My family and I have eaten at this establishment every Monday since arriving to the area last February. (Note: children 12 and under eat free all day on Sunday and after 4pm on Monday). Overall, this establishment is great. The food quality, price, and quantity blow Panera Bread out of the water. Also, the cleanliness is superb. Moreover, what keeps us coming back is the staff. Particularly, Mercedes is a stellar employee and asset to this establishment. She goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is great. Her sincerity and warm heart and courtesy are much appreciated and she should be recognized by management!

This place is pretty and clean, and the service is fast. Even though it doesn't have the organic selection that Jason's Deli offers, there is enough variety of 'healthy' options. (caveat: don't inhale too deeply or you will be swayed by the tempting smell of unhealthy croissants, muffins and cookies baking) I'm hooked on the multi-grain bread, which is a thick cut of bread, with millet, oats, flaxseed, rye, barley, sunflower and sesame seeds. I could just buy a loaf of this and eat it throughout the day. Low carb dieters would shudder. I recommend the smoked turkey on multi-grain or the prosciutto-mozzarella. The latter comes with such generous cuts of prosciutto and mozzarella that I almost think I'm having an Italian sandwich. I don't care for the dill sauce or any other condiment to take away the flavor of my already perfect bread, but they will make your sandwich however you want it, and so far, they haven't gotten my order wrong. By the way, if you order anything with avocado, they give you big chunks of avocado with just the right ripeness. They put Subway's '2-oz aaah-vocado spread for an extra charge' to shame. Tip: go at lunchtime versus later in the day, as the bread is fresher earlier. It also seems like a more conscientious full-time staff works the lunch shift.

They have recently done a remodel and for some reason have lost business. The sandwiches are very good and made the specific way you request. The bread is great. The have samples out for you to try as well.

I won a gift card for two free meals from a local radio station. Since I was over this way at the end of the work day I decided to use my gift card to pick up dinner for my husband and I. The two free meals included: two entrees (soup, sandwich, salad, or half and half), two drinks, and two cookies. -My husband wanted the steakhouse Panini, sliced steak with Montreal Style Seasoning, Mushrooms on ciabatta & Side of Au Jus. Comes with chips for $8.59. -I ordered the half Turkey, Bacon, Avocado with Broccoli cheese soup. Both of which are 'signature items' totaling $8.99. The TBA had Lemon Basil Aioli on Nine Grain bread. Now the taste, that's a different story. My husband isn't big on "foo foo" food places like this, but one bite into his Panini -I chose a peanut butter cookie and a white chocolate macadamia cookie. With two drinks those items totaled a little more than $25. -Since I wasn't paying for the rest I also ordered him a bowl of Chicken Chili, a 'signature soup' for $4.99. When I saw the portions I felt that the food was definitely over priced. The steakhouse Panini looked a little skimpy on the steak and came with a TINY cup of au jus. I don't even know how they'd expect someone to dip their sandwich in such a small cup. The soups were in 10 oz cups, so a 'bowl' of soup is only slightly larger than a cup. Both soups did come with a piece of French bread. and he was actually proclaiming that it was good. His chili was just alright. It didn't have the bold kick of flavor like we put in our chili and it had kidney beans. I enjoyed my TBA sandwich. The lemon basil aioli was just a hint of background flavor and I liked the oats on the edge of the bread. LOVED the broccoli cheese soup. It was the perfect amount of salty and cheesy with bite size chunks of tender broccoli. All of the bread was fresh tasting and very good. Cookies were ok, a little harder than we'd like, I probably wouldn't spend my own money on them. I was here around 3:30 in the afternoon so it definitely wasn't crowded but there were people working on their computers. The staff was very friendly. The prices (for portion size) are far more than what I'd normally spend for an average lunch but I'd definitely consider coming back occasionally The food is easily 4 stars if not a little more. The staff 5 stars The selection 4 stars The portion size 3 stars The price 2 stars

I was a little disappointed today after not eating here in quite some time. I got a half soup/half sandwich meal for about $10. My soup was not near hot enough, and my sandwich was mostly bread with very little filling. The layout is very awkward (like Patrick said) and people were fighting for tables during the lunch rush because the place isn't really big enough to hold such a crowd. I'm more likely to go to Jason's Deli.

food is good and fresh... quality comparable to paneras. the cost is higher without reason (due in part to smaller amount). i ordered half and half (half cesar salad/half roast beef sand; neither of which are "signature" items.) i added avocado to the sand. both items are significantly smaller than the same order at paneras (salad was half size smaller. sand was quarter size smaller). 1/2 the amount of roast beef was used (as compared). i was charged $1.49 for 1 slice of avocado (1/16th of avocado). cost for avocado at paneras is $1 for half sand/$1.59 full sand and its 1/8th of avocado per half sand. there was 4 croutons on the salad which were in the salad container (not seperate) getting soggy when i got it home. baguette was good (crusty outside/soft and airy inside) but paneras is differnt and bigger (crusty and chewy outside/soft and dense inside). taste is a matter of opinion so take it or leave it. cost and quantity arent. unfortunately i wont go back. id rather drive 3 miles to paneras (2 miles to ABC) to save and get more for my money. went at 12:15pm... half the tables were empty.

Cute place. Unmistakable Starbucks flare, but instead of coffee, they have coffee AND great pastry/bread, a diabetic's nightmare. The bagel sandwich I had was quite decent, and 2 cups of vanilla javas later, only fond memories persist. However, with so many great competitions nearby, this place needs to work hard to remain memorable.

I visited here to work on homework and every-time, I had a very pleasant experience. They leave you alone and let you pretty much stay as long as you want. The food is fresh. The coffee, pastries, sandwiches, are all delicious! It does get pretty crowded here on Sundays with the church crowd. You may be waiting for a seat.

Had the chicken waldorf which was excellent and the broccoli cheese soup which was good. Not sure it's better than Panera like I was told but definitely on par.

I get a lot of work done on the free wifi here. Coffee drinkable. Pastries messy and hard to chew.

I really love their sandwiches. I am not a fan of the new floor layout (awkward), but the food quality remains high. It is nice to have something healthier than the standard burger and fries for lunch.
