The new location is aesthetically beautiful. Bad part of the new store is that it is not easy to see. Signs are not large and the old huge sign is still up down the street at the former location. Service is still With a smile and kindness.

After being on the road all day I was so excited to find a Starbucks on my way home. This location is a really nice looking building with lots of seating inside and a small patio outside. It looked really promising. When we went inside we placed our order right away. Then things went downhill. There were several people ahead of us waiting for drinks, and they were really backed up making them. I had ordered a flat white and my husband ordered an iced chai tea. His drink came out way before mine. A few other people received their drinks before me, and I was starting to worry that my drink had been forgotten. Eventually I did get my drink, but I was really annoyed with the wait. I was anxious to get back on the road home and wasn't planning for such a long stop. Also they weren't taking names for the drinks. I've noticed a few Starbucks lately haven't been doing the names, I think it would have really helped, since the drinks weren't coming out in order that helps make sure people are taking the correct drink (it's also entirely possible someone else grabbed my drink by accident).
I come to Starbucks for some strong coffee.I happened to stop in Montgomery for the night and decided to get some coffee in the morning....wrong idea.The coffee was watery.First time in my years of Starbucks that I've had watery coffee.What's the point of buying expensive coffee if it's not superior quality and strength ?? The spot itself is cutish.That's about it.

Got to love a Starbucks with a wonderful barista I walked in and it was empty. The place was clean and inviting. I dod notice a tidy lounge area in the corner. Since I usually get a hot drink, I felt it would be silly in Alabama's oppressive heat. John asked me what I usually get, and I stated an "upside down soy caramel macchiatto". At that point, he sings Diana Ross's "upside down". I love Mrs. Ross, so I quickly joined in. After a brief Supreme moment, he said that he can make it iced, and if I didnt like it, he will re-do it. Cool! The drink was made perfectly, and I now have a new summer coffee drink. I am definitely returning because I'm a sucker for great customer service :-)

Not sure why at 2 in the afternoon they are running out of items. How many more hours is a Starbucks open after 2:00pm? Right.... The customer ahead got the last one and whenever this issue occurs in other locations I have been to, they at least attempt to check the fridge in the back for more of a certain item that ran out. Or kindly inform me that they are expecting a truck to replenish the supply. A blank stare is all that was offered. So I made a different selection, no big deal. When I get in my car, 10 steps from the door, I realize that the item is covered in lint and half melted. Waste of time stopping in here.

Beautiful new location with nice selection of foods as well as the spectrum of drinks. Sadly, the manager we encountered seems to be new and clueless. He acted as if my low balance card were an attempt at fraud and claimed he couldn't add to the balance without voiding our order. We won't be back.

I've visited this location numerous times over the past few years! Conveniently located off of eastern boulevard! The staff has always been nice and helpful! A location that won't disappoint in the Montgomery area! I'll be back for sure and the lobby area is great for meetings and relaxing on a cold day!

This location has really, really good customer service. I was very impressed with how lively the employees were during a busy portion of the morning and in how quickly they were able to process orders as well as delivery the finished product. The seating area is not bad. I've been in larger locations, yet this one will do if you need a quick break away from the job or on the way to it. The only thing that I didn't like was in making the left turn into the Starbucks when heading east (I think) on Eastern Blvd. I would strongly advise taking the first left turn area that you see rather than the second. The reason for the the former over the latter is because for some strange reason, the city of Montgomery decided to place shrubbery of some sorts on the median that obstructs your view of oncoming traffic. Not Starbuck's fault, yet I was cursing up a storm at the city of Montgomery for the "brilliant idea" of making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. Oh well, what can you do? Excellent Starbucks, nonetheless.

Now, location, parking, service, all that is as it should be. However, the main reason I come to Starbucks is for the hot beverages. I have purchased way too many 1/2 caff, nonfat, vanilla lattes in my lifetime to know what one should taste like. This place made it twisted. I drank it because it was hot, but very disappointed. Boo!

Traveling thru Montgomery. Found this Starbucks, I was disappointed when I came inside one of the baristas (mind there are only two) was more worried about charging her phone and having a smoke break while the other barista was busy making drinks and getting the coffee orders from customers while customers keep coming in making the line even longer. Making it harder for her to keep up. Lack of customer service/attention.

I am a true Starbucks fan but this location is really lacking. The drinks are very weak. I"ve been here on more than one occassion. I love the location and parking is plenty. The drinks are just subpar compaired to other Starbucks I've been to.

Sitting here right now as I'm writing this. I go here about 3-5 times a week depending on time of day, etc. There are Starbucks everywhere, but I like this one because I especially enjoy their service and personality.

I have several Starbucks that I stop in around Montgomery while I am out working depending on my location of appointments during the day. This one does not have a drive thru. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Baristas are attentive and this Starbucks meets the quality and standards I am used to from Starbucks.
