Customer service is fantastic when you walk in the door they ask if you would like a soda water or Snack We got in at two in the morning Would recommend for anyone Plus they have to elephants fighting in the lobby lol

This motel left me feeling depressed. It's definitely not kid friendly. Nothing for small children to do. The carpets were very worn. My mother and father in laws latch on their door was barely hanging on. They advertise for free HBO. It was non existent. On my way back home I will definitely not be staying here. Also, the cops showed up the next morning trying to find at least 3 people to arrest. My father in law talked to them and that is that they said. Their room also had a very burnt smell in it.

A gd nite stay....coming from NY this hotel was gd to stay in...The staff is very nice and helpful...The rm is nice with flat screen...yes this is off of exit 89 which there is nothing however if you go to the next exit 86 there is subways, waffle house and a gas station....for other restaurants you go to McFarland. ..This hotel offers complimentary bottle waters for you while you are there and I was there for 5dys 6/13/14-----6/18/14....would go back

Kind of in the middle of nowhere, but darned convenient if you've got business at the Mercedes plant across the interstate. Rooms are large and clean, furnished, perhaps, a bit on the spartan side. Beds are comfortable. Staff has been friendly on each visit.

Avoid this hotel. Management is poor and when trying to book reservations for a crew that was in the area we were told that they usually only take walk ins or reservations for only one night. This hotel has gotten a bit of a reputation from the locals also.

Large comfortable room. Only problem is this hotel is not close to gas stations or fast food. I drove 10 miles for both.

Large clean room. Free basic breakfast but they served bloody Mary's and mimossa's!!!!! First time I've ever seen that. Nothing to complain about. We were lucky to get a room due to a last minute cancellation. Only downside was that we paid $109 for the night which I think was too much. Then again there was a football game in nearby Tuscaloosa and all the area hotels were booked so we were lucky to get a room.

I suppose it's about what you are looking for - be warned Greystone is literally just the hotel. If you want clean and livable hotel room, fine. But there is NOTHING else here; no restaurants, no shopping, no attractions. The hotel has NOTHING besides a decent room, WiFi, gymn, free breakfast, free cokes, and two laundry machines; no pool, no lawns, no view, no shopette, no one delivers to the hotel, no DVD rental, no paperback swap. So come prepared with your own food and entertainment. The WiFi saved us, at least until the power failed in a thunderstorm.

Rooms are huge, very clean, bed linens including the comforter are changed and fresh, dresser, a kitchenette, large flat screen Tv's with cable, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, free wifi, laundry, work out room, pretty much everything you need! The free breakfast is a huge value, they even have flavored creamer for your coffee :) The hotel doesn't have a pool but we knew this before booking. The location is perfect for us personally because family is close. To the people complaining about the location.....this is the middle of Alabama not Disney. If you have small kids you will need to entertain them yourselves lol. We love this hotel and the staff!!!
