Consistently tasty large sandwiches, yummy soups, and a good lookin' salad bar. Add free soft serve, and you've got a winner. I'm partial to the Turkey Muff(ulatta) combo. The French Onion Soup is addictive so consider yourself warned. The California Club also rocks, but I usually ditch the croissant it comes with for whole wheat. ********************************************* Edited March 14, 2008: I LOVE that you can order on-line ( jasonsdeli.com ) and they'll have your food ready when you arrive. They even have a "Group Order" where various members of a group can log in using the order number and a password. Everyone can order what they want, the way they want it, so that one person doesn't get stuck gathering up everyone's orders (and keeping track of the special orders) and then calling it all in. Technology is a beautiful thing!

Love to visit the deli, for any of my favorite sandwiches and follow it up with strawberry shortcake... Wife likes the half sandwich and soup.

Great place to go for a healthly quick lunch break. Their salad bar is always fresh and have many things to pick from. Their french onion soup is amazing with the corn muffins. And you can get orders to go. Free ice cream! :)

Jason's deli has one of the best salad bar in town. It is a small bar, but filled with lots of options. By the time I fill my plate, it's not a very healthy salad, though! The mini- corn muffins and mini brownie muffins are really delicious! Sandwiches from the menu are very good, too.

Never had a sandwich here...I just get the delicious broccoli/cheddar soup or the salad bar.....don't go between 11A and 1P.....you won't get a table.

Jason's is top notch in my book! Portions are large and there is something for everyone, from the excellent Muffaletta (available with turkey instead of ham and salami) to the Mediterranean Wrap for those watching their fat and calorie intake. The food is always delicious and consistent. For those suffering from Megalophobia (fear of large things) don't order the Reuben, it will scare the crap out of you.

Everything on the menu is freaking delicious and the salad bar is probably the best I've ever had. I also love the free muffins and ice cream.

Must preface this with I've only been there once. New to the area and heard the Reuben was to die for, so I had to try it. I walked in during lunchtime and the place was packed - a great sign. I loved that they had a separate little area for take-out and proceeded there to place my order for a Reuben to go. While they made it, I walked around the restaurant to check out the salad bar and the diners to see what the food looked like. Nice. Clean place, clearly very popular, awesome menu, nice salad bar, convenient. All good! Walked back to the carry-out area and my lunch was ready; hurried out to my car to try it out. Meanwhile, I had studied the menu to familiarize myself with it and was so happy to see healthy choices and organic items to boot! My sandwich, though, said it was served with regular or baked chips; I wasn't offered the choice and got kettle chips -- double fried! Granted, those are my fave and the best tasting, but I found that when I was eating the sammich, I was craving a healthier side. Wish I could've gotten a choice; I would've picked baked. Even better, a veggie or fruit side/not chips. Regardless.... Very big and yummy Reuben. Was it the best I've had? Not even close. In fact, it tasted like a toned-down, healthier Rueben. There was surprisingly little taste, and as much as I love sauerkraut, way too much of it. There was hardly any sauce, and the rye bread fell apart while I ate it, making it the messiest Reuben I've ever eaten. BUT... hear me out... I nearly gave it a rare 5 stars. It's a very solid 4 and I may well up it to 5 when I try more items from the menu - the soup, especially. We're not in NYC, so we're not going to get the most amazing Reuben ever, but for Huntsville, a very happy and solid 4 stars and I'm looking forward to going back soon. If the French onion soup is wonderful, I'll immediately up this to 5-stars. Jason's Deli has the most potential of any place I've eaten/reviewed in Huntsville thus far! KUDOS!

The staff was amazing! From the moment I opened the door everyone greeted me! The ladies were extremely patient with us, and we are grateful because it was our first time! The food was tasty and hit the spot! We will definitely be back.

Ive been there a total of two times, each at different locations. All stores are alike and always very clean. The staff is very nice, friendly, and upbeat. They have free ice cream and muffins (which are good). Its cheap and the food is GREAT! They do have wifi available, but its not free, but you dont have to pay for it either. If your home wifi is with one of the providers listed then you sign on with your account to get access, so i guess in a way you "pay for it". Would definitely recommend!

OK, I cheated this time (like all the other patrons do at this location) and actually had a somewhat pleasurable experience... I waited in line while the hubby procured at a table and waited. GLAD we did because the church crowd started filing in and squatted at all of the other tables while the mom or dad stood in line. The half sammy and salad bar with fruit instead of chips is the way to go. Dee-lish, healthy, and GOOD. Stay classy Huntsville.

When I see deli I think of big New York style deli sandwiches. I have to say Jason's Deli did not disappoint me in that aspect. This was my first time in a Jason's Deli so I was not sure what to expect. I may have given them 5 stars if they wouldn't have gotten my order wrong. I ordered the ruben with extra sauce on the side. Jason's does not have wait staff. You order, pay and take a number to your table and someone will bring it to you. When my order came out there was no extra sauce on the side. I asked the girl who brought it out about the sauce and she looked at me and said something in broken English and then left to clean tables. Then I noticed there was no sauce at all on the sandwich. Since they had a salad bar I went and got some myself. The ruben was still very good and piled high. Big enough that I ended up taking half of it home. Next time I might get the half sandwich and soup combo.

My new favorite place for lunch. The food is GREAT. The first time there is somewhat confusing. You go through the line and order and pay first. Then go get your seat. It's not a problem, just different. Like all good places to eat sometimes seating is scarce. Jason's is going to be at capacity more often than not. Its that good. My wife and I regularly get the salad bar with a cup of soup and drinks for $20. And all the free ice cream I can stand. My one and only "problem" with Jason's is the help. The vast majority of them speak no english. If the INS ever gets serious in Huntsville, Jason's will probably be out of business for awhile.
