The staff was fabulous, the food came out fast, hot, and DELICIOUS! I am now a fan! I ate the Bbq'd chicken breast with Applebee's and a cranberry chutney. Fabulous!!! Could not make up my mind, so I ate biscuit and the cornbread. Tasty!

Here on a Sunday - worst time for a Cracker Barrel. Full parking lot. Only waited 5 minutes. We were waited on quickly. The food arrived quickly and was hot and up tithe best CB standards. Had a leisurely meal and were out in 45 minutes

Mom and I would take turns on where we would go out to eat in Arkadelphia. Her favorite was Cracker Barrel and mine was Waffle House. At either place, we always recevd great food and service @ a fair price. Mom's favorite was the Dumplins' w/o chicken:) I always ordered breakfast and always disappointed though but as long as Mom was happy, I was happy too:) My one complaint with most breakfast serving restaurants is, when you state on your menu eggs, any style. I always order my eggs poached hard, with salsa on the side. I hate runny or gummy egg yolks. NEVER has Cracker Barrel gotten my eggs correct to date. Everything else I've ever eaten there is fine, just my breakfast which I'm a breakfast eater, anytime and everytime I can get it. Waffle House doesn't ever have a problem with my order and that's why I go there instead. Sorry Cracker Barrel but until you learn how to poach eggs hard? I won't be back for your breakfasts anymore.

Stopping back through from our trip to the Mid-South, we had suppa. Service, adequate. Actually it was betta than Friday's visit. We ate from the Wholesome Foods menu, you know, the low cal stuff. I've come to love veggies again, A good thing. We both had the Oven Fried Pecan Crusted Chicken. We shared a NSA apple pie. Cracker Barrel is a casual stopped. Keep the salt and pepper handy.

My wife and I are avid RVers and it's a challenge to find a spot to pull in and park with the trailer. We look for the Cracker Barrels since they're "RV friendly" plus the food is consistent and we know what to expect. It was Memorial Day when we were headed home from a state park in Arkansas and we needed to stop somewhere for lunch. Cracker Barrel popped up and our search was over. My wife and I both agreed Cracker Barrel would be perfect and it had the foods we'd been craving. We were worried that there would be a long wait but we were seated immediately. Another thing we love about Cracker Barrel is that we can order off the "kids" menu when we're not really that hungry. I love their chicken and dumplings but never can eat a full order with an additional side. On the "kids" menu you can order just a bowl of chicken and dumplings, perfect! My wife loves their chicken fingers. The regular plate come with a side and 6 "huge" chicken fingers. The "kids" menu has 3 strips and one side, also perfect for her appetite. I do agree with other reviewers that the staff does get behind on cleaning the restroom, they need to watch it a bit more carefully.

Wanted dumplings. Ordered oven fried chicken off the light menu with broccoli and steamed veggies. Shared a piece of sugar free pie. Under 500 calories for all. It was tasty but not as good as dumplings.

The GF, the kids and I were tired and a little dirty from digging around in nearby Crater of Diamonds state park. I knew I didn't want to wait until 9PM when we got to Memphis to eat, so.... As cracker barrels go, this one was pretty consistent. One of the secrets to a good experience may be knowing what to order. I didn't really do a good job in that regard, myself. My kids seemed to really enjoy their chicken and dumplings, but my chicken fried chicken was a flattened, sad little thing, presented with a stingy half dollop of dry cream gravy on top. The salad was a pretty sad affair as well. But, again, I don't think I ordered right. I mean, who gets a salad at a cracker barrel? The thing that saved the meal for me was asking my server (big, earnest guy with a flat affect but you could tell that still waters ran deep) for his recommendation on whether to get white gravy or brown gravy on my mashed potatoes. That brown gravy, served on the side, oddly enough really pulled the meal together and made up for a lot. Anyway, I'd say go ahead and come here (unless you just don't like Cracker Barrel). Maybe get the chicken and dumplings, or better yet eat breakfast for dinner. They have that totally down!

Good food, good service, TERRIBLE bathrooms. I can handle old bathrooms but not old and dirty. No one has taken a rag and cleaner to the stall doors, walls or dispensers in s long long time. Very off-putting. Streaks of dirt and grime on the stall walls, grimy doors to the stalls. Gross.

The staff at this particular CB was awesome. The food is good, as usual at CB. Stop and have some great food if you're in the area.

Always good. Feels more like a home cooked meal when on the road. Thanks for serving us 5 min before closing!

I had breakfast and was very disappointed. The biscuits tasted like they had been warmed in the microwave and everything else was cold.

I'm always a fan of Cracker Barrel, but my experience here was not the best. First of all, the place was super busy in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. We had to wait almost an hour to get our table. Once we got our table, the service was pretty good and we were able to order fairly quickly. However, thinks quickly went down from there as my wife wanted to get the combination meal with ham and meatloaf. However, they were out of meatloaf. Then, it became this whole big deal just to get them to substitute another piece of ham for the meatloaf because they said it "cost too much". The food itself was typical Cracker Barrel fare. Pretty tasty but nothing spectacular. If we hadn't had to wait so long and had the whole mixup with the meatloaf, I'd probably give it four stars. As it is, stop by if you have a hankerin' for chicken fried steak that just can't be satisfied.
