    I have only been to this location once. I only ordered a blizzard and a malt. We did not use the drive thru because the line had 6 cars, so we went inside to order and were the only ones. Ordering was fast, we received our cool desserts within 3 minutes. The tables and floors were clean, no complaints from me!! Honestly I don't see the same issues with the parking lot that other Yelpers are reporting. I think it's so cool how they turn the blizzards upside down before they hand it to you. I wonder if one has ever spilled all over the place???? Hmmmm

    Hotdog overpriced and very tough like it was overlooked or very old. Ordered menu item chili cheese dog with no cheese and add coleslaw. No credit for no cheese but charged $.75 for a teaspoon of cole slaw on the dog. Took over 10 minutes to get food with only one other customers inside. Fries were stone cold. Was going to get z blizzard to go but decided not to based on experience. I wont be returning and suggest you don't either. Univ and old shell.

    This Dairy Queen is perfect for a day you have nothing else better to do. Spent 25 minutes waiting in line with only three other customers in front of us. One customer in front of us out of those three ended up walking out because they got sick of waiting. Finally get up to order and just got a couple small smoothies because if we waited that long to just get up to counter with three people in front of us, sure in the hell wasn't going to wait an hour for food, needless to say took another 20 minutes just for the two small smoothies to get made. I can see this place loosing out on customers because of waiting, hell could of went to Hardee's and been done in 10 minutes.

    Nice food, okay employees, but sometimes the wait can be awhile. They had this awesome half off everything day, so of course it was busy, but we got a seat almost instantly, yet it still took them almost thirty minutes to get our food to us...figured they'd be better prepared. Still, not too bad a place, overall.

    I can't speak about the food since I wasn't even allowed to order. Their hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM I believe. One night I wanted ice cream late and looked up the time and it was 10. So my boyfriend and I rushed over since it was like 933. We pull into the parking lot and got lost trying to get into the drive through. We eventually find our way and we pull up to the speaker box at 954 to which the "overworked" employee promptly yells "uh, we closed" When I asked to speak to the manager she then proceeds to smack her mouth and yet another disgruntled employee tells me, at 957, that they are in fact close and bid us to have a good night. I've always been taught in customer service that if there are customers you don't close until they are happy. All I wanted was a dipped cone. Sad.

    Parking-lot will ruin this location it is a total disaster and You cant leave if you get tired of waiting. I started this review at 7:18 and we are still in line and its 7:47 We will never return. Cruise to Semmes .

    The parking lot is poorly designed like another reviewer stated. However I've been here a half dozen times at least since it opened for dine-in and have found the food quality consistently excellent. Try the fried cheese curds!

    My fiancé and I ordered a medium s'more blizzard and a medium Reese blizzard as we frequently do. This time it was a complete disaster! The staff refused to give me my s'mores blizzard (due to having no idea what they were bringing to the table) and our order was not for 2 peanut butter blizzards. No big deal to me, accidents happen. I kindly say I think I got the wrong blizzard I had a s'mores and this is definitely peanut butter. After inspecting my blizzard and my fiancé's (who had already tasted his to make sure it was correct) the DQ guy picks my fiancé's blizzard up and says I'll be right back. After explaining his was correct, mine was not, etc (exhausting!) Finally Casey agreed to give me a blizzard that was correct, after multiple sighs and eye rolls. So he hands me my "correct" blizzard... That's a small, I paid for 2 mediums with extra stuff in them. So I tell him I had a medium and the eye rolls continue like I'm such a pain. Seriously the worse customer service I've EVER witnessed. He gives me my "s'mores" blizzard minus the graham cracker and chocolate pieces (that i paid extra to have extra of) So my fiancé contacts the owner to let him know what happened, very very nice guy. Wanted to rectify situation and sent us two free blizzards. We just redeemed those free blizzards (keep in mind, the free blizzards were on a letter written and signed by the owner). What we received were two half filled blizzards, not even close to the top of the cup!!! Extremely disappointed with the staff and their lack of care.
