I Enjoyed my Orange Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp, it was very good. It was breaded then covered in sweet sauce, came with fried rice as side. I went Drive through route and didn't wait very long. I do wish the take out boxes were standard as their version of the box has indentation making you think it is regular take out box, but it isn't. The price for 2 entree plus side ran $8.xx. Good food but skimpy servings but it is a chain place. Previous reviewer Joe stated he could eat two or three times, maybe if you eat really small meals.

I'm not sure why this relatively new location cannot seem to get their act together. Service is absolutely horrible, if you even get service to begin with. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for about five minutes today and NEVER was I greeted or anything. I never heard anyone there whatsoever so I just left. I just do not understand what is so difficult and why this place cannot seem to handle it. Poor employees? Poor management? Both? Regardless, I won't be back and would recommend nobody else waste their time there either.

The food here is really tasty, but this location is sometimes slow due to how busy they are. Be aware that there is an extra charge for some of the "specialty" items on the menu like the Honey Walnut Shrimp. You get quite a bit of food for your money here. Often when I get takeout here, one meal will feed me two to three times. You can get two or three entrees with your choice of sides....

Very friendly employee greeted us as we entered. This was my first visit and she offered me taste samples. The food was delicious. I loved the atmosphere and the price was acceptable. My wife had the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I had the Kung Pao Chicken. Both were awesome. Very clean restrooms.

Got here at 9:20. There was no chow mien and they had no intention of making any. They said that it was 9:30 and they were closing. Service here is terrible. I am getting this review finished by 9:31. Will never be back to this location. Too many good Panda Express's to go to.

Been to different Panda Express stores ... unfortunately, Prattville, Alabama, a new store, isn't in the mode of adapting to its customers' orders. They need to learn better how to communicate with their customers. They place the burden on their customers to interpret their not clear menus.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
