I Personally thought the food was just ok. I had the mushroom soup which was good but a little to rich for me, although so people might like that so im not basing my review on the soup. I will base my review on the other food though which i had the chicken shwarma sandwich , it was ok nothing fancy . My wife had the the lentil soup and the falafel sandwich . i tried both of hers and we both agreed it was just ok .Im not saying i wont go back but im not gonna go out of my way to go eat there. The prices i thought were cheap but the service they really need to work on especially the hostess she was not friendly at all and seemed kinda put out that we were there at all. i noticed she was like this with everyone..

I had a really nice lunch here. For $6.95 burgers, sandwiches, and wraps (with a side), it's a great deal. I had the chicken shawarma, which was really well seasoned, and not too greasy. I also had the lentil soup, which looked like chickpea soup, but it was great.. The burger was really good too. I'll definitely return... they also have a number of craft beers on tap and a bar with tvs.

It's so nice to have Ollie's in midtown. It's an upscale version of their west mobile place. Staff is knowledgable and the food is great. Best lentil soup ever and hummus and chicken shwarma is the best!

Good food. Took forever to get refills. Claimed they were too busy but we saw 3 servers doing nothing the whole time. Found out that their kids eat free on Sundays invalidates any coupons you have. Beware of the nonexistent fine print.

The place seems like a great atmosphere to go on a weeknight or weekend and get some drinks. The drink menu had a lot of mixed fruity cocktails, and the decor plays well to the lounge feel. We ended ordering food and it was alright. The server was very courteous. I had the chicken shawarma and my boyfriend had the kafta. It was somewhat bland but not inedible. The food isn't terrible, but if I went again I would go with a group of girlfriends and smoke some hookah and order some drinks.

Not very good with their Italian food, rather watery. Inside door where the servers go through slams continuously and still isn't fixed. Food is OK overall, but is nothing special.

I'm so glad we have an Ollie's in Midtown. They have a fresh juice called V-4 which is carrots, parsley, beets, and spinach. I love it. If you drink it at the restaurant, it comes in a frosty mug. Mmmm. You can also get it to go in a styrofoam cup (rethink that Ollie's). This juice is my favorite part of Ollie's since there are no juice bars in Midtown. Ollie's has other fresh fruit juices and smoothies too! For me, it's less expensive and less wasteful than buying everything and juicing at home. My next favorite thing there is the lentil soup which you can get free with most of the entrees. The lentils are crushed and the spices are delicious. I like to order the Mushroom and Swiss Burger, Chicken Shawarma Wrap or the Steak and Cheese Wrap. There is so much on the menu that it's going to take me forever to try it all. They have salads, brick oven pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, kabobs, falafels, pastas, vegetarian dishes and even fish & chips. If you can't find something for you on this extensive menu, you aren't hungry. I've been to this Ollie's to eat over fifteen times. I gave them a four star rating instead of five because I think the atmosphere is a little cold and all of the seating is uncomfortable. A number of times I've had to stand at the door and wait for a hostess to seat me since there's no one watching the door. However, once I'm seated the waiters are nice and attentive and the food is good.

I tried this place out during lunch with co-workers. See pics I posted. I was not a fan of the soup - crab corn bisque ( there was no corn and it was too spicy for my taste).. The decor inside feels different with mirrors in the booths so I was staring at myself (which was weird) the whole time. The booths also have very small tiny TV's up in the corners...but not good for Football game watching... I did get the Bama bacon burger and it was very good..fries were a bit cold. The hummus was a bit bland for my liking but I like red bell pepper flavor in mine and we ordered the basic dish. I can just tell this is more of a after work bar meet up place...so it depends on what you are going for.

It's too bad the service sucks here because the food is delicious. My Mother and I stood at the front for a while before anyone noticed we were there-this was a slow Thursday at 4pm- finally we were seated with drinks just to have to wait 15 full minutes for our server Shelby to wrap up a personal conversation with another table. It's cool to get to know people but be timely and considerate to other customers. The appetizers took another 20 minutes to come out while our server rolled silverware. Once the food came everything was awesome. Shelby gave us our space and let us enjoy the food. She is very sweet and talkative, willing to explain everything my mom wanted to know (she is very curious by nature). Maybe we came at a bad time when they weren't expecting us but overall everyone is friendly and the food is great just don't be in a rush Food wise- Lamb and veggie soup was absolutely fantastic, perfectly seasoned, packed with lamb, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions Best baba ganoush I have had in my life Zatar bread served with yogurt sauce, cucumbers, and tomatoes tasted as good as I have had in the Middle East Cilantro chicken is a huge order of perfectly cooked chicken breasts smothered in a delicious cream based sauce filled with cilantro Shish kebab cooked to order. Tender pieces of beef that melt in your mouth on top of rice pilaf You get so much food! I can usually get 3 meals out of the leftovers Prices are very affordable

Nice swanky, night club place and that's why I give it a 3 rather than a 2 star. Our service in the bar area was less than stellar. To the owners: make TRIPLE sure your staff pays attention to ALL patrons! First, where there are women, especially single females, you draw men and money. Make sure your female wait staff understands that as a middle-aged single female who makes upper-middle I come, I am an extreme influence on your clientele. You don't know if the friend I'm with is a 6 digit earner for a nationwide company who could send a lot of business your way or not. (Yup, she was.) Business travelers can make a business. It didn't. Train, train, watch bar rescue, and train.
