Went to the new Yum Yos-Do it Yo self frozen yogurt place tonight thats just past Rainbow Curve. The idea is cool-you have like 10 different yogurt flavors to choose from and its all self serve. Mix them up, swirl. And then like 100 toppings to choose from-all self serve including fresh fruit, lots of different candy, all kinds of nuts and sauces, cereals, etc. The place was packed! It tasted ok-nothing special. I could probably have just as good eating a frosty at Wendy's. And get prepared to pay with a fat wallet. While 42 cents per ounce, it adds up quick. They weigh it at the register- I spent over five dollars on my creation. I would not let your kids get too carried away-you could easily spend $8 or more on one cup. They are open till 10pm and 11pm on weekends. While packed now, I am guessing the price point will kill them in the end. I would much rather go to Coldstone for a little less money but twice the quality and taste.

Nice kids working there but the yogurt leaves something to be desired and the air freshener is much too strong.

I'm always up for some self-serve frozen yogurt and typically indulge while in SoCal, so I guess that's why I didn't get the sticker shock others mention. It is easy to over-do it, and that's not good on your pocketbook or your waistline (it's yogurt, but not calorie free!). I sampled several flavors - yogurt and sorbet - and all were very good, but didn't find anything remarkable. Topping selection is over the top, if you're into that. My experiences at other places similar have had better varieties of yogurt and tiny taste cups so you can sample before you buy. That would be a good move for them.

This place has a decent variety, but is very expensive compared to similar places I have been to in Dallas and NYC. They also have a no sampling policy which I think is a major customer satisfaction flaw. But, if you want a cold treat and not ice cream, then this place is a nice change. I have enjoyed the cake batter and the strawberry flavors. To be honest though, I think the better choice is to just go to TCBY (one just opened by Pinnacle Hills I think).
