Great local wing place. They have the standard buffalo sauce, but my favorite is the Korean sauce that is unlike any other wings in town. They also have traditional Korean plates that several of my friends say are delicious.

I was just told by my dad this place went out of business. No more Wing Zilla

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They started out with decent wings. Today I ordered a to go order and and they couldn't hear over their phone. When I showed up. I heard the microwave going. I knew that was a bad sign. The place was completely empty, and I'd say for a good reason. The place was so dim lit that it was hard to see anything. They have the owner who must have trouble getting employees because there was one guy working there other than her. Once I got home, the fries were extremely soggy, (probably from being microwaved) and the wings were even soggy (probably from being microwaved).. The ranch dressing tasted old and sour. I just about gagged when I tried it. This place is awful and I am most definitely never coming here again. I don't even see how they haven't closed down by now. If I were them, I would just cut my losses and shut it down and find a new career. If you are looking for a good place to eat in Madison, I'd suggest Cricket's. If you are in Athens, I'd try Roosters. If you are in Huntsville, I'd try Beauregard's. Hope this helps. For your own health and safety, please, for God's sake, don't go to this dreadful restaurant. This advise may just save your life!

Very, very good wings and more. Some Korean dishes and dishes with Korean influence make for great variety. Owner is the previous owner of Cricket's, which, despite the lack of enthusiasm shown on Yelp at the moment, is extremely popular and always packed. Wing Zilla will be no different. Great food, local beers coming soon, and a friendly sports-bar atmosphere. Service isn't super speedy, but the food is good.

Had a very tasty chicken tender salad and my daughter had wings. I asked for hot wing sauce on the chicken tenders, which made the salad fantastic. Everything was very fresh. The owner took the to stop by and chat to see how everything was going. She told me how much care they take to use fresh ingredients and make the sauces homemade.

Wings were very good. I went with the mild and was very satisfied. Service was good, server was very polite and kept my tea glass filled.

Wing Zilla Grill had always baffled Dear Hubs (DH) and me due to the odd name: is it a kid's super hero burger joint? (it is in the previous location of 1 or 2 sports bars, so it is still a sports bar strictly focused on wings?) Regardless, DH and I took the plunge and ate dinner there this past Saturday and really enjoyed it! WZG offers an interesting eclectic mix of Korean dishes and American bar favorites and includes a kid's menu. The decor was modified from the previous time we ate in that building (a sports bar) by the addition of brick half walls and moving the bar to the back - a better layout. There are plenty of tvs to watch sports and a semi-private dining room that looks like you can maybe reserve it? The patio was a nice touch, but is underused, and looked to be a bit ignored. WZG seemed to be super-clean, and the staff were a friendly lot. Water glass was refilled with a smile, and they offer wine/liquor in addition to beer! I ordered the mild wings w/bleu cheese and was surprised when they arrived (hot and fresh tasting!) with no celery. oh well. they were good wings. not drop dead and to die for wings, but solid! DH got the "bim de bap" (spelling?) a Korean dish with sliced beef, marinated in fruit and red pepper with white rice, 1 spring roll and steamed broccoli. I had the spring roll, which was small-ish but good. The owner/cook lady is really friendly and let us try her in house made kim chee which was YUMMY. She mentioned that they use "no chemicals, no preservatives, do not reuse their oil, and cook the chicken wings in soy oil" also, she stressed that you can get any item to the amount of "heat" to suit you. They seem to aim to please. We will go back!

With a name like wing zilla you would think the wings would be big. Not the case. The ones I got were the smallest wings I think I have ever gotten from a wing joint. Because they were so small they were a bit over cooked. Flavor was ok but I don't think that is enough to bring me back.

Congrats WingZilla. Your wings will continue to win you The Worst Wings in Madison if you keep serving that crap I just got. I normally get Crickets but gave this place a try. You people that think their wings are good must be high. I called my order in. That process went well. When I got there at 7 on a Thursday night there were a total of six people in there eating. That should have been a sign. Fresh never Frozen? I'm calling BS on that. My 20 wings I got were not fresh. Some had the wing tips still on. They were severely over cooked and were dry and nasty on the inside. The taste of the meat was awful. The wings did not come with Celery. The wings were super small. Over Priced. They were floating in a puddle of a 50/50 sauce grease mixture. You could see the grease and sauce separating like oil and water do. I ate 5 of the 20 I ordered and threw the rest in the trash. The parking lot sucks too.

WOW! Excellent Wings...what a surprise. Best wings in Huntsville/Madison (yeah I said that), and I've tried them all - including Cricket's once a week. I've been twice so far and the wings specials are cooked perfectly (with a slight crisp that I like) and good-quality ingredients. That's my only gripe with Cricket's...when it's busy, the quality seems to suffer, and more than usual now I end up being served 2/3 drums because a group of teenage girls just ordered 'all flats' and they need to get rid of the drums. Not here, quality seems to be very important to them from what I can tell from 2 visits. Decent beers on tap and about 4-5 flatscreen TVs or so. Looks unchanged from the same sportsbar setup as the place that was there before from what I recall, which wasn't bad. They also have a page in the menu for Korean Food. I don't eat Korean but just thought I'd mention it.

Love their wings. Fresh never frozen. These people actually started Crickets off Sullivan and that is why I tried Wing Zilla. Love this place. Good beer selection as well.

Best wings in area, good variety of sauces, I recommend the Korean sweet and spicey. Beer is well priced there as well.

Good atmosphere...Food is prepared when you order...Good service...My wife had wings and they were quite good. I had a cheeseburger and it tasted like it was cooked on a real grill. I could literally smell when they put it on the grill. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my wife said the ranch dressing wasn't great. She thought it tasted store bought and not made in house. Good place for wings. We will be going back.

i don't know how anyone can rate this place even average. we visited with friends on a saturday evening. with only one other table in there i was already worried and as it turned out, i should have been. we ordered wings and a burger. the burger was edible, NOTHING special. the fries had no seasoning on them, which would have made them ok if they had. now, the wings were about the WORST i have ever had. for a restaurant that claims to serve fresh wings it was a disgrace.they were not only over cooked but twice cooked. if you take wings and pre cook them so you can serve your customers faster, at least don't fry them until they are hard as a rock and so dried up that they are not even edible. let's not even start talking about the waiter that took care of us. seems he had no prior training. all in all, we will never visit there again. go next door to stem and stein,we did afterwards and it was a much much better experience.
