Went for lunch today.....Create A Lunch...pick 2, although it was after lunch rush, the service was very slow.......also, the piped in music was terrible.....too loud and it was all new stuff like yiu would gear on a Top 40 station....older folks are there, play some Smooth Jazz.

It's the best!!! I come mostly because of the biscuits, and the chicken is 3 words: de-lish-ous!

Seated ordered our meal and an appitizer. Got our appitezer within 5 minutes. Didn't see our server again for 35 minutes. When he showed up again, he told us "Don't shoot the messenger, but we don't have your entree.". I asked for the manager and our checke.10 minutes later, the manager shows up, and i tell him that it's been 35 minutes since we've seen our waiter and the server finally shows up he tells us that they don't have our entree. I told the manager that that is totally unacceptable. He tells me that I should calm down and give them another chance. At no point was I not calm,nor will this Red Lobster ever get another chance to earn my dollars.

We come here whenever we feel like seafood. I like the cheese bread biscuits they serve before a meal. They have a pretty good full service bar. Service can be hit and miss though depending on how good your server is.

The only reason it got two stars is that my wife said I had too. Let see where should I start we came to a place That is known for sea food and well my wife loved her chicken and that the shrimp was bland and not grilled. Plus I found it strange we started with our server being a woman and a few seconds later we were given a guy either way service was ok. My sister order garlic shrimp fettucini and she said it was not good sent it back and she they let her have the Cajun chicken fettucini alfredo. Yes I Found it very funny that we ate at a seafood place and the chicken was better that the seafood. Manager never came to our table to see why any food was taken back. My son on the other hand said the chicken fingers were some if the best he has ever had. He sent his Mac and cheese back because it was dried out. The best part of our trip was another employee was joking around with my son who is six years old which made it fun for him. He kept trying to trade coasters for my iPhone my son would have nothing to do with it. I would say that this Red Lobster is a place not to eat.

We've been here on several occasions and noticed the service is horrible except for the nice older Swiss gentleman. He has always been exceptional and the only reason I still go to this particular Red Lobster on the occasions I have to go if a friend from out of town insists we have to eat there. The last time I had to go and tried to give this place a chance to redeem themselves, the Swiss gentlemen wasn't there, and our server delivered cold coffee with no saucer, silverware and didn't even ask if we needed creamer. He never checked on us-he was too busy flirting with the young ladies at the next table. I've been to this place when they were out of seafood! one day for lunch and have witnessed huge fights between the servers. The Red Lobster in Decatur is soooo much better and worth the drive if you have the time.

Love their cheddar biscuits. Good food and polite service. My husband and I had a great meal. The Ceasar salad was very fresh and tasted just right for me -- not too salty. Bacon cheddar soup was yummy but not quite creamy enough. The seafood linguine was perfect and huge. Shrimps were good but slightly salty for me. Overall, a very nice meal. Will go back.
