My family and I have been eating at Los Tarascos ever since the Skyland location opened in Tuscaloosa. If you're looking for Mexican in T-town/Northport, this is the place to go! This is the best Mexican food I've eaten and I've had a lot of Mexican in my life. The food always tastes fresh and is out of this world! I can't rave enough about this place. There are other Mexican restaurants that have opened up in town over the past 10 years and I keep saying I will try them out and guess what? I never can. I always end up going to Los Tarascos to get my Mexican fix because it really is great food. The staff is also very nice and welcoming. I also don't think I've ever had a bad experience so that's a BIG PLUS. Some of my favorite dishes to try are the quesadillas, chimichangas, tacos, taco salad, chicken flautas, the Tres Marias, the Chicken Enchilada Verde, the fajitas, the Chile Con Carne, and the Shrimp Poblano. Also their salsa and cheese dip is the best. Especially the salsa. It is so fresh and has a great taste. If I ever have to move away from here, I would miss this place bad!
