Asian Cuisine serves both Vietnamese and Chinese food. However, I can only speak for the noodle bowls because that's all I've had. The few time that I have gone, I have ordered the shrimp, steak and beef brisket, and meatball bowls. I also ordered the fried summer rolls (they call it summer rolls, although everywhere else I've had them, it's called spring rolls), but those sometimes came out funny - there are 3 per order and one was cooked thoroughly (as in light brown) and the other two were sort of pale (like the wrapping wasn't cooked completely). I could tell that they're frozen and just dropped into the fryer. Fine, I can deal with that. What I cannot deal with is the bad service. It's pretty terrible. The last (and final time) I went, it was mid-afternoon. My husband and I were going in for a late lunch. There was nobody in the restaurant, and the two owners/workers looked at us as if they were irritated that we had come in. We took a seat, one of the owners came over, gave us our menus without even a hello, and asked, "What you want to drink?" After she got our orders, she didn't say anything else, took our menus, and didn't return until our food was ready (which, the only plus, was very quick). She plunked the bowls down without further ado and left us to eat. She never came over to refill our drinks or check on us at all. When we were done (which was also pretty quick, we wanted to just get out of there at this point), we waited on our check but the lady never came. Instead, she was behind the cash register, looking down, completely oblivious. I told my husband that he will probably have to go to the register to pay, so he did. She never asked how the food was or said thank you or anything. As my husband came back to leave a tip on the table, he shook his head and said to me quietly, "She's playing online poker on her phone." That was why she was looking down the whole time - she was too busy with her game to pay any attention to us. This restaurant is a neighborhood place, and since we love Vietnamese noodles, we would have been regular customers if the service wasn't so awful. My husband was so irritated that he is refusing to go again. I agree. I don't like to give my money to a place where the owners don't seem to really want it.

Consistently good Vietnamese fare, better than I've had in NYC and Philly. No ambience, however - just good food.

We arrived at around 5pm on Saturday to an essentially empty restaurant, which made me suspicious. Always trust your gut. We ordered pork dumplings and sweet tea to start. Excellent tea, but I couldn't shake a chemical-like taste from the dumplings. We ordered two bowls of shrimp pho, which arrived quickly. Overall, the pho was okay, maybe even good, despite the shrimp being overcooked. The vegetables served with the pho were..lacking in presentation. Definitely not what I'm used to. My disappointment with the restaurant didn't start until the end of the meal, when one of my friends asked if they served beer; he asked very clearly, no ambiguity, and was told no. But alas, when we get to the counter to pay, there's an entire fridge of multiple types of beer...for sale. Yeah, so disappointing and rude end to a mediocre meal.

Disgusting seriously, no exaggeration....the house special fried rice tasted like it was cooked with dirty dish water. Even the wings had weird after taste. After 1 bite of each I was done. I figured a refund was pointless & yelping was the next best thing. The s/o got the *side eye* of displease with this one. Yuck!!

This Asian restaurant is located conveniently to a Hoover exit on 259, south of the Galleria. Parking is relatively easy. The menu is primarily Vietnamese, and it is run by Vietnamese. The prices are average for Asian food. The atmosphere is clean. We arrived at about 8PM and the place was fairly empty. A Vietnamese family came in to eat while we were there. The server approached us immediately. My friend couldn't make up her mind and the server had to come back many times. She got Chicken soup (pho) and was very pleased. I got the Pad Thai, which is decent. Both serving sizes were generous. There were very few vegetarian options. The server forgot we were there once we got our food, it seems. And, finally we flagged her down to pay. I liked Asian Cuisine but did not find it to be extraordinary. I will probably return, as it is convenient to my apartment.

One of my top favorite food places as a regular to drop by. This place consistently delivers the same quality food in taste and amount. The listed prices here definitely doesn't break the bank for the deliciousness you receive. The customer service is quick, and the servers tend to leave you at peace for the most part. Try the avocado smoothie! It tastes heavenly and smooth in your mouth.
