I honestly consider myself a Starbucks connoisseur and this location by far has been the worst. I am in town from LA visiting friends and have gone here twice hoping the second time would have been better than the first. I order the same thing everywhere I go, a tall iced coffee in a grande cup with extra ice, 2 pumps of classic with light room. Neither time did I get extra ice. Not to mention the ice coffee has tasted terrible. The first time I had to ask them to remake it because they put more milk in it than coffee. Anyways, I will not be going back and neither will be friends. So frustrating that some people just don't care about what they do and how they do it.

Updated. We went to Starbucks today and I got my usual: grande vanilla bean frappuccino (please tell me that's right) and they we're out of vanilla bean scones (AGAIN!), so I asked for a bagel, and they were out of those too. So I left hungry, with no beautiful snacks. So I had dinner at home. They obviously do not stock up their snacks very often, which is bad for business.

The service through the drive-thru is touch and go. So is the consistency of coffee. I've been ordering the same drink since dinosaurs roamed the earth. I get it one day and it's horrible, so I go into the store and ask for another. The "kid" (trying to be nice) tells me it's like that because espresso does not go into a frappacino. I looked at him and said, politely yet sternly, that I've been ordering it like this for a long time and that I would like someone else to make it. Guess what, the other gentleman made it the way I asked and it was ... PERFECT. Uh, duh.

This is a convenient stop for me on the way to work in the AM or going home in the afternoon. The restaurant is large for a starbucks and has plenty of seating, what it does not have is parking - it SUCKS. Access is limited to one direction on the road or from the opposite direction you need to make a U turn at a light - poor planning. Nonetheless the employees are friendly and the coffee is up to starbucks par. on that issue the changes to the gold card are not good.

It was open after 10 pm on Saturday when I was out with the wife, so we stopped and got a drink. Madison and Starbucks successfully merged to make a rigid, uncomfortable experience topped off with gender-obscure wait staff. Not my cup'o'tea.

I love this Starbucks, even though I hate starbucks coffee and brew my own small batch coffee at home, but sometimes when I am out, I need an espresso, so Starbuck has to do. I like that each of the Starbucks surrounding Huntsville has their own personality generated by the clientele. There is a MILF Starbucks, The Preppy Starbucks, and the Arty, Grungy Starbucks. Love them.

Wow! It's amazing the consistently terrible coffee these folks make. I have gone there 3 times and have yet to get a hot or properly made cup of coffee. Highly recommend you head to the one at Krogers.
