So I'm not a huge coffee fan but I love frappuccinos (I had to Google how to spell that, I'm such a bad fan...) and refreshers! This location is a pretty good one, the guys who work here are super nice and they always look like they're having fun, which is always good to see instead of the usual "I don't want to be here" looks you get from other food places. The pastry selection is good, though I always get a cake pop or a cookie. They used to have these delicious red velvet whoopie pies, but alas, Starbucks no longer sells them :( The cake pops make up for it, though. They are (according to the guy I talked to anyway) getting a Clover machine during their store remodel in a few months, and they'll be the only store in Huntsville with Clover, so there's that. Just wanted to pass the news along to interested Starbucks fans :)

Awesome service and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Also even if there is a line don't worry it moves along quickly. They are happy to explain the difference in a frappe and a Lottie (spelling) We ordered frappe with whipped cream and breakfast sandwiches. If you haven't tried a breakfast sandwich I suggest you at least try it out. The line at the fast food joints make you late for work while this store gets you back on the road!

Staff is friendly and almost all know the drink I regularly get without even asking. Cozy even when it's busy and full of people. I appreciate that they are willing to fill my water bottle even when I am not making a purchase.

I wish a Starbucks in Huntsville were open 24 hours too, Justin, but that's not a reality in most cities away from the coasts or not bustling with tourist traffic. None were open 24 hours in Denver when I lived there 2007-2009, and none were open 24 hours when I lived in Atlanta (though I think there's one now). As for the quality or uniqueness of this particular location, it's a Starbucks. It's like red state vs. blue state. One segment of the country thinks it's the embodiment of corporate evil; another segment loves it. (And yet another segment puts on its old-codger voice and complains about people paying more than 50 cents for a cup of coffee.) The employees here are friendly, without exception. Probably 90 percent of the time the tables, chairs and sugar-and-cream station are very clean. I drink only coffee, so I can't comment on the quality of other beverages. But I can say I've never gotten a cup of coffee that was anything less than steaming hot. This location gets relatively steady business, so if you're looking to chat, surf the Web or hang out somewhere in solitude, this probably isn't your spot. If, however, you enjoy a place sometimes alive with conversation or at least with patrons reading newspapers and books or staring into laptops, you'll be satisfied here.

Since I took the time to voice my concerns about another location, I felt I should leave praise where praise is so rightfully due. This location is extremely efficient and friendly, clean & inviting. Also, I can go there after not being there in a couple of months and they still remember my drink order and preferences. Impressive!

Not 24 hours. Very lame for a starbucks sirs, very lame indeed.

super-friendly service. Had a peppermint "skinny" coffee drink of some sort. It was good and a sausage egg b'fast sandwich. Parking lot is a little tight and I wish they had more areas for "single" visitors to sit. (two tops abound, so you feel as if you have to sit with a stranger). Everything came out quickly and, again, I can't say enough about the smiles and friendly staff. I only went because I had a gift card, as really and truly, it pains me to pay almost 5 bucks for a coffee. (!!). Plus the hipster vibe is typically not my deal. but here it wasn't so prevalent. As you make your way back to busy Airport Rd., do know you can't turn right on red. *If* you can cut through the adjacent strip mall, (with Brix and Valley Sole), do, because it will save you a long wait at the traffic light. Try this starbucks! Oh, and a female oldier was in front of me in line and she asked if she got a ten percent discount and they said "no" -- kinda sad. Certainly, SB can afford to knock some change off a Soldier's java! S

Nice employees, a relaxing atmosphere, free WiFi, and good coffee can all be found here. My friends and I stop in sometimes and grab coffee while we're shopping or just hanging out, and in my opinion the experience is always pleasant and adequately caffeinated. Tip: if you're a frequent customer, I would advise you to download the app for some cool savings! You don't have to attach your credit info, although your can if you like. You can simply put in the number on that gift card from great-aunt Edna and be on your way to save $. Only complaint: I just wish they would put my name on my cup, but that's not their thing I guess :)

I like that they don't ask you for your name here to scribble incorrectly on the cup and then you're too socially awkward/indifferent to tell them they're way off. It seems like quite the hangout for retired folk who are living comfortably enough to enjoy high priced coffee and pastries every day. The man next to me is reading a thesaurus. I am the youngest among this highbrow society. *Wifi connection is very slow. It's better at McDonald's where I am now headed to. *Obligatory first world yelp problem.

The staff at this Starbucks location are phenomenal. They are helpful and know how to make a great cup of coffee. I pay more, not for the coffee itself, but for the quality of service. The lobby is a little cramped, however, it's hard to wait for your coffee without feeling in the way.
