I don't live in the delivery area of this location, but I have placed three different orders while visiting a friend who does. Every time, something has gone wrong. Today was strike three, and that's the end of the road for me. The original order was placed at 3:38 p.m. today, and the charge posted to my credit card at 3:40. When the food had not showed up by 4:35, I called. After hearing some excited chattering in the background, the line disconnected. I called back and got to a manager who told me the delivery orders were backed up and the food would arrive in thirty minutes. The order finally showed up at 5:18, a total of one hour and forty minutes after it was placed. They did authorize a ten percent discount on my order. Not much of a gesture of good will, but more of a courtesy than they had extended up to that point. I will be monitoring my credit card to make sure the credit goes through. Anyone who wants to give their delivery option a try, feel free. As for me, I won't be ordering anything from them again, or dining in for that matter.
