Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

This Olive Garden is typical of most. Good food, good service, and clean facility. Have eaten here twice- will visit again.

This Olive Garden is as I would expect. However if you are a business traveler like me and have to expense meals, they put a survey in the middle of the receipt which adds about 4 inches of paper to what you already have to save. This is a real pain an now added Olive Garden to place I won't go any more because my wallet gets too big. So here is your survey... Put the fricken survey on the bottom so I can rip it off.

Well this Olive Garden is just like any other one. My husband and I had a bad experience the last time we sat at the bar area. Bartender by the name of Betsey and she was more concerned with herself then the customers. Talked very loud and crude, had absolutely zero class about herself. I just don't know what it is with women these days they don't know how to carry themselves like ladies.

Wonderful service from Sandra and Austin! I met my mom and nephew there for lunch and was so impressed by the service. We did have a slight issues, mom's lunch was overcooked BUT they rectified the situation and went above and beyond to fix it. This will be our standard place for meeting when we are trading mom to the next house.

experienced very bad services here last night. this seems to occur more often than not at this location. i think the wait staff is poorly trained here. we most recently had problems getting clean salad plates, enough salad to serve 4, no croutons or cheese on salad and then one entree order not placed. we waited forever to finally get our entrees. the waitress continuously told us she had only been there 3 wks as an excuse for our poor service. perhaps a new manager would help!

Let me start off positive, the food, atmosphere and even service was what you would expect at Olive Garden. Having an entire drink tray fall on your table and two people get soaked and then not even having a manager come to check on you or offer to pick up the dry cleaning bill = UNACCEPTABLE. The waitress apologized all throughout the meal and explained she was new, she gets a pass, but management should have been running to the table. Let me also state we had just come from a funeral and did not have it in us to make a scene. Hm-mm, you get what you pay for and since we had not eaten at Olive Garden in years, it makes us realize why!! Eat here at your own risk.

Olive tree restaurants seem to be a save choice for Italian type food in the USA. It's a chain and you can find restaurants in many cities in the USA. Their garden-fresh salad is really nice and comes with unlimited refills. Along with the bread sticks a good starter or almost a main if you have enough of it. Other italian style food is good, but not very good have been to better places. The restaurant in Oxford was a bit disappointing compared to other Olive Garden's I've been: Had a grilled salmon with broccoli, salmon was alright, but broccoli almost rare. Could have had some more cooking, was a bit to green! Tiramisu as a desert came quite frozen like almost straight from the freezer no good experience. The waiter was very friendly, but had bad timing: showed up so often that it was almost annoying, asked if everything is alright almost before we got a chance to taste a first bite, asked for dessert before we even finished the main course. And the whole place was a bit smelly. Guess this is not the standard in Oxford Olive Garden Restaurant, hopefully we just made it in on a bad day.

Waitress staff were very professional and polite. If my waitress was away serving other tables other waitresses helped her out. Never had an empty glass. Three stars because my food just wasn't that great. I've had better at different locations.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this Olive Garden! Same food I like, same level of service. Don't hesitate to come here. It's an Olive Garden. You know what to expect!
