We came in here by chance one day during he week for lunch. We were greeted by very welcoming employees and a very clean restaurant. The menu is very simple broke down into your sides and drinks, burgers, and chicken. We came here 3 times over the course of five weeks and each time I got a different type of chicken sandwich, none of which disappointed. My favorite side however is the sweet potato smashfries. The other side I tried was the fried pickles, which again did not disappoint. Two of my times here I got a shake which were also very good. The food and service at this restaurant were outstanding. I recommend stoping here if you are looking for a burger and fries.

Disappointing is the word that first comes to mind. Not bad, just disappointed. First place I've been to after eating burgers all across the country where they over cooked the fried egg on the burger. It should be runny, not over cooked. Burger originally came to my table with barely any avocado on the avocado burger, but the very nice server took care of it. Also appreciated the manager stopping by tables asking how everyone's meal was. I took the opportunity to share with her my displeasure about the fried egg. She wasn't sure herself. I thought franchised operations like these should be consistent with their product whether it's Alabama or Arizona. The burger meat itself was tasty, which is of primary importance when picking a burger joint. The shoestring fries were fine, although they're not my favorite kind. I might give this joint another shot. I'll just order a different burger, which is not a problem since they have many different tasty-sounding burgers, including chicken.

Great! The burgers are great & the Smashfries are FANTASTIC. We were very pleased to find they had a gluten free bun, and even asked if we were ordering that due to allergies. Seems they change gloves to prepare a gluten free allergy order. This is exceptional service we had not experienced before. I saw the sign on the highway for Smashburger & had to pull off. Kinda hard to find, but it's in the plaza next to Chipotle.

The burgers here are fantastic. The add-ons were a big plus like grilled onions. I really really really enjoyed the smash fries..

How can you go wrong with Smashburger? You can't! I had the mushroom swiss burger and sweet potato fries. Excellent as always. Only recommendation - remind the staff of Smashburger's reputation for excellent customer service. The service I got was not bad but it reminded me of what you would get at say a McDonald's. The other 2 locations I have visited had customer service that was "over the top." I am still giving them 5 stars though!

So so burger -- although I admit not getting anywhere close to what I ordered (takeout) may color my view. 50% of my order was wrong.

Yumminess. The burgers were fresh and delicious. We are from Texas so there were a few items on the menu we don't have back home. I tried the Dixie burger and man was it good. The staff made this visit expectional.

It's good, nothing to write home to Mama. but for a little more than the golden arches across the street, it is not a bad deal and a better burger. albeit just a little too greasy for our taste. very empty on a Friday night though.

The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The staff were smiling and very helpful. I had the smash burger and smash fries. My order came to the table quickly, the burger was very fresh and the smash fries with olive oil and Rosemary were amazing. Before leaving, the lobby attendant asked our party how our meal was and thanked us.

I drove from Montgomery to try the new Prattville Smashburger I have visited other locations and was eager to try their local burger, the Dixie I ordered a Big Dixie with a Fried Egg on top, Haystack Onions and a Chocolate Oreo Shake The burger was hot and juicy and made better with the fried egg. On future trips I shall add Avacado or Guacamole The onions were tasty with the dipping sauce and the shake was served with the overflow in the mixing cup The staff was fast and friendly My only wish would be for onsite Wi-Fi. I shall return and recommend this to others

The burgers were good, not fabulous, but tasty. The sweet potato fries would have been wonderful, except for the tons of salt that rendered them difficult to eat. The veggie frites were actually really tasty, but a little on the oily side for me. I'd rather raw green beans and carrots, but this is Alabama, we fry stuff, I get it. The best part of the meal, by far, was the yummy mint Oreo milk shake. Delicious! The service was quick and friendly. In fact, smash burger would have easily ranked a 4 to 4.5 for a casual dining experience had it not been for a very messy and chaotic dinning room. There were not enough staff to keep up with the tables, hence food was on the floor and many tables were littered with old food. The dining area was simply a mess and there were no utensils, the place to get them was empty. We actually bussed our own table because we felt so sorry for the sweet staff. As it is, I think a 3 is generous.

Best place to stop off the interstate for a quick meal. Food is really good, less crap fillers than most places, and they have gluten free buns. The facility was very clean and service outstanding. Also right next to Starbucks, chipotle, and Gigi's cupcakes.

absolutely love these burgers. The cajun fries and veggie fritas are delicious. The local flavor burger, the Dixie, with the fried green tomato and white bbq sauce are to die for. The service is quick and friendly every time. We tried the nutter butter milkshake the first time when we were there last and we were hooked.

Worst Smashburger I've ever been to. The burger itself had little to no flavor, it had no crust, was under seasoned and tasted like the burger was steamed or boiled. It was my fourth and last visit to this place ever. I've been to a location in Jacksonville, Fl and it was great, but this one in Prattville is terrible. There is a Five Guys about a minute and a half away in the next plaza and I've never been disappointed there. Go to Five Guys instead!

Clean, efficient, the young exuberant staff spoke intelligible English. The classic burger was very good as was the Baja jalapeño burger. Rosemary seasoned fries very tasty and the onion haystack excellent. Also the shakes are great too. The service was prompt and friendly. Only been open a short while so would def go back to see how they're holding up. Wish them success and advise they not try to open a store in Montgomery and ruin their great start in the river region.
