Decent food, fair service, don't like eating with table next to me piled with trash with no one cleaning it up.

For the first time in 9 years I decided to eat here again. Why 9 years you ask? Lets just say I did not have a good time at the one in Charlotte, NC. Any who I came here to meet up with some friends along with the Georgia Tech Alumni for the Georgia Tech football game Saturday. I did not plan on eating here since that last run in 2005 but I always want to give that second chance and I did. For some reason I was not really in the mood for bone in wings so I ordered the Boneless wings. I got them with "hot" and their hottest sauce "Blaze'in" since I LOVE hot sauces. The food took awhile to come out which can be understandable due to it being busy with College Football games on TV but then again they should be prepared since it a busy day for them. The food was good, a bit pricy for what you get if you want my honest opinion and that hot sauce they claim is hot? Yeah it is good, a bit peppery which I can tolerate but the heat was not there in comparison to Ghost Peppers. The service was not the best, when I told the server I was ready for my check he looked at me like I was crazy? I was done with my food and drink and had my jacket on. Will I go back here?...Sure but I will not waste my time on that sauce they claim is the hottest.

Second time here, and second disappointment. Worst run BWW I've been in. Poor service, staff give the impression they hate their jobs, management no where to be seen... Or they just don't care. Took 10 minutes of standing at the "please wait to be seated" sign, ignored, before someone bothered to acknowledge us. Waiters sit down at your table/booth to take your order. 20 minutes for food to arrive. I ordered wings and she asked if I wanted celery or carrots... And blue cheese or ranch. Surprised to see I was charged extra for both. Knife was filthy (see photo). Son didn't eat his kids meal. So I wrapped it up to take home. Waitress was in a hurry to clean up and rush out, and threw out his food. This BWW is for young people who want to have wings, drink, and watch sports... And could care less about service. Think college frat boys. For me, I'll get my wings elsewhere from now on.

After having a nice meal, ordered a child's hot dog to go. After 45 minutes we thought we could see it on the counter & asked our waiter who told us the manager had to make sure it was ours. We said forget it & will think twice about going back. Seems to me that The manager should be taught how to treat customers.

Food was great! I love going to this place. Service was slow today but its Black Friday and they were slammed. If we go any other day its pretty fast. Our server was nice too.

I ordered takeout about a week ago. The lady on the other end of the phone didn't seem to know their menu very well. I got there and the order was wrong. Then the three ladies behind the counter started arguing who's fault it was as to why my order was wrong. So they took my order again and said it would be another ten minutes. I just said forget it and walked out. So now I just buy their sauces and skip the rest.

Went there several weeks ago and the boneless wings were decent. Was there yesterday and the boneless wings were the worst I've ever had. I had trouble cutting one piece and could not pierce another with the fork. The medium buffalo sauce was terrible. Based on what I had yesterday it will be a long time before I return to this joint or any other BWW.

One of the best places to go to watch the game. Food is great and I love the atmosphere. Awesome!

Loud on Saturday night, the tenders with the Parmesan Garlic sauce were very good, the popcorn shrimp was a little over breaded and over fried than what I would have preferred. The option of a side salad instead of fries was appreciated, enjoyed the Murphy's Irish Stout they had on tap.

Good atmosphere, typical BWW food. Bring a sweat shirt though. They crank the AC. Good place to catch the game(s) in Huntsville.

The wings are always blah. The sauces are a mixed bag, and there are just too many other local options for great wings. I would go to Baumhower's, Crickets, or Beauregard's rather than this national chain monster.

First off, I'd like to say that I LOVE wings. I usually go to Wings To Go, however. So when I was invited to go out to BWW for a birthday dinner, I was excited to try another place to see if it could compare. We had a party of ten or so. Three people had beers...three people got good service, if you catch my drift. Our server was uninformative, so the people that had been before let me know the drill. When it was time to order, I was immediately shut down. There was no "Sorry we can't do that, but you can do this..." It was "Nope! Can't. Try again." Uhhh...alright? That was all that was ever said to me. He made conversation with whoever had a beer. I know the drill, I work in retail/customer service, but I don't ignore other patrons or make them feel helpless and ridiculous when just trying to get some food. The person for whose birthday we were celebrating brought their family along. Their child wanted ice cream. When he asked for some, the server looked like he has just asked him to light himself on fire. He sat in a seat across from the little boy, put his head in his hands, and proceeded to ask what kind of ice cream the little boy wanted. The boy felt so bad his mom had to do the rest for him. The food came rather quickly for the size of our group, and it all looked like chicken nuggets covered in sauce. They tasted like really crunchy chicken nuggets covered in sauce. I guess a better phrasing would be "partially covered in sauce" because most of them were only at least half sauced. I was so disappointed. I even had to get my boyfriend to ask for a box for me because the server never brought one when I asked ten minutes prior. The main thing I've learned from this experience: just buy bottles of the sauce and run. Far. To another wing place.

As a big fan of BW3's nationwide, I was floored every one of the three times I've been to this location. The service was so slow it was laughable every time. Granted we had the same unprofessional waitress (Jessica) 2 of the experiences. The food was cold, and was incorrect when it finally did make it. Even worse, half of the staff was screwing around, and eating their own food as they worked, having an ice fight with the bartender etc. And to top it all off, the double charged my credit card. Avoid this establishment like you'd avoid herpes.

This is based on at least 30 visits: Consistently poor/slow service, consistently cold food. The only reason I ever go is the beer specials and the NFL sunday ticket. Although I'd rather watch at Mason's because they have HD screens. The screens here are small tvs and large projected screens that don't show up very well in the bright room.

We have 3 local breweries in Huntsville and none of them on tap in this place that boasts their great beer selection. Boooooooo! On my way to Mellow Mushroom across the way...

Got there at 6:25 PM Saturday night, and we were asked where we would like to sit, in the dining room or the bar. We replied that it didn't matter, to which we were told "the bar is over there" accompanied by a nod of her head in that general direction. I asked for a booth, and they seemed inconvenienced by my request, but took me over to one anyway. Bear in mind that there were 3 employees at the host station, one girl and two guys. Neither of them wanted to move off of their perch. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order and bring us some water, during which time our server looked at us three times and walked away. When she finally did come over, her body language told us that she was not ready for any attitude from us, and would rather be anywhere else. We ordered our drinks and food, and the drinks took another 10 minutes to get to us. After another 10 minutes go by with no food showing up, we got her attention, and asked her to A) bring us our ticket now so we could go ahead and pay and get to our movie and B) make it a to-go order. TEN MORE MINUTES go by now, and no progress. I've had enough by now, and we don't want to be late for our movie, so I go up to the front and tell them I would like to pay for our drinks and leave. The little girl behind the counter has no idea what to do, so she asks which server was ours, and I told her the slowest on on the staff, whoever that is. The manager on duty comes over and tells us that our food is ready to go, and that they are having computer issues which is causing the delays. A computer caused the server to ignore us as she walked by us, caused the bar to delay making our drinks, and caused the fryers to not be able to fry our wings? Not buying it. I told her to keep it, and we just wanted to pay for our drinks and get out. Again, blank stares all around, and then the MOD says that our drinks are being comped, and she is sorry. Our "server" is standing there the whole time, afraid to say anything in her defense, either that or she doesn't really care at all. Probably the latter. This is not an attempt to get anything for free, because we will never be back to get anything, free or not. The place was not packed, there were still empty tables around us, at 6:30 to 7:10 PM on a Saturday night. Service like this explains why, and they were not understaffed, there were multiple servers milling around really not doing a whole lot. ONE young man was nice enough to try and assist us, offered to take our order himself when we had to go up and ask where our server was, and he was apologetic and helpful, and not even a member of management. He got a $10.00 tip from us just for being polite. Our server got nothing, and earned every penny. Very disappointed in the management of this restaurant, there are some changes that need to be made, and corporate needs to get on this one. This is in a rich area of town, and these snooty folks are not going to stand for slow service.

Very dark in there. But, service is great, food is great, also, huge TVs with sports on always and interactive game show type games for the customers to play.

If you are a sports fan, this is THE place to watch a game in Huntsville! Large screen TVs everywhere. The food is good and beer selection is as good as any sports bar I have been to. They have a full bar, but, don't order anything fancy, they will get the ingredients correct, but no flair for mixology... WARNING, this is a NOISY bar during college football, for that reason alone I avoid it on Saturdays during college football season.
