Awesome food and restaurant! They must put nicotine or some other addictive substance in their waffle fries cause I can't get enough of them. Their new lemonade float is fantastic but the sweet tea is my favorite, I wish they had decaf sweet tea though. I don't care much for the grilled nuggets but appreciate the healthy choice attempt. The breakfast biscuits are wonderful and I like the new coffee as well. It short I love eating here, the food is great and the staff is always superb.

I was at this horrid restaurant recently for an event with my daughter. Some older woman in a princess gown put her hand on my computer to see what I was doing and then shut my computer (??!!??!!), PUT HER HANDS ON ME SEVERAL TIMES -- she kept smacking/hitting my arm to keep my attention on her and what she was saying, she would not be ignored. This is a problem as she was hitting/smacking the arm where I have lymphedema from bilateral mastectomies. She even judged me for not walking around to each activity with my tween daughter. It would have been nearly impossible to stay with my daughter as the place was about 40 people over the fire marshal's occupancy limit. The older princess acted like she owned ChickFilA and she even offended the folks at the next table who were listening to how she treated me. The old princess said she shut my computer because a child was watching it (impossible - the screen can only be seen if you are sitting directly in front of it), and the folks at the next table said that was not true. They said the woman placed her face directly in front of my computer screen and then shut the computer. I don't care at this point that the food was cold and the chicken soup had no chicken in it. Nor do I care that the service was rude and the "team" behind the counter acted like they were better than their customers. All I care about is that this ChickFilA allows an old princess to harm and harass their customers while acting like she owns the restaurant. I had to go to the doctor the next day and he put me on pain meds and ineffective diuretics for the damage the aggravated lymphedema is doing since the swelling is now much worse. I think that is why we have the unspoken rule in our society that you don't touch people you don't know Anywhere but the ChickFilA this would have been an assault. EPIC FAIL for food, service, safety, and overall experience. Stellar score for crazies on the loose.

On this visit Chick fil a wasn't up to their normal standards. Customers were rude, tables were dirty, and the front line wasn't very well staffed. I had the chicken salad sandwich which was dry and not very flavorful.

The new salads are surprisingly good. I've tried the Market Salad and Cobb and both were great. The avocado ranch dressing is yummy, so are the vinegerettes.

Writing this review goes against one of my general principles about doing reviews about well known Fast Food/Major Store establishments such as McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Arby's, Target, Walmart etc. I figure if you don't know what a McDonalds/Burger King/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut/KFC is then you've been living in the middle of jungle someplace for years and more than likely you probably don't know too much about the internet so you probably wouldn't be reading this review. Or you have WAY too much time on your hands if you either need to write a review about McDs or need to look up what other Yelpers are saying about (insert name of fast food place here). So the reason why I'm writing about Chick-Fil-A, simple - this is the first one I've ever been too because Chick-Fil-A hasn't made it out to the Bay Area. Once it does come out to the Bay Area, I'm hoping that people will say, yeah I remember reading about a review about that place. Now after all that you maybe asking what is Chick-Fil-A? Basically it's fast chicken sandwiches. And I have to say, for a fast food place, this place is pretty good. And all they do is chicken. Not in the KFC kind of way, but just simple Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Strips, and Chicken Salads. I got the Chick Club Sandwich meal and it was one of the better Chicken Sandwiches I've had in a long time. Also the fact that it comes with criss-cross fries that taste and looks like it was just cut right there from the Potato, added bonus. Simple menu but pretty good food is always a bonus for me. Chick-Fil-A now has me sold. When I'm traveling across the US and see one of these places, I'll definitely be stopping by for either lunch or dinner.

chick fil a is everywhere so when u are traveling u can't help but to eat at one of their establishments. i have eaten from breakfast to lunch at various locations throughout the country. this place is ok...i don't care for the breakfast biscuits. the chicken in the biscuit is so small and dry. i won't go back for breakfast there it's a waste of money. lunch sandwich is good.

I went to this Chick-Fil-A while waiting next door at Verizon. The place was packed, the staff were super friendly, but this may have been the worst Chick-Fil-A sandwiches I'd ever had. It's almost as if it sat next to the spicy ones in the fryer and the flavor got all jacked up. Then the icing on the cake was that the fries were served cold. Maybe next time. There were lots of highway patrol troopers in there for lunch, so between noon and 1p it's hammer down in Opelika! 4-stars for the friendliest staff and great people - 2-stars for food = 3 stars for the average of the two
