Road trip dinner as a recommendation from the hotel staff. The place was fairly empty for a Tuesday night. I ordered 10 medium wings to go settled into a bar stool and drank a Naked Pig IPA while I waited for my food. The beer cooler was stocked with the standards as well as a few local brew, always nice to see that. The wings were done in less than 15 minutes and I was out the door........ as I walked through the hotel lobby the smell of wings filled the area and everyone turned to notice and get a better sniff.....this is always a good sign when it comes to wings. Safely locked in my room i opened the Styrofoam box to reveal the source of the tantalizing odor...... The wings were delicious and an odd twist was that the added corn chips to the dinner and not fires... a cost cutting initiative? who knows.... I'd eat here again.

First time visiting yesterday and the last! I must say the service is pure crap!! Took an hour and a half to get our food! Waiter might as well had been absent!! and she was a little rude and to top it off some of my food was not hot!! Never again!! COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS!

This place sucks for service and there's nobody in here. My goodness how long does it take for wings and French fries. I would assume 5 mins right? I would try 30 mins !!!! Plus the food was cold.My suggestions is go to Jefferson's wings and stay away from this area location :)

You have to look really hard to find this place, because it's located in a strip mall, built WAY behind Logan's Roadhouse. I really love their wings, and I recently discovered the "Habenero" heat level....Woo HOO! They have plenty of beer choices to put out the fire, and the service has always been great!

I have NEVER been so disappointed before in my life...for real!!! I have been craving Struts for months! I finally made it that way today for lunch, sat down to order what my mouth was watering for the chicken teriyaki salad only to be told that it was removed from the menu 2 weeks ago.....1st star gone! I lived in Jacksonville when I was in college & Strut's was one of my favorite places. I was expecting this experience to match it's originally counterpart, but HECK NO! I was starving, so I ordered the chips & salsa. The basket arrived at the table & star loss number 2 occurred!!! The salsa was straight out of a jar. I should have gone to Wal-Mart to purchase chips from a bag and salsa from a jar! For my meal, I ordered the 1/4 pound burger with all the fixings. I wanted a side salad instead of fries, but the waitress informed my it would be $2.00 more....star loss number 3! I ordered the freakin' fries knowing I would not eat them! The burger and fries came to the table in a timely manner. The burger was ehhh....just ehhhh....out of the entire meal the fries were the best...too bad I only 5! My cohort during this experience ordered the chicken nachos that looked like a 4 year old had thrown together. The ONLY reason this is not a 1 star experience is because the waitress was sweet, quick and attentive....sad...day...my taste-buds are still mad at me! :( Yes, I am angry! Double sad face here!

Everything I've ever eaten at Struts was wonderful. The same can be said for the Jacksonville location as well. Delicious cuisine served up by beautiful and sweet waitresses.

Always slow. Foods always fine. Daily specials are a bonus. Expect a 30 min wait + if anything other than fries and chicken fingers!

I first started going out my friend to this restaurant in Oxford,al. My experience going here has been excellent alway in this restaurant. The food is always prepared well here. I'm so glad my friend encourage me to go here. I love strut!

I graduated from JSU and can remember when the original Struts opened in Jacksonville in 1999. I remember when i was first introduced to the awesomeness of those things called bacon cheddar fries. It was love at first bite...until the J'ville location changed the recipe. Thank goodness I found the Oxford location years uses the old recipe. I have to make a special trip to the Oxford location at least once a year or more for my beloved bacon cheddar fries with Strut sauce. From Birmingham. Seriously, I dream of these bad boys. This is the only thing i order from here just because they are so darn delicious. The sauce is what takes the taste over the spot. If I was on Death Row, everyone knows these fries would be my last meal. I really wish you would consider opening a location in the Birmingham area. I alone would keep you in business eating these fries.

Have not been back since I bit into nearly frozen (in the middle) fried mushrooms - TWICE in a row! It obviously had nothing to do with the servers, this was a kitchen mistake. But twice? I mean come on! Not to mention the time before that, I got wings and they were just not good at all. Some of the servers that work here are great at what they do and always have smiles on their faces. But then again there are one or two who are extremely rude to a friend when she goes. I used to frequent the place several years ago, but it is almost at the bottom of my list since last fall. I know a couple of friends that will not go because the price does not match the quality, and I totally agree. I hardly ever give bad reviews, but I still wanted to share!

As regulars my husband and I can say this place is always great. Normally service is great but there has been two or three times that have been questionable but not going to stress it. Which this place had outdoor seating so we could patio sit and bring our dogs when we have them. The entire menu is always good and beer is a plus!

Had supper with my husband here the other day, and the food was great, I had the fried green tomato BLT sandwich and my husband had the sliders, food was hot and fresh and the beer was cold. Great service by my waitress.

The wings are always undercooked and the staff could careless. It is almost criminal since the original location in Jacksonville has always been superb. I can only look at poor management at the Oxford location. Perhaps they will change management ....SOON... If not we can assume they will go out of business. However should they change management and follow the blue print set forth by the Jacksonville location then this business will prosper. The food in Jville as well as the service is exceptional. Unfortunately this ain't Jacksonville.

This place was great. They were pretty busy on the Friday night that we went but not too crazy. We were able to watch the Braves game which was great. The wings were delicious, and paired with tortilla chips. I've never seen that before and it was a nice change. They were pretty tasty dipped in the sauces. We each ordered 10, so to save us money the server split a 20. Which was nice. We also got the "tater skins" and they were yummy. Maybe a tad overdone but everything can't be perfect. Definitely a great experience.
