Restaurant is located in a mini strip mall not visible off 72 but accessible off Balch Road. We arrived just after noon time while fresh dishes were being brought out. There's a decent selection here of what you would normally find at any Chinese buffet just w medium size portions on the hot plates so they could refill each as they got low[er] or when more customers walked in. The setting is a bit cozy with only 5 booths and about 3 sets of tables w 4 chairs each. As for the food, everything tasted good. For our 1st visit, we opted for their lunch buffet which was $6.49, not $5.99 as shown in their picture. The dishes we had were nice and hot, and not too oily. I'd say that the Hibachi Chicken was my fav with the Mongolian Beef closely following. As for the staff, the waitress seemed a bit overly friendly which didn't seem genuine. Maybe it was the clunking of her shoes that seemed irritatingly loud & bothersome every time she walked around. One other thing that was a negative was that I didn't like that we had to use styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. Although I think this place deserves only 3 stars, my husband is firm on a 5 star rating. So we settled on a painful 4. I'd say, check these guys out and see what you think.

The reason I gave this place only one star isn't because of the food, but because of the "service." I am new to the area and this establishment's employee was rude to me. I walked in to the restaurant and a man was behind the counter. He was looking down and appeared to be reading something. Never said a word to me, never even looked up to greet me. When I reached the counter, the man finally looked up at me and said, "What you want?" Needless to say, I didn't order any food. I went over to I Love Sushi and paid more for much friendlier service.

It was an awkward dining experience. The service was poor. The guy behind the register shouted and argued loudly with the cooks in another language the whole time. They were in the kitchen but their voices carried through the dining area clearly. They were slamming things and shouting. At one point, our table and another wondered if we should intervened... The guy was rude from the way he talked to the way he snatched the money. He slammed thing when he refilled the buffet table. The food choice was very limited, only one row of buffet. It only had your typical fares, i.e. sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls, etc. They didn't tasted bad but not great either. The biggest disappointed had to be their flatware, which was all Styrofoam plates, bowls, cups, and plastic forks, spoons, knives. They weren't the "fancy" plastic-ware. They were the flimsy and cheap, Styrofoam. Although none of the food was hot enough to melt the Styrofoam, it wasn't practical or proper for a restaurant, fast-chain or not. Unfortunately, this is an easy skip, no return for second place.

Food still yummy and staff is still top shelf, but the buffet has been reduced from 7 days a week to Thur, Fri, Sat an Sun only. Hope this is not a precursor to closing down... :-(

Didn't like because they don't have a single order of cheese Rangoon, 10 for $5 is good if your with a group. But not one person they wouldn't accommodate so haven't been back since. Food was just ok anyway not that special.

Yuck.... Lunch time (11:30-12:15) during the week and there was not a soul in there besides me & my friend. There's a buffet, that had no movement during that time. We both ordered from the kitchen, her vegetables had mold on it, and one bite of the 2 items on my plate and we were done and done. Don't know what is going on there, it's new and thought it would be a good place to try.

Staff is very rude. Talked under his breath the whole time and threw our food up on the counter. Not very good customer service. Won't be back.
