This is the best Chick-fil-a in the area. The food is always hot and delicious. The service is top notch and it is very clean. It is extremely busy and for good reason, but the wait isn't too bad. It is my favorite chicken.

I don't know what it is about this location but every time I order the chicken nuggets the breading is thin and almost soggy. I live in Hot Springs and am a regular at the Chickfila on Central there and never had this issue with the nuggets there.

No sooner had we finished paying and our food was ready. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The building building was very clean. I will absolutely visit again on another trip and recommend friends traveling with children stop as well. The playground is great for letting little ones get their jitters out!

This is my FAVORITE location. Always friendly and they always offer great free things. If you are on Facebook you should friend this location. They give away something free at least once a week. Management is GREAT.

While I know better than to eat at a restaurant that isn't locally owned Saline County is in short supply. I have a three year old and a five year old that like getting fast food, the only thing I care for is the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. Tonight I came through the drive through and ordered two six piece kid's meals and a "cool wrap" (I assume they are named cool wraps because they get made earlier in the day and then sit in a refrigerator until service). I did feel cool ordering it. I'm trying to eat healthier and this thing have off the vibe of Jared on an Ab Rocker. That cool feeling was about to turn lukewarm: read on. I was asked which dressing I would like, I said Honey Roasted BBQ sauce, to which the cashier replied "uh, that's not a dressing, I guess I can put it on the side". Being a big fan of movies like Juno and Daria I can fully appreciate a teenager taking on the world their own way and having a sassy attitude while showing the rest of the world they aren't here to work fast food forever, however, I got caught on the wrong side of that aggression this evening. Again, I'm a huge fan of the Honey Raosted BBQ sauce, so I can work with Chic Fil A if its in some sort of limited quantity, I wasn't aware that there is a nationwide shortage until I discovered that there my cashier's pleasure had actually been omitting the coveted sauce from my bag. I chose to go back through the drive through as I had my two toddlers with me, we had just watched Paddington Bear (which I would give five stars on Yelp), this took 12 minutes and I asked to speak with a manager so I could make him aware of this unfortunate situation. I listen to mainly rap music and I don't like a snitch anymore than you, but nobody makes my kids eat pickle juice marinated chicken at room temperature, so I felt I had to let someone know, all he did was give me 3 packets of sauce. Chic Fil A in Bryant: I suggest you step your customer service game up, you are located in one of the most restaurant land locked spots in America, but I'll never go back to this location and just drive ten more minutes for better food and better service because Lady Justice's scales don't balance out sub par service and food.

Grest chicken, shakes and tea or lemonade. Great place for people with kids to gather and watch the kids play on the inside playground. Extremely family friendly and always great service.

I heard there was new management and if so I can tell. This use to be the best and friendliest chik fil a I had ever been to, now everytime I go I get rude comments and attitude and the manager this morning gave me attitude when I asked for my iced coffee to be full because it was about an inch from the top of the lid. I never ask and that was a genuine reaction and she said there you go now it's to the top for you sarcastically and rolled her eyes unbelievable.
