I'm a regular customer at this Panera location- 6-7 days a week squally early in the morning I come here for coffee- almost 2 years now. I like their coffee and teas, very friendly and helpful staff that are very attentive to customer's needs and wishes. The management staff is always visible and actively participate in serving patrons. I also like the food at Panera- fresh salads, soups, breakfast sandwiches and bakery items- all fresh, tasty and all have calorie amount next to item on menu. I like availability of online ordering for rapid pick up and Panera rewards card.

I am not a fast food eater so I'm picky. But I want food fast and that rarely happens in Huntsville. I hate lines. Sure parking is tricky but I don't mind the exercise to walk. The only way I eat here is thru the app and Rapid pick up. I order when i am running errands or at the Dr near by. Best way to deal with Panera I feel. Sure Jasons deli is close but I've not investigated if they have app to order pick up fast and easy or not? Had Mediterranean salad last time and was great. I had a green iced tea and good too. This time a power egg and Avocado sandwich. Yum. Daughter had turkey on wheat and was good lunch sandwich for on the go.

My wife and I are there today. My wife had seen the Soba Noodle Bowl with chicken. It was good but the bowl was only half full. It looked nothing like what was shown on TV or their ad in the window. See picture attached. I had the Thai chicken salad and French Onion soup. I think I had just as much as she did and mine was a half bowl. Mine was also good. I gave two stars due to her Soba Noodle Bowl only being half full and misleading ads. No rating on service bc you had to go get your meal and then bus your own table.

I'm not normally drawn towards Panera because there's not much on the menu I feel is worth the price. I came in on this day because my stomach had felt queasy and wanted something easy on my tummy. After checking the soup options at Panera, Newks, Zoe's, and Nothing but Noodles. I decided the Broccoli cheddar would be my best option. BTW there's also a Jason's Deli in the same shopping center but it slipped my mind it was there. I ordered the broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl. They had it ready at the counter by the time I got to the drink station. Soup was good but not a lot of quantity for the price. The bread bowl was pretty hard and I was a little disappointed because I looked forward to eating some of the cheesy bread after I demolished my soup. I couldn't even tear the bread apart it was so tough. Guess I expected a little more from its namesake. Staff was nice. Dining area was clean. Like others have said the corner location makes parking difficult since they're both one way and there's no easy way to circle back around. I was satisfied with my soup but I don't think Panera would become a regular choice for me.

I'd been to other Panera's and never loved their bread. It reminds me of dry, muted airplane food. After visiting this particular location a few times, I was equally underwhelmed. We kept trying it, because there are limited choices in the area for vegetarians. Once we went for Sunday lunch, and the line was out the door. The woman at the register was hectic and told us they no longer customize sandwiches. I doubted it was the truth, and that was the last time we visited.

Very disappointed with this Panera location. It is always extremely dirty, plates served sloppy and the bread is never fresh. The Bridgestreet location is definitely better by far.

Parking here is a b***h, but .......the soups are all good...I prefer the Broccoli and Cheddar or the Chicken Noodle....sometimes I'll just get a coffee and a cinnamon roll and surf the web with their FREE wi-fi.

This Panera location has things going pretty well. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge since the corner it's located on doesn't have an adjacent lot, just a one-way drive-through parking area, so if you miss a spot or don't see one you have to either circle the entire shopping center or get back out on Airport Road (turning left across traffic) and return to the parking lot above the restaurant that serves the Fresh Market. The food is consistently pretty good (though there was a less-than-satisfying experience with the grilled salmon salad--the salmon looked as if it was a grilled-then-frozen chunk of fish that had been hastily reheated and plopped atop the greens), the crowd tends to be steady, and there are plenty of tables and free wi-fi to get some work, studying, or research done as you have need.

It was just ok - I did go before to one in Birmingham for breakfast - that was good - but lunch uuummm not so great service quick though - we bought a salad - a panini - soup - a chicken salad sandwich and more and again the service was pleasant and quick - and the food was fine just not GREAT!! So, I recommend breakfast not lunch

How do you screw up a simple sandwich? They not only put stuff on my sandwich that I asked to be left off (3 separate times), they put stuff on the sandwich that didn't even come on the sandwich! I called the manager and he took my name "for the list", so evidently this is a pretty regular occurance. However, my eating there will not be regular.

I go to this Panera for lunch every day because I LOVE their different soups and the coffee. However, since I've been going this place has been consistently downhill. The lines are outrageous and the cashiers are pretty quick but the Kitchen has been constantly getting orders wrong. They have once switched my order with someone elses... Today they messed up my order... by giving me a cup of soup instead of bowl... When I informed them of this... they said OH and gave me another cup... I'm pretty sure the bowl I PAID for was more than a cup of their soup... especially two half filled cups of soup. Then they forgot my bread. I wasn't going to eat the bread but I did pay for it... and I paid for the bowl of soup. They are getting lazy and soon the soup may not be worth the risk of constantly walking out with an incorrect order.

The food is pretty good. Not great, but good. The soups are good too, especially the french onion. I'm a big fan of the bagels. If you get a dozen and a half, and you ask, they'll slice them for you and put a freezer bag in your take home box. They have some standard flavors and then a couple rotating seasonal flavors. Don't miss the hazelnut cream cheese (if you're a hazelnut fan).

Came in for the wifi, which didn't work. I bought a green tea, which I assumed was actual green tea. It turned out to be a green melon flavored concoction with a tea-like aftertaste. The cinnamon roll was alright, and the other baked goods looked okay.
