol in Conway, you have to be ID'd at the door (we both had to have our driver's licenses swiped) and then checked AGAIN at the table. The food was just okay. We split fried pickles and my husband had wings, and I had a pulled pork sandwich. There was A LOT of food. This is one of those places that definitely seeks to impress you with quantity. I did think my husband's wings tasted pretty good. I will say that I liked all the different sauces they let you choose from for the wings and the pulled pork, etc. There is a chart that explains them all to you. It's nice to be able to customize your food in that way. The issue we had was that the atmosphere was just unpleasant. It was loud, both visually and aurally. It would probably be a fun bar, but it was not a relaxing place for an early Sunday supper. If we try it again, it will probably be for food to go. I'm sure this will be a popular place, but the unpleasant atmosphere coupled with the okay food doesn't really put this on our list of restaurants when we want to go out.

Everyone scattered when I approached the wait stand. Finally the hostess came out. Went to bar because that's where BWW likes to seat solo diners. Sat for 7-8 minutes. Not a soul helped me. A couple came in and sat down next to me. They were helped by the waitress who helped the guys across from me. Sorry I'm a solo diner but I don't get to take the family on business trips and if I did, it wouldn't be to Conway. Finally my waitress came. Told her of my wait. Apologetic and sweet. Placed order for fried pickles and 6 naked tenders. Said I didn't need fries because of pickles. Order delivered by someone else with 4 tenders and fries w pickles. Had to ask for flatware. Waitress stopped by and I told her that I only got 4 instead of 6 tenders. Do I want two more tenders? No, just don't bill me for the two I didn't get. Then after she walked away, I noticed the sauce was mild not medium. A foursome sat next to me. They were helped by waitress number three within a minute, maybe less. Solo diners deserve attention too. You don't know my backstory. I'm here for work. Would I get better service if I asked to join a table? At least they got the tea right. Buffalo WW is especially bad in pushing me to the bar which I usually decline and the service is typically uneven - not sure why I keep returning. Maybe because it's a known entity in places I travel but the customer service is appalling.

Went in for some Wings and a beer, Saturday night around 11. Took a seat in the bar, no one spoke to us or offered us service. Terribly disappointed..

Recently had lunch with a couple of friends at the Conway location. Waitress was friendly enough but our order came out of the kitchen wrong TWICE. Once it did come out correctly, the boneless wings tasted like they had been cooked hours before and left to sit under a heat lamp and the fries were ice cold. I believe they reused the fries from our previously sent back order but can't be sure. It was warm bordering on hot inside the restaurant and there seemed to be a shortage on ice for drinks. Tables were not cleared promptly so we were left trying to eat lunch amongst a pile of dirty dishes and napkins. Needless to say, will not be going back.

Typical BWW experience with the benefit of Rebel IPA on tap. Had to quickly duck into a place to plug in my notebook to lock out a freshly fired employee from the mail server, you know that old story. Ugh. Buffalo Wild Wings is good. Not the best beer selection or menu, but certainly not the worst. Service is always good (apart from the relentless plastic cup stacking that goes on in this place. . . how many cups are you using?! Listen for the clack, schoooooop, clack, schoooooop on your next visit). Beer, flatbread pizzas, wings, sandwiches, and non stop sports on too many TVs. Predictably good stuff. Service was friendly and everything arrived at a good speed.
