So rarely do you have polite and courteous service in a drive-thru. The past two times I have been there a fella named David has been working the window. Awesome guy, great service! I hope they keep him around and promote him! Food is good here, but the wait is a little longer than typical drive-thru. I don't hold it against them.

Went this evening with my kids. Service was okay but the some of the food was cold. Not going back to this location.

Food was OK for a fast food type establishment. Food was well presented and seemed fresh. For a quick bite when you don't want to cook it's OK. Portions were plentiful and items where always being replaced. Stafff provided luke warm service. One big draw back: No tofu and limited vegi items...

I go here about once a quarter, usually to remind myself why I don't go here more than once a quarter. Food is decent but the service couldn't be worse for either location. It has been more than a year since I've been able to have my order taken and delivered my food in less than 15 minutes. I believe I can get fresh made food faster than this from much friendlier people.

I used to love eating at this particular location...until managers changed. The manager now flat-out sucks. He has no good customer service--doesn't greet his customers, isn't friendly to the customers, is rude to his staff. He constantly swoops down and takes other staffs' customers' food (that has been put to the side to wait for other portions). Twice my family has had to go back to get food that was missing...after we had been kept waiting for quite a long time. Kick this manager to the curb, and I guarantee the reviews of this place will go up. The only reason I even gave any stars is for the staff there...the manager sucks away all the good that the staff TRIES to do.

Decided to finally give this chain a try and it will be my last. At least at this particular location. It was raining so I opted for the drive thru. There were 2 cars in front of me so I expected a quick trip seeing as how it was 1:30 and well after the typical lunch rush. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and an egg roll. After about ten minutes I started to get irritated that not only had I been waiting so long to get my food but that the two cars in front of me hadn't moved! 26 minutes later I pulled up to the window. The kid at the window very quietly asked for my money. I paused waiting for an apology or explanation... We just stared at each other... Nothing. Okay, fine. I paid and left. The food was about what I could have expected. Cold, and absolutely not worth burning an entire lunch break. Perhaps they should call it "Panda Don't Bother"? Do not recommend!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
