The biscuits are the saving grace here. Lobster Bisque tasted like cornstarch. It still had powder pockets in it that obviously weren't stirred in. Salad was great. Very crisp and fresh. The shrimp scampi was delicious! What you'd expect from chain seafood. Don't have too high expectations. Now the negatives. Dirty silverware Inattentive/unprofessional waitstaff (nowhere to be found) Slow service

They keep trying to redesign and reinvent instead of just offering good food for fair prices. They're so focused on selling that they've lost the appeal they used to have. Red Lobster used to be my favorite chain restaurant in Tuscaloosa but now I never would consider taking anyone there.

Worst experience ever. Food was horrible, and I don't know how you mess up crab legs. If I wanted to wait 4 years for water, id go to Nigeria. We were forgotten about, it took 30 minutes for Sorbonne to acknowledge us. I can't believe I wasted money on this meal and that they didn't even offer to take care of it. Walmart has more competent people.

Standard Red Lobster. Try going in after 8 to avoid the crowd. The hosts/hostesses are relieved to not have to deal with the crowd so you get great attention from them and your food arrives in minutes once ordered.

So good I eat here a couple times a month. Service has always been great along with the food. I love how I get the create your own combination I get a little of everything. I'll have lunch for the next day. Shrimp Alfredo, salmon, grilled shrimp, lobster mashed potatoes & salad. Perfect amount on all of it for the price. Those biscuits? Little piece of heaven in your mouth honestly. Love this place

Service was slow and unfriendly. Steak tasted like it had been frozen, mashed potatoes were slimy, coffee was terrible, shrimp scampi seemed cooked the day before and reheated. We will not be going back, which is a shame because Red Lobster is one of my favorites.

I forgot to check in when I was down in Alabama so where do I start? Ordered blackened tilapia...got burned tilapia! Asked for broccoli. ..got nearly raw broccoli. So yes my fish burned and my broccoli was raw. But wait...there's more! Son ordered pasta and side of broccoli. We had to remind the waitress not 1, not 2, but 3...yes 3 times! Is there more? Glad you ask. Yes there is! Friend ordered a glass of water, coconut shrimp and caesar salad. Got a regular salad drowned in caesar dressing. Water didn't come until waitress was again reminded. The coconut shrimp took so long I forgot she'd ordered it! Finally it came but we were ready to go. Ahhh then the check comes. Waitress asked was everything ok. No maam none of this was ok but I paid and glad I've never to go to that place again. Wish I could only give 1/2 star!
