This chain fills the need for a sports bar in Hoover that has more to look at than just the game. The theme is a mountain hunting lodge, but does that really matter? The main attraction is good looking young waitresses in skimpy outfits. On opening week we were not disappointed. Our waitress was Carrie, and she was super. There are plenty of attractive waitresses, and they were all very friendly. I'd expect no less here in Alabama. What differentiates Twin Peaks from Hooters or Tilted Kilt? The wait staff has big ..ah, smiles, and tight ..hmm, clothes. Yep, that's it ;) Peaks brags about serving the beers at 29 degrees, and the beer was as advertised. I had the Dirty Blond draft, and it is served with an orange slice. The beer was very light, and the frosty mug seemed to water it down a bit. I still liked it and would order again. The menu offers pretty typical bar food. We just had chips and queso so I can't comment on the food. The location is perfect for those who work or live in the Hoover Galleria area. It is a great alternative to Baumhower's, On Tap, and BWW. And, it is definitely better than driving out of your way to go to Hooters or Tilted Kilt. I am looking forward to going back to see my favorite waitresses.

So this was my first time hearing about this place and my granny decided to take me because it's her favorite restaurant lol. I loved it! They have great burgers and even better shots! A must try is the lemon drop. It's a great place to go with friends and watch the game or just get your drink on.

This was my first visit and not my last. The food was great. I had the Hangover burger and the Ghost Pepper Wings. Both were awesome. I wanted to give them a 5 star, but waitresses coming to sit down and talk while I'm eating, I'm not a big fan of. Don't get me wrong, they were very nice, but I'm already engaged in conversation with whom I'm there with. I have a 23 year old daughter and I don't look at the waitresses in that way. I Loved the atmosphere with tv's everywhere, good food and the service.

Why a 3 you ask???? While I was not completely unsatisfied I just don't see myself rushing back. Our food was good. Service was mediocre. Atmosphere was nice and interesting. I guess I just wish for how many women I saw frequenting this place that in their business plan they would set themselves apart from hooters by having a few men as well. While I totally get the business model I'm just ready to have a sexy coed establishment to visit. Like I said everything was fine when we visited I just don't like being asked if I want a girl size or man size beer. I get it it's funny it's geared for men but come on now I'm ready for equal opportunity.......

So where do I begin.... The food is fantastic! If you are really hungry, then order the pot roast. The best thing on the menu is a grilled or blackened chicken/shrimp basket. The fish tacos are hit or miss. The cheese bites are awesome. The hangover burger is DAMN good. Televisions everywhere, although it can be difficult to focus on sports. (.)(.) They serve ICE COLD beer, but it is EXPENSIVE. Very clean and new restaurant! The SERVERS are hit and miss. They have a lot of turnover. There are some really good ones though. The night shift starts at 4:30 PM and it is no coincidence the place fills up shortly thereafter. ;-)

First time at Twin Peaks. Ordered wings appetizer and pot Roast. Wings came out greasy. And two mins later here comes main course pot roast . Pot roast was cold ,carols were hard ,potatoes were over cooked, veggies were greasy. Terrible food. The seasoning is way off. No bread was served. Great TVS ,bad cold food. This is a bar,but no bar food. How do you mess up wings and pot roast? Lots of smiles and petty ladies but not a place to have a meal.

I had the opportunity to dine at Twin Peaks about two weeks ago while in town on business. I was with three other colleagues of mine, two females and another male, and we all enjoyed our visit. I must admit, my female colleagues were very hesitant about going in and staying. Let's just say we were met and welcomed by some nice "twin peaks." The food was typical sports bar food. Nothing really special. We ordered wings, fried pickles, and a nacho dish that was extremely large. The four of us could not finish the nachos. Our waitress was a very gracious host and made sure that we were taken care of. The manager on duty was visible and came by the table twice during our stay. The beer list was good and had a number of craft beers available. Lastly, the restaurant was clean (including restroom) and all of the televisions were brand Sony. It was a Monday night and one would have thought it was a Saturday. Without question, I will be returning in the near future.

We had a few forgotten and mixed up items. But they opened 3 weeks ago and are still learning the menu, so I'll give them a break. Just pay attention to the details of your order and make sure you get it all! Atmosphere is fun.

Met all expectations and had a good time! Hubby and I sat at the bar, where I enjoyed the football on a gazillion screens and hubby enjoyed the 'scenic view' on a gazillion servers. Something for everyone and food was good. All in all, nice addition to the Bham sports bar scene.

They were busy but we got a table in a matter of minutes. Food, beer and tv!!!! Can it get better? I had the Trophy Trout, cooked right and the sides were perfect. Lots of tv's with football on. Waitress brought samples of beer, I had a Knotty Brunette beer, very good. Will go back for sure!

Don't let the exceptional scenery fool you into thinking it's not a restaurant as well. The food is really good. Blackened Fish Tacos, Pot Roast, and the B.E.L.T. are my favorites. Wait staff is very friendly. Great place to watch a game. TV's everywhere.

The twin peaks are breasts, so you know. And the "view" is scantily clad servers and hosts. The restaurant is nice, but not suitable for families, despite the kids' menu. Just an fyi for those as clueless as we were.

We went to Twin Peaks last night and it was the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. Our whole table would sit without a beer for 30 minutes and we flagged down a manager and asked for our waitress to find out why we didn't have and drinks and she comes to the table 10 minutes later and said that the keg was empty and they were waiting till someone had time to change it. We asked her why her manager was just over there talking to customers and not changing it himself so she went to ask him and he just turned and looked at us then turned back around and kept chatting with another table. We flagged our waitress down and just asked for our checks which took her 20 minutes to bring them to us and another 20 to bring our cards back. In that time we stopped another manager and let him know how unhappy we were and he just said sorry and walked away.

Hmmm. I see my previous post got deleted so I will post another within the guidelines Rude service ...don't expect even decent service if you don't have a male part in between your legs. All the waitresses act like gold diggers.. Best way to describe hoover twin peaks is to compare this locations with Raisins off the south park episode. I guess I will have to drive to atl to have a good experience at twin peaks.

So my girlfriend and I wanted to try a new place to eat, we live in Hoover and heard about Twin Peaks, we arrived at 11am and were the first customers of the day, we walked in and were seated right away, my girlfriend has a lot of food allergies so we waited for our server to take our drink orders to answer a few questions about the menu. Other guests were seated after us. One being 2 guys and the other, a woman and a baby. The servers were distracted by the baby while we saw serval servers standing around talking amongst theirselves and talking to the other guys, all while we had yet to be greeted at the table to give our drink order... After 5mins of being ignored, we decided to leave. As we walked out I heard a couple of servers say "Are they leaving ?" and didn't try to stop us. We got in our car and drove away. That shows us they don't care about their customers. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

My new spot for Chicken Fried Steak! Please, beware the serving size is enough for 2 adults, but it was delicious. The service was decent and the food to table time was less than 15 mins. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. Ill definitely be back to try some of the other food on the menu. Check it out if you in the area. As for drinks, I had the Signature Margarita, which was a lil on the sour side.

When I first came into Twin Peaks I was very impressed. Nice place. I had done my research and was anxious to get started. So whiIe I was waiting on some friends I sat at the bar. I waited 5 minutes before anyone even said hello. (Timed it on my phone) 9 Bartenders. - So finally I got a beer. My friends texted me they were there and just grabbed a table so I moved to the table with them. The female manager with short black hair came by (because we sat next to the hostess stand she had to) and asked how things were. I told her how long I waited at the bar for a beer and her comment was "Lucky you got one that quick. We've been open two weeks and we are busy. Give us a break" I was floored she spoke to me this way. What does she think this is some biker bar like Hooters? THEN CAME PARADISE..... Our Waitress was a former BWW waitress and knew how to take care of her customers. Smile, great attitude, spent time and no rush. And she was absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Made sure we understood everything. She won us over. If it had not been for her I probably would not have gone back due to the fact how rude the female manager was . But I will be a regular because of Paradise our waitress. The food was awesome. I had the Pot Roast. The vegies where al Dente' the potatoes just right and the hunk of fat free pot roast they give you is plenty to fill even a large man up. WOW! SO I say go! Just avoid the foul mouth manager. - On another note - The tall skinny Male manager was awesome. He had great attitude and great people skills. HIGHLY Recommended. Great big tvs everywhere - outdoor high end sitting area complete with fire pit.

I wish that I could give them 3.5 stars bc the food could be great to just ok depending on what you order. The first time I came the "pleasant views" saved them from a terrible review because all I got was a burger and fries and the burger was good but the Fries were cold smh. Today I got the spicy chipotle chicken and man what a turn around, it was delicious.

I'm crazy for the Pot Roast! Omg! amazing! I don't mind the ladies in low cut shirts and shorts...it's a great family place and hangout spot during football season! The service is good and the wait times are short.

I have to admit, when I heard about Twin Peaks opening in Birmingham, I pretty much wrote it off in advance as another lame attempt to shove men in the category of mindless meat eaters, beer drinkers, and woman-oglers, desperately searching for the next opportunity to incorporate all three within the same event. I'd already become familiar with the theme of the place due to having considered attending a car meetup in the Atlanta area that was happening at a location there some months ago. After having given Tilted Kilt a shot (ugh) and discovering that, while being served by attractive, scantily-clad wait staff is not the worst experience in the world, the quality of food and drinks is still very much a significant thing in such an establishment, I'd determined that nothing good could possibly come from "the Peaks" and had made a prelim decision to not even waste my time trying it, just to be ultimately disappointed. Well, while making plans to catch a movie with a friend a few Friday nights ago, discussion of dinner arose and that friend suggested Twin Peaks, especially since it was nearby the theater. And although that suggestion was met with an unseen eyeroll on my end of the phone, I reluctantly agreed and headed out to meet him there. Arriving, I have to say that I was a little bit blown away with the decor and setup of the place - *huge* restaurant meets mountain lodge, with a crap ton of televisions mounted throughout, and with the several satellite/TV receivers controlling all of the screens in the place positioned behind the hosts' area at the front door. And even though the weather was nowhere near ripe for it, the patio kept with the rest of the look of the restaurant and looked extremely inviting with its great wide-open seating. Overall the place looks like it can handle a pretty large number of patrons, and I'd bet college football season was a major contributor to its design. Basically there's a "coolness" about the place that I think is a combination of its design and also other various small touches in and around it. (One thing that I found really cool was the fact that when you place your name on the list to be seated, you have the option of supplying your cell phone number, and if you opt to do so, you're immediately sent an acknowledgement text with a link to a guest site which gives you info about restaurant dining specials and trivia events, and even supplies a countdown relative to your approximate wait time. Wow - kinda impressive for "just another Tilted Kilt/Hooters"...) But enough about the northern Canadian influences in the dining hall blah blah blah, ok dude, how was the food and the beer? Well, I didn't take the chance to try a beer there personally (blood donation that afternoon, so no-go), but my friend thought his draft beer - I think it was the Knotty Brunette - was fantastic and as cold and delicious as advertised. (He'd probably have licked the inside of the glass if he could get his face in there...) There were quite a few specialty beers for the restaurant mentioned by our server (who was as attractive, attentive & friendly as the "cabin wenches" theme would suggest), and they honestly all sounded pretty interesting - and who wouldn't love a *really* cold brew, right? Although I didn't partake in a frosty one, I did try one of the burgers - the Twin Cheeseburger. Honestly it wasn't the greatest burger I've ever put in my face, but it was darn good regardless - juicy, fresh, flavorful, and *miles* away from the greasy patty-shaped whatever-it-was I last put in my pie-hole at Tilted Kilt. (I keep mentioning the place, but seriously the food's horrible there... or at least it was the last time I was there - key word, *last*. No amount of distance between the bottom of a server's skirt and top of her knees can save that... sorry, Kilt, but *Tilted* couldn't be more accurate.) Without making this review any more of a novel, I'm basically eating my words with regards to Twin Peaks. I thought it'd be another failed attempt to draw guys into a fairly crappy eatery with hopes of seeing some really attractive women in really tiny uniforms. But instead it's actually a pretty cool little pub/restaurant, with some great food and great atmosphere (and will probably be the *place to be* once the *foosball* is back on the tube). I'll definitely be back to try some other things on the menu, and of course a beer, and I hope what the place did right during our visit continues to be the rule and not the exception. Give it a shot, meat eaters/beer drinkers!! Glub glub glub!!

Good atmosphere for a sports bar. A bit on the cold side temperature wise. Met some friends there for dinner and drinks. I ordered the red hot wings. They were delicious. My friend ordered the country fried steak. He liked it. My only complaint is some of the drinks. One of the drinks I ordered was a drink the waitress recommended called a Barbie. She told me what ingredients were in it. When I got it, it tasted a mess. It was way too sour. My friends margarita was too sour as well. So not sure what was going on with that. After that I just ordered from their $2.99 shot menu. That's was a better choice.

For those ready, and likely willing, to write this place off as a gimmick restaurant, let me burst your bubble and say that my wife and I just had the single best dining experience in our lives. No hyperbole in that statement. We weren't even planning on eating here until I'd looked up a list of new restaurants in our area. What sold my wife was the fact meatloaf was on the menu. What sold me was the fact that the menu was not incredibly large. I like when a place has a smaller list of things because they tend to focus on what they actually do serve with care. Neither of us were disappointed. I ended up getting the poblano chicken sandwich, by the way, which was amazing. So, what about the scantily clad women? Yep, they're all over the place. And given the fact that my wife pointed out more cuties to stare at than myself, the good looking ladies were not the reason for our praise. Chalk it up to fishing for tips all you want, but it wasn't until after we'd paid before we were charmed by the service. The manager, a woman mind you, came to talk with us. And was the most friendly manager I've ever spoken with at any place of business. We had our 1 year old son with us. Did I mention that? Let me state that he was the star of the show here. Every girl wanted to hold him and talk with my wife about being a mother. So much, in fact, that we stayed a good thirty minutes AFTER we paid just to talk more with the manager and the servers. And it's not just the fact that everyone was so friendly, it's that the workers are free to chat it up with their boss and the customers, and no one, not a single patron, was at odds with this. I have a good BS radar, and I detected zero percent here. The workers love their job. The manager appreciates and respects the workers. The customers were all happy, whether it was because of the food or the eye candy or a combination of both. But for my wife, my son, and myself, it was the service and personality of each person we spoke with. I highly recommend this place for this very reason, if for nothing else. Though the bonus features are all pretty damn nice as well!

Tried the new Hoover Twin Peaks last night and loved it. The location is far better then the Hooters or Tilted Kilt locations in Birmingham. Service: The service was great and not just for obvious reasons why a guy would want to go to Twin Peaks. The staff was all very friendly and served us with a team approach. I never had an empty Beer in front of me the whole night. Taste: Try the Naughty Brunette. It is a good dark beer and is one of their house beers. I kept it simple and went with the BBQ wings. Nice size wings and great flavor in the sauce. Much better then what I'm used to at Hooters, Tilted Kilt, or BWW. Atmosphere: This place nailed it. TV's are every where and the staff made you feel comfortable right away. The building is beautiful and you wouldn't know this place used to be a Johnny Carino's. I just hope they can keep this up once the newness wears off. I will definitely be back.

The waitresses are Babies! The facade of the building is impressive. The waitresses are awfully young! The furnishings and atmosphere inside are great. The waitresses looked like jr hi students. The food was pretty good. The little girls needed those pushup bras. The service was fast and friendly. The gals were just so dadgum young!

Monday night. 8:30 p.m. Service was hard to find; once I finally found a seat. My waitress was either confused or slow but used sports team relations and charm in making the next sale. My food was a simple quesadilla off the appetizers. It was good but seemingly had more cheese than necessary. Bread pudding wasn't the high quality kind but still with one scoop of ice cream was delicious and worth all the other hassle; it was great. I never opened a tab because it seemed the bartenders were really confused on their POS system. This does not mean the entire team is behind on their system but it's probably something they should work on. The place has potential to do well after the initial surge of new people but it will take time in training and doing the correct thing to get there.
