Not a normal cafe atmosphere. Very bright colors. Prices are a little expensive for what is being supplied. Moreso for drinks than actual food. Water is ¢50. Orders don't take that long to get out, it depends on how many other people order. Food is pretty good, paninis are large. All sandwiches come with a side.

We've been in four times now and our experiences have consistently gotten worse. I'm amazed this location is still open. You'll hardly ever find any staff on the floor or at the register. They hide in the back. One time I went in to find a young teenage girl alone in the store. She had called her mother to come help her. This poor girl was in tears. I haven't seen her since. The last time we went in, there was a guest standing at the counter who had not been waited on yet. She ask for the time and told us she had been there for a few minutes and hadn't seen anyone. She left, no one cared or even noticed. A lady finally came out of the back only to tell us that she may or may not have what we ordered (two pieces of cake). She never came back. We left. That was the last chance they will get from this family.

Sady's Bistro is amazing!! A friend said she loves this place so with that recommendation I popped in to check it out last week. Decor and atmosphere very nice. Service very friendly and attentive. I ordered a simple desert and latte. I had the chocolate fruit crepe and latte. The crepe itself was light, tender, fresh, flaky, and just barely heated on both sides. It was filled with fresh fruit and chocolate spread and had a light and fresh taste! Really an explosion of flavor! 5 Stars - I recommend this place as one you have to try at least once. Great place for a date.

This is one of my favorite places in town. The crepes are to die for. The service can be a bit iffy, I really think they need more help. Because of that, I can't give it 5 stars. But if you aren't in a hurry, this is a great place to eat. The food is always fresh and delicious. Sit outside in the sunshine if the weather is good.

Great little breakfast stop. It is a small buisness, so patience is needed, but well worth the wait. Great variety of coffees, and the best plantaines. I will definatly be back.

Sadys was pretty good. It was a typical sandwich shop. Nothing super special. I did the BYOS and I used the Cranberry bread and that was good. Besides that it was just another sandwich shop to me.

I really enjoy stopping in for breakfast, lunch or dinner because the food is always fresh and tasty. In Madison, my husband and I love to get the breakfast plate with the corn tortillas... delicious and really filling. Oh and I adore the flourless chocolate dessert with the scoop of vanilla ice cream. YUMMY!

Great location. Places looks fresh. Sadly I've been here too many times and the service just don't improve. They are very nice and helpful but they just don't know their menu. Even more when ordering a plate sometimes the same name produce inconsistent results. Specially with the crepes. One that was taking orders didn't even know what an omelet was. The cooks seems to vary from day to day and they don't make up their mind about the plates. Every time I order the same thing and some how I get something different every time. I think this place has potential and I really want to like this place. This is the lowest I rated a restaurant but I hope they read this and improved their service. I have been there multiple time since they opened and that barely have improved.

I only come here for smoothies, coffee/cocoa and good service... But they have that he abundance. It's a great alternative to the Starbucks and so called coffee shops in the area. Even better, Sady herself can be seen on the premises, although she prefers to be an anonymous yet friendly employee.

Yummy! The wife and I shared a Sicily Sandwich, Potato Soup with Bacon, and a slice of Red Velvet Cake. The sandwich was excellent. I had a cup of Americano Coffee w/ steamed milk. My wife drank Mexican Cocoa. She really liked it, but it was a little too sweet and cinnamon-y for me. Relaxing place. I may have found a new favorite cafe in Providence. I might have called the soup, German potato salad soup. That's what it tasted like. It was very good, as was the coffee and cake.

I had high hopes about this place before I went, but they quickly fell short. I had an appointment at White Dresses at 2, and when I got to providence I had about 20 minutes before my appointment, so my grandmother and I decided to stop by here and grab a quick bite to eat. A little girl, who was not old enough to work, took our to-go order of the turkey avocado sandwich. 15 minutes later, we still have not seen our food. We go up and ask about it and the order was never given to the chef. So we tell the lady that we will come back after the appointment so the avocado would be fresh. When we come back after and actually get our food, it was okay (after another long wait). My avocado was not fresh (there were black pieces) and there was a piece of the avocado stem in my sandwich. I was highly disappointed in my sandwich and I don't plan on going back there. Also if you are in a hurry to go somewhere, this is not the place to go.

I took my kids here for a late lunch today. All the food we ordered was excellent- crepe, sandwiches and Mac and cheese plus a smoothie and cake. I would definitely go back for the food. The service was fair. There was no one else there yet it took more than a few minutes for someone to come out and take our order, there was a lot of confusion about the order and both people who waited on us mumbled. While I suspect language may have partially been a barrier it was frustrating. All in all, I would go back!

This place is a hot mess. After eagerly awaiting a coffee shop in Providence, Sady's is unfortunately a disappointment. There is no coffee selection...you can have any flavor as long as it's bland and from an industrial urn. In addition, the smoothies are terrible, the service is inefficient, and there is no ventilation. Sometimes it's so smoky inside that your eyes start burning after only a few minutes. Hopefully they turn this place around as it would be great to have a nice coffee shop in the area.

Ordered the coffee crunch ice cream; don't believe the freezer for the ice cream was set properly. Ice cream was already melting by the time I was given my cone...it's unfortunate, I probably won't be back, though I love to help local businesses.

Just had an unfortunate experience at Sady's. The service and food is very inconsistent each time I go. Today, there was only one person in the restaurant when we got there. We waited nearly 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. When we received our food, my daughter's grilled cheese barely had any cheese at all and was almost too hard for her to eat it. The quality of ingredients was very poor on my husband's and my sandwich that it was difficult to eat. The server apologized for the wait, and said she was waiting on a cook to get there because she didn't know how to make the food. The meat on my husband's sandwich was full of fat and the lettuce wilted. They forgot the fruit that was supposed to come with my daughter's grilled cheese. All this was over $25 and we didn't even get drinks (just water). I hate to say it, but it's very unlikely we'll be back after this experience.

Great experience every time! The food is great. They serve breakfast and lunch and every time it's been amazing. The people here are so friendly and Sady's is very relaxing and you can take your time without having a server interrupting you every few minutes. The coffee' sand latte's are great as well!

A very clean and fresh looking place overall. The girl working the front, although pleasent, seemed poorly trained and the only speed she had was slow. The food was good but nothing to write home about. My wife got the pancetta crepe which she was happy with and I got a chicken salad sandwich which was not bad. A forgettable experience.

I was very disappointed in this place..my husband and I found it in a google search for breakfast places and thought it'd be nice to try something new. We love to eat at local places and especially ones that use goods from other local businesses. We arrived and took a few minutes to peruse the menu, ordered, and then sat down. After maybe 15 minutes my husbands order arrived, and at this point we still had not received our drinks, they were brought after we asked for them when my husbands food arrived. I assumed that my food would be on its way out shortly, but I assumed wrong. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we had not been checked on by anyone, so I flagged down a bus boy to see if he could ask about my order. He came back and gave me the excuse that my crepe was gluten free (not sure if they are naturally gluten free, but I certainly did not order it gluten free) and that it was taking a long time to make, but would be done soon. It should be noted here that my husband also ordered a crepe, and his had arrived 20 minutes earlier. After another 20 minutes, the busboy came back to inform me that we were going to be given a refund on the crepe and that it was being made at that moment..essentially my ordered had been forgotten, and then I was lied to about why it had not arrived yet. He did ask me if I'd like it boxed up to go since we'd been waiting so long, but as I am borderline diabetic, and was about at the point of passing out, I elected to stay there and eat it. It was the most underwhelming crepe I have ever eaten. The crepe was undercooked and rubbery, and the fruit inside it was not quite ripe yet..I did not even finish eating it. I was offered an apology by a manager just as the crepe came out, but I feel like the issue should have been addressed as soon as it was realized that my order had been forgotten..
