The service was horrible... And the food was below standard for many Hooters I have been to and that is not saying much. I order 5 beers and none were in stock... Went with my sixth choice which they did have. On top of that I attempted to order two other dishes and they did not have either in stock as well. The manager came over and asked me about my meal and I told her about how this was my you choice on drinks and 3rd on food... She replies with a shrug and walks away... The guy at the bar commented and said that's just wrong. All in all if you are going there to see the cute chick's in little outfits this could work. If you want edible fried food, a drink menu stocked w drinks on the menu and a manager that does not give a sh!t about her customers - this is the place!

Pitiful service. Restaurant was not busy. Got seated fast but no one came to even get drink orders. Presence wasn't even acknowledged. Too busy cleaning tables for non existent customers. Ended walking out.

It's Hooters always fun.. You know what your going to get from one hooters to another as far a food goes.

Service was good and attentive. Strip cheese sandwich was on point as usual. The 911 sauce gives it an extra kick if you like hot.

My experience at Hooters was as expected. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The crab legs are the best in Huntsville. I love the new dipper fries and the steamed shrimp were great. Unfortunately they no longer have oysters on the menu. It is always nice to go to a restaurant that serves pictures of beer too. I will be back!

Can't get enough of this place! The wings are excellent (Lemon Pepper Rub 20-piece boneless), the service is awesome, they are always there to refill your glass and make sure you need anything, and the girls are all beautiful and cheerful! Excellent! Overall excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone in Huntsville, AL!

I haven't eaten here in years but I am glad I returned. I went with the chicken strip sandwhich with buffalo sauce and I was presently surprised. The loaded tater tots were good too but a little spicy. Not the place to go if you want something healthy, but better than most fast food options. I do believe I will return very soon.

I admit I frequent this place regularly - and of course come here for the wings and beer! For me the wings here are the best of any joint in the Huntsville area, namely, the breaded bone-in wings; I've gotten them with 3 Mile Island sauce for more than 20 years now. Others may disparage the food here but Hooters makes no pretenses to be other than a casual pub-style restaurant with lots of fried offerings but also others, all of fairly decent quality usually (on occasion I've received wings and fries that were not hot and fresh). The food is maybe a bit overpriced, and the soft drinks are especially overpriced ($3!!) but hey, anything to help out a sweet young server working her way through college, right? (Yeah right LOL!) Nice place to watch sports too. In summary, 4 stars for good quality food on the positive end, and a bit overpriced and sometimes inconsistent on the negative end.

The food is average pretty much like you could get anywhere.A little over priced for the quality. However I suppose most men go there for the scenery.Nothing fancing pretty much a bar type atmosphere.

Good for a Hooters. Girls are a little too thin. Get some meat on them and it would be a much nicer atmosphere.

Good news: Great waitress and nothing more. I specified wings cooked to order; no pre cooked wings. Got pre cooked wings that were some what warm. Standard hot sauce was tasteless. Not the hot sauce of yore. Drummets were too tough to eat. Despite Hooters ballyhooing, bones were very dark which is an indication of freezing. And, the wings certainly tasted like they had been frozen This has always been my go to Hooters: the one against which II measured all others. But first visit in some six years, and a lot has changed at Hooters in six years, and not just at this Hooters. Current Hooters CEO just doesn't seem to get it. Very simple, just go back to the original concept. Good freshly cooked food, spicy sauces, friendly staff and an atmosphere that active lifestyle people enjoy. I did leave a very good tip. Can't penalize a good waitress for managements shortcomings. But, this is my last trip to Hooters period.

Love going to Hooters, we have certain waitresses that we really enjoy spending time with. The food is good and I always look forward to new menu items. Tisha the new manager is awesome, keep up the good work.

I haven't been to a Hooters in 10 years because, well, I have all of the parts that these girls have. Came here tonight with coworkers though (burly construction worker types) and were greeted with good service and lots of fried food. BTW: Mondays is all you can eat wings for $10.99 and they have cheap beer. They had an insane amount of very, very, VERY young floor staff on hand for what seemed like a slow night and the "expediter" forgot to read the ticket and didn't know what type of wings she was holding. She laughed, cocked her head sideways and handed them over, smiling. I haven't seen that kind of fail at a job in a while - lol.

As someone else said, you know what to expect. The food was good, and the service adequate. Their soda was flat, and we told the waitress, who was attentive and prompt. Hard to find fault with our experience, but nothing spectacular, either. Good, standard experience.

I have been to 77 different Hooter's locations, but this one is my "home port". It is always friendly, which you would expect of Hooters. I absolutely love the breaded wings, there is no other wing quite like them, and the burgers are as good as any served. Normally, this location has a big crowd at lunch, so expect a longer (but still reasonable) wait time. Despite their desire to be thought as a "family" restaurant, I will NOT say it is good for kids, because I enjoy a place to go for a brew without parents who are constantly saying "shhh" or listening to unruly, screaming poop boxes...

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management. Took 30 mins to get food & drinks. Took another 30mins just to get a cup of ranch. I ordered oysters which turned out to be bad. I told the waitress who said "I knew they were bad because a customer complained earlier about them." I then told the manager who said "No,they're still good." I said you try one then. She didn't. Hooters is dead to me now.

This was the very first Hooters I've been to and I enjoyed my time there, while here on business. Everyone was very nice and our waitress, Leane was absolutely sweet and patient with us! I certainly would visit again when I'm back in Huntsville for work. I will note that I had two of their wings. One which I don't remember the name was VERY good but the one with the Lemon Pepper rub wasn't as good but it was okay. For what I'm use to it wasn't what I was expecting but it was all still good and the service was excellent and our waitress was the best!

Wow I haven't been to one of these in years. Not sure how they fell so fast. I went with my daughter and my girlfriend. Our waitress was basically inattentive, we waited FORTY minutes for three hamburgers. When we asked where they were they hadn't put them on the grill yet. I then told the manager I wanted to pay for my drinks and leave. He walks away! I decided not to pay for my drinks and leave. I'm happily writing this at Five Guys down the road where my food ACTUALLY came.

I have added this Hooters location as one of my to-go spots. This Hooters has everything that you expect of this restaurant, beautiful smiling women and friendly service all around. I have bartended a bit and usually grab a seat at bars when I go to restaurants so I can check out what type of drafts and premium liquors the restaurant has. Their bartenders are always friendly, quick to greet, and very attentive. I cannot really evaluate their bartending knowledge as I did not ask any questions; once I saw they had Guiness on draft I already knew exactly what I wanted. Nonetheless, I have received great service each time from each of the bartenders. On one occasion, I came with my brother and we were sitting at the bar next to the area where the servers pick up food from the kitchen for delivery. The manager happened to be observing the orders as they came out, most likely making sure everything was operating efficiently between the servers and kitchen. As I was looking through the menu, I was telling my brother how great the steak sliders from Buffalo Wild Wings were and wondering if I should try Hooter's steak sliders for comparison. The manager politely interrupted and said go for it, ours are way better. I decided to give them a try and was definitely not disappointed. Though, it is a shame I have to find a new favorite dish at Buffalo Wild Wings, the steak sliders at Hooters are the way to go, hands down. I have not checked out this location with a group and grabbed a table so I cannot give it five stars yet. However, thus far, the service and food quality have been outstanding.

Well for starters this new design is god awful. Its to bright half of the tv's work, and yet in still the food still takes forever! Currently its all you can eat and i chose the boneless wings and me and my buddy waited nearly 30 min. I foolishly ordered a second round and we are approaching the 30 min time again. I found a hair in my onion rings. The boneless wings were not fully coated in my sauce. The waitress filled our cups once an never asked again. Lastly this new renovation is horrible. The booths and tables are to low an im slightly big an my buddy is tall. There are tables that are facing a window with chairs to the back of every other patron. The lights are waaay to bright for hooters much less an average restaurant. All in all i wouldnt come back. Heaven help them come football season!

This place sucks we came in with a group of 15+ people to catch a game, wings and naturally drinks. Every order that we received was either wrong or under cooked. A lot of us ordered wings and every order was raw, they couldn't have been cooked more than 4 mins. Our drinks were inconsistent I ordered a long island and they forgot the sweet and sour mix...blah! Gave my buddies the wrong beer. When the wings came out again they were still raw. Thank God for the fried pickles.

Well, it's been an hour and we're still waiting for our food. Also, our waitress might be a mythical creature, seeing as she's only stopped by our table twice in that time. Save yourself the hassle and go eat somewhere else.
