This was the first time I had eaten at Red Robbin. We ordered the Bonzai burger and the traditional burger and they were fantastic. The pineapple and the sauce on the Bonzai really set this burger apart. We also ordered the onion rings for appetizer and they were really good especially with the Thai sweet chili sauce. There was a little issue with the traditional burger because we asked for it without the relish but it still came with it. They quickly replaced that burger with a fresh one. Connie was our server and she was really on top of our service and was very nice. I really enjoyed the food and service and definitely plan to go back.

This place has really gone down hill since it opened. It used to be one of our favorite places. Recently, most of the waiting staff are rude and don't bring what you ask for. I have given this place 6x to get better after getting disappointed time after time, and I have only had 1 good waiting experience out of the last 6. The last time we waited forever for our food, then utensils, the drink refill. The waitress acted like she didn't care either. It took us 30 minutes to get our food after ordering it, never got the early basket of fries that we asked for, etc. One order was wrong and we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. We left an whole hour after we got there. I am done with this location!!

Checked in at 7:00 and were told 35 min wait for a family of six. 50 min later we were seated and got our food at 8:41 Cranky kids and parents......

We have eaten there several times and have enjoyed the experience. Last night the service was good but there were issues with food and drinks. My garlic/herb fries were very hard and tasteless. At an upcharge of .99 cents over the steak fries they really should be better. My wife ordered a margarita. She has had them there and they were very good. Last night she simply couldn't stand it. The server took it back once and it was still pretty bad. The bar manager came out and added "something" he said was mixer to it. I tasted it and it was as if they had mixed tequila, lime juice and salt. No mixer. To their credit they took the drink off because she could not drink it. I had sweet tea and after I drank my tea the server never came back to check on us until she brought the tab. This won't keep us from coming back but this will make us wait before we're brave enough to go back.

4 out of 5 people say Red Robin is nasty and has the worse food ever. Well I think they are wrong. I first came into Red Robin in 2011, I was skeptic based on what I heard about it. I got the bacon cheeseburger, it was by far one of the best burgers I have ever had. They season it really good, and it is always juicy when I order it. Sometimes it might be a little over done, and they might forget to season the burger and the fries. Can can be frustrating sometimes.

We had the most wonderful, friendly, hard working Waiter tonight, his name was Brock. He never waited until our glasses were half gone before asking if we wanted more, he didn't let our fries run out, he was really on the ball! Extremely polite, couldn't begin to explain this guys manners! Our food was delivered quickly, hot, on point! I guess I have been so disappointed lately by going out to other places where the orders were wrong, not tasty, served with attitude, etc. that my expectations have really fallen because it is across the board lacking, but I don't think I could even make up anything bad from our experience tonight! Btw, my son ordered " campfire sauce" to go with his fries, I LOVE ketchup on mine, after he insisted on my trying this sauce, I was amazed, the first bite was kind of just ok, but after the 2nd I was hooked! BRAVO BROCK, you really made our experience wonderful and we will be coming back for sure! Thank you for going all out to make customers feel important again!

The manager of this store offered my friend a free lunch for him and a few friends. So we went there with our friend and the manager came and greeted us and said "I got you" implying that he would comp our food. The manager did take $ 3 off my friend's ticket and none off of ours. The food was mediocre. But the whole thing with the manager making such a generous offer and then not doing it was very shady. Just a strange experience. Not a good way to win customers over. I wonder if the upper managment is aware that this is going on. Food was okay but not worth the $60 we paid for suposedly free food. The bread on my sandwich was stale too by the way.

One of my favorite restaurants in Huntsville. I love their piped-in music. The servers are so professional and polite. The managers are always visible and seem to actually work with their crew in a helpful way. The hostess doesn't take umbrage when you request a different table. The floor (and everything else) is spotless because they don't wait to do a cleanup. Maybe they have me fooled, but I always get the impression that they are glad to see me and really care if I enjoy my food. I love their Whiskey River BBQ Chicken sandwich. I get mine on a whole wheat bun and no mayo, that way I feel better about the camp fire sauce I dip my broccoli florets in. No matter what time of day, the cooks steam the florets perfectly. They are so green and fresh, there's just no point in eating at home. If your health can stand it, don't miss the onion rings (excellent every time I throw dietary caution to the winds). Now, it can get noisy at dinner time, and there have been occasions when I have wanted very badly to give some parenting advice. Maybe the proximity of the Monaco Theater makes for more children at the Bridge Street RR location. There's not much the restaurant can do about clueless parents who don't understand operant conditioning. (That screeching toddler learned to screech because he got attention when he screeched in the past.) There's an easy fix at the Valley Bend location. The bar has several nice booths well separated from the rest of the restaurant. They will move you without complaint. You deserve a stress-free meal, and you'll get a well-cooked yummy meal here.

The same quality food as the one at Bridge Street, but with one wonderful, perhaps even blissful difference: far fewer children. To clarify even more, not a single unattended brat in sight. Pardon me if you're one of the parents who feel your little ball of depravity is civilized and mature enough to run around with other little cretins and not annoy most in their path, but the quiet and cleanliness speaks for itself. Anyway, the server we had was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Sadly, my wife's spicy burger was burnt and salty, but they made it right with us. My Royal was absolutely amazing, though. Fried egg + cheeseburger = genius. If I lived closer to this location, I would never go back to the one at Bridge Street, but alas...

Don't go in the middle of week. Been there twice in the last month and the service was terrible both times. We sat in the bar area. Bartender was overworked and it took an unreasonable amount of time for her to deliver drinks. Food order took what seemed forever. I like Red Robin's but this location is the worst. The Bridgestreet location has never disappointed me.

We just ate at this Red Robin this past weekend and I was very happy with the service. This isn't very close to our house, but we were on the other side of town (and since almost every place we went to had a line out the door) we opted to try this one. All of the servers were were polite and attentive. The food was really good (good quality ingredients, everything was cooked well, and it all came out fresh and hot). I had the patty melt burger, which isn't the healthiest option I know, but it was delicious! I think I prefer this Red Robin over the one at Bridgestreet (the main difference being the people seem a little more pleasant).

Only my second time at Red Robin. My first was in Nashville, when I had an amazing tower of onion rings and fantastic burger. So I decided to go to the one in Huntsville when I had a burger need (instead of my usual Big Spring Cafe). Unfortunately, the place is staffed by 13 yr olds, and my burger took an unusually long time to come, and when it did was cold. The fries were cold as well, so I assume it had been sitting for a long time. Back to Big Spring for me!!

Great burgers but the server was also the bartender and ended up with 2 star service. But... after a brief discussion with the manager, our issues were satisfactorily resolved. The burger was delicious and value per serving size was good. The Cluck N Shrimp was a bit smaller in portion size- mostly the chicken tenders were a bit small but still good. Overall, it ended up a good dining experience.

Well it has been a few months from the last time I was in a Red Robin. It looks like they have cut down on the size of the pattie. I got the bacon cheese burger and the bacon was waffle house thin and without flavor the bun was not toasted and it looked like the fries were smashed into the bottom of the basket. You can get a better burger at Hardies. Five guys is just across the parking lot I will be going there from now on. The only reason I didn't give one star is I didn't get sick........ Yet

I've been to both this location and the Bridge Street location, and I have been underwhelmed both times. Both times, the burgers have been overcooked and over-salted.

Excellent burgers! Endless steak fries, superb mushroom burgers! Great French onion soup. Tasty cocktails. They even have a burger topped with a fried egg! Not a place you'd want to eat all the time (huge portions!) but good for the occasional feat.
