Darn good oriental food for mid Arkansas! Cabot sushi roll is delicious! Nice friendly service!

Used to be the best place in town to eat. Now I'm not so sure. Sushi has been iffy last several times I have eaten here. It is a shame because it was such a surprise to find this place. Now I rarely go back

Really good food, both hot and sushi. Fast service, at least during the week when we go. Good servers too. Reasonable value. I wouldn't necessarily make travel great distances to eat here, but definitely the best in the area (haven't had Tokyo in Cabot yet) .

For cabot, top notch. But all things are relative. The prices would be top end for the area. The food is above average.. not Amazing!!! The place is clean. The servers are attentive. The portion size is what you would expect. I have been here multiple times and have had everything from sushi to the lunch box. I haven't been disappointed. Relatively, I would knock them pretty hard if we were on the west coast or even sort of close to any coast. But again 'relatively.' It just really seems to be out of place in lonoke county Arkansas. I can't wrap my head around how this restaurant came to be. All that said, "Hell yeah, go there"

This place is great their prices are right in the middle and their fish is so fresh, you can taste it in every bite you take. The service is outstanding and they are very helpful when you have big groups. I eat here a few times a month and it's just overall a very wonderful atmosphere and great for I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Cabot. The sushi was quite good, although the rice could have held together better. Definitely, the best sushi and Asian food in the area. There's no buffet thankfully, so everything is made up fresh. We'll be a regular here.

Love it! Lunch box $8 special is great. Get tons of food. Sushi is very very good. Squid salad is the best!

Just ok. It'll work to cure a craving. It is in Cabot after all... They give you a unique asian chips and dip for free that's tasty.

The sushi prices are expensive for what is being offered. Having traveled and have had sushi in Tokyo, Anchorage, Tucson, and Columbus (OH), I don't mind paying for quality - which this wasn't. The rice was too soft, the cucumber not firm, and shrimp too little. Also got a boxed lunch of chicken lo mein. I was happy with the amount of food you get for the lunch price ($6). The food quality again was terrible. There was very little chicken in the lo mein, and what chicken there was tasted boiled and under-seasoned. The "vegetables" consisted of shredded carrots and canned mushrooms. The noodles were not cooked there. The fried rice didn't taste flavorful and the three pieces of California roll weren't very good. The ginger dressing was about the good thing with the entire meal. Bottom line: if you're accustomed to high quality sushi and Asian food, skip this place. This is far from an Asian bistro. Drive to LR and get something better.

It's pretty good for middle of Arkansas sushi. Very friendly wait staff. No problems with substitutions or smaller kids. Lots if families eating here for Sunday lunch. I feel it is a tad expensive compared to bigger city sushi places.

Great food, but recommend to go there for lunch instead of dinner. $6 lunch specials, same meal set but much pricier on dinner time. 1 missing star is for the limited drink choices.

Good sushi. The box meals are good too. Its not NYC good, but better than most places in sherwood and LR. Staff is friendly and works hard.

We love Haru!!! Their box lunch specials are awesome for the price. You get an entree, fried rice, salad, 3 Cali rolls, and a couple oranges for $6. Their sushi is awesome! Favorites include Cabot roll, Tokyo Drift and monkey brains. I take all of my friends here who have never been and they all love it and go back on a regular basis now.

They were very nice here but the food was just not good at all. went for lunch and we got the lunch box specials. i had low mein which tasted like the lipton low mein from a package. my friend had sashimi and she said it was just ok. She was supposed to get fried rice with hers and they never brought or mentioned it. I like to support our local businesses but since the food was so low quality, I won't be back.

Not many people have heard of Haru, I think mostly because of its location (and the fact that I had to create the business on yelp just to write this). Cabot's a little difficult to justify as a destination for great sushi, but I guarantee if you head up there and try this place out you'll be well impressed by what they have to offer. We went in around midday, so we got their lunch menu. The restaurant, by the way, is kind of a combination sushi place/Korean place, and their menu definitely reflects that. They've got all sorts of Korean stuff available, including favorites like galbi, bulgogi and bibimbap. Their lunch sets are also extremely good value - for $6 you get the full lunchbox set, including salad, fruit, rice, a few pieces of california roll, and your entree. It's quite big, so you're definitely getting your money's worth, and the food's solid. So lunch is a great deal, but I'm sure what most people are interested in is the sushi, and I'm here to tell you that the sushi at Haru is excellent. The sushi rice is just right, and the fish is fresh and tastes quite good. A lot of American sushi joints skimp on the rice and fish quality in favor of stuffing the roll with all manner of ingredients - Haru does it too, but they've also got the fundamentals down quite nicely. Their menu is full of the usual suspects, as well as a few unique rolls, and they've got a good selection of nigiri and sashimi if you're into that.

I believe this is the only sushi place in Cabot. It's good, clean, and the prices are very reasonable. Are there better places in the Little Rock metro area, yes. But, this is the only place in Cabot and it's just fine. We've eaten there 2-3 times, and gotten take-out many times.

I have been here a couple of times now, last time was for lunch and I ordered the beef lunch box. It was so salty I had to ask for a refund. I went again tonight, hoping the first time was a fluke. I ordered the Hibachi New York steak with fried rice. The steak is chewy and DRY. The rice is still hard in the middle. I am extremely disappointed. My husband said the sushi is good though

We were in trouble from minute one. When I asked the waiter to tell me about the specials on the board he said, "What's on the board?" The waiter actually picked up a menu to be able to explain three of the dishes. No plates with the appetizer. Never asked if we liked the food. One of four orders was completely wrong. Someone put this one out of its misery.
