It was OK. Our waitress was very friendly, although service seemed a little slow. Apparently, they automatically bring out biscuits, now. They look like smaller versions of Red Lobster's biscuits, but they're drier and less flavorful. We weren't impressed. I had the western burger. It was very tasty, but very difficult to eat, due to its size. And even the extra napkins weren't able to keep up with the mess. I had to wash my hands before I was willing to pull out my wallet to pay for the meal.

I stopped here for lunch while on this side of town. I haven't been here in years but yet it still remains the same since the last, with maybe a few changes in decor. Now, the meal in question was the Chicken Fresco, a chicken breast grilled with lemon butter, sliced tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. I chose the grilled zucchini and a salad bar to pair with it. And for all intents and purposes, the meal was excellent; the chicken was cooked to order and juicy, the zucchini was fresh and seasoned to taste. The salad bar was highly appetizing as everything was nicely prepared and full. If I had to nitpick anything, the balsamic was a bit heavy. Not a concern, really. Our server was great -- delivering drinks and the meal in a timely fashion and offering refills when needed, taking plates away and offering dessert -- even though we were too full to even think about it. All in all, a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work. I'll always come back.

Overall my experience was awful! my family went there numerous times, and we were disappointed every time we went there. They always make a mistake one way or the other. The service is horrible. Most of the servers that we got had bad attitudes. One time I asked a question about our bill, and the waitress just walked away and said "OKAY, OKAY!" The food is okay, but most of the time they get our orders wrong. Either they tell us they ran out of something or they make a mistake in our orders. The last time we went I asked for a hickory bourbon salmon, but I got a grilled salmon. They didn't even try to correct their mistake and give me what I ordered. I also ordered a Thai Phoon Shrimp, and the waitress charged the shrimp as an entrée. I had to fight with the waitress for her to correct her mistake. Through all of these experience my family and I have decided that we will never go to Ruby Tuesday again! If you don't want to waste your money, don't go to Prattville's Ruby Tuesday! I bet this location will be history pretty soon like Montgomery one!!!

Awful. Order food. 45 minutes later was told the kitchen was short staff and did not know when our food would be ready. We left

PROS: Good food, great location. CONS: Watch out for hidden drink prices, they can really add up. I have eaten at Ruby Tuesday for years. This one is a good example of their chain as it exists today. The food is fairly good, and they have some nice specials. The salad bar is nice, though they removed my favorite pasta salad from the bar a couple of years back. We most recently went as a party of 5: three adults and two children for Sunday lunch. All had meals (two were off the kids menu) and sodas. The total was $68.00 with no appetizers before the tip. The drinks, which are no longer priced on the menu, were $3.50 apiece! Drink water and save a fortune. With our last visit, RT has made the leap from a sometimes treat to special occasion dining.

Since there aren't any reviews for this place I thought I would issue my warning. We arrived for lunch on a Sunday and ordered a small meal that included the salad bar. There were less than 10 people on the restaurant at the time. We ate our salad and waited for the rest of the food. It took 40 minutes to deliver a small quesadilla and small buffalo chicken sandwich. It was just too long. A family sitting next to us had already ordered before we arrived and got their food as we were leaving. You have been warned of slow service here. I wonder if it is a regular occurrence?

Absolutely great food and service. Had smokey mountain chicken, absolutely fantastic with baked potato butter only and salad bar. This place has the coldest and prettiest salad bar in America! I love the way they slice roma tomatoes for salad bar. Excellent bartender Lee. Assist mger Samantha had it totally under control. A leisurely dinner with friends. 5 star!
