This review would be 2 stars except I LOVE DD coffee. I come from the East and have grown up around DD. The problem with this location is consistency. Staff is not consistent. Understaffed at critical times. Went there in the morning. The drive through line was very long so I went inside. Only 2 people working in the place. Food is not consistent. Always out of bagels - (before 7am). Can't figure out how to toast bagel. B - always cold

Best cuppa coffee under two bucks in town! At least that I found so far. It's a nice clean place. And what can you say about such a selection of fresh donuts! We always manage to polish off a dozen. Especially if they have the holiday sprinkle donuts. Valentine's Day was heart-shaped chocolate glazed with Red and white sprinkles. Such a treat for the kids. They try to make a holiday donut for every possible holiday. There is lighter fare for those who don't want the calories of a doughnut, but it's not diet food. Workout before you come.

Well, I'll preface my entire review by saying I don't like coffee, so I cannot comment on the world famous cup o'joe. However, here's how I felt about the new store: GREAT: The store is bright & comfortable & very clean. Service was fairly quick at the registers, in spite of a line of quite a few people. The counter folks were extremely nice & helpful. They also have a self service refrigerator with sodas & juices & water for us non-coffee types. OK: getting a latte for my guest was a really long wait. I think the drive thru was getting preference which is understandable, but don't get in a hurry if you go in. NOT GOOD: both donuts I tried were really, really dry. I are the top 1/3 of the chocolate glazed one. The blueberry cake donut was a little dry & didn't have a strong taste of berries - I ate half. Maybe the fat Gods are just trying to tell me I don't need donuts. But I'm sure the coffee drinkers will be quite happy.

Stopped in for some Dunkin K-Cups since Seattle does not have any locations. Ended up with a donut and some decaf as well. What pushed this normal transaction to 5 stars was the customer service. The cashier (initials MS) was fantastic!!! Did I want cream and sugar? On the way out, did I need a free refill? Completely blew me away!!! I will make sure I swing through here every time I am in town. Thanks again for a great experience :)

Best coffee in Bentonville & so much better than Starbucks! Got my metal thermos cup & it keeps my coffee hot for THREE hours!!!! Refills are just $.99 per insulated mug. Not to mention that the donuts are just incredible & make Krispy Kreme pale in comparison. Amazing!

Worst dunkin donuts I've been to. I'm from Boston and when I saw a DD I was very happy, until I walked in and got service. First off there was a new hire on the register, not normally an issue, however there was a long line and the manager wouldn't step up and help. My order was a simple iced coffee with a flatbread. Cashier couldn't figure out how to ring it in, again not a huge issue, so manager came over to help, then made my order himself. My coffee came out all wrong and tasted disgusting. The flatbread came out fine. Someone else I was with wanted a breakfast sandwich and was told they were out of egg.... How do you run out of egg at 7:10am? Very poor service all around and we toon our business to star bucks the rest do the week, where service was speedy and accurate. Stay away.

This was my first and last visit to Dunkin Donuts. It took forever for them to prepare the coffee. Once it was ready it was served iced which I didn't ask for and detest. When I mentioned it wasn't what I wanted the barista she was defensive and offered to remake it. Since I waited so long the first time I knew I'd be late for a meeting if I waited any longer. I asked for a refund and they made an excuse why they couldn't do that right away so I ended up leaving without the coffee or my money back.

I've spent a lot of time in the Northeast so I I have great experience with DD. This DD is the worst I've ever been to. The staff is slow and frequently gets my order wrong.

I'm from the East and love DD, but this one is totally mismanaged. Lack of trained staff and no one on hand to manage them. Today, another order wrong- coffee not right, they were OUT of bagels at 7:30 am, and the wait at the drive through was painfully long even though there was only one person in front of me.
